I have been practicing the WILD method every night and every time I come so close! But I can't seem to "break through". I have a tablespoon of honey before bed, I have a dream journal, and I've been reading material about lucid dreaming non-stop. I do reality checks and affirmations daily. I always have very vivid dreams. Recently, I've been recognizing that I am dreaming I become lucid. But cannot control what I do. I know I am dreaming but I cant seem to control it. Which gets scary. Last night I came so close. I used the WILD method. I became lucid and was able to control my dream for like 30 seconds then I lost it. Any tips or help? Thank you.
