Maybe you just need to drill it into yourself more. Just keep thinking, "I am dreaming" and do your best not to get distracted. Or maybe even, "Hey, now THAT wouldn't happen if I'm awake!" every time you see something strange. |

''It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live."
Yeah, I've forgotten once or twice, it just comes from a non-lucid event interefering with you. For me, I've remembered that Its a dream a minute later or so, or just woken up, so its never really affected me though |

Ya has happened to me! It only happens when in the dream I'm somewhere or doing something in real life. I lost lucidity at A mall I go to after a while, and got un lucid while trying to see if I can look something up on the computer. In the dream you were in maybe you lose lucidity because it was some place you normally are? Cause I don't think you go around flying on broomsticks or killing people in real life |

"There are two types of people in this world, people who think there are two types of people, and people who don't."
Well, it might help if you take a little time to stabilise yourself and your dream when you enter a dream/become lucid. I find this very useful all across the board |

My first LD was like that- I got distracted into an ND |
