Where did you say you got your information from? How did you come up with that conclusion? Btw, a dream it's self is of our minds hallucinations. Do you have feel like you have jet lag?

Have you tried Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream to re-enter your dream?

If you have trouble going back to sleep after you awake, it could be caused by your REM ending. That really can't be helped.
I would work on your sleep patterns, get to know your sleep cycle better.
If this was an Astral Projection and not a lucid dream then it is probably in the wrong section.
