I absolutely agree. In my first LD I attempted to fly and just couldn't get it under control. Then I said out loud, "This is my dream and I can fly!" And just like that I was flying fine...superman style. I have used this same practice many times in other dreams and it works well. |

When I stabilize I rub my hands and then yell ,"Anchor Into Lucidity Now!" it clears up and anchors the rest of what rubbing hands didn't. |

Yes this is what works for me! Even before I knew what LD was I somehow knew that having unshakable confidence and using the power of words would help me attain what I wanted. |
