The next time that happens, shout out as loudly as you can, "Can anyone hear me?" |

So, I am slowly getting better at becoming Lucid and staying Lucid. I am almost up to a minute now...... The problem is that whenever I become Lucid, there is nothing going on. It is usually just me in an empty room. Or an empty house. I can see how it will become more natural to simply "will" things into your dreams, but as it is right now, that is what pulls me out of lucidity. I see how baron my dreamscape is and I feel overwhelmed with the urge to.... make something happen... Then I usually wake up. |

You can also close your eyes and try to imagine yourself somewhere else, like New York City or something. |
|
Or you can kick down one of the walls of the room and see what's on the other side. |

It's all about expecting a person to be somewhere. You said you were in a room, right? Walk up to one of the doors, and open it full well expecting another person to be there waiting for you. |
|
I know it will just take more time and practice. Believe me, I am trying... I have "willed" someone to be in a room once, but as soon as it happened, of course I woke up. I have tried going to another environment by opening a door and of course, as soon as I turned the knob, I woke up. I know it is just the excitement of knowing what I am doing and the anticipation of seeing what will happen. |

No problem buddy. The more you ld the longer and more stable your ld's will become. It sounds to me like you're on the right track at the moment. Just keep up your confidence, and keep journaling. |

Let me know if you try what I suggested, and what the results were. |
