Okay, so I've had this problem ever since I started practicing lucid dreaming. It almost seems to be getting worse but i'm not entirely sure. |

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind. – Dr. Seuss
I am no expert by anyones description however the technique of rubbing your hands together worked quite well for me last night... as a side effect it felt wierd... like I was rubbing my hands together but they were "asleep" so to speak, numb/tingly... you know the feeling. Anyway this really seemed to work for me. I had a 10minute+ lucid dream last night, it was awesome, and I did the hand rubbing thing quite a few times, and it never failed. Another thing I have heard is just to study your environment. Pick and object and focus on it... I've not tried this. I find that if I try to do too much too quickly, I will wake up. I tried to take it slow last night and it worked wonders. |

Morning dreams fade easily, but they are also easy to reenter. If you really want you may jump from one dream to another whole morning using dream reentry method. |
