LD Layers jump/change ?

Is it possible to change or jump from layer 2 LD to layer 4 ? And if, then how ? I mean when you are in layer 2 LD (not much vivid and less control, thinking and more acting like a doll then a player) and just jump to layer 4 LD where you have total control. If u dont know what Im talking about, just watch the famous The 5 Layers of a Lucid Dream on YT from ReeceJones87.

I don't think lucidity is quite as clear cut as the 5 stages. At any rate, you could try asking your dream for more lucidity, though I'd imagine you'd have to be fairly lucid already. Exercising all your senses might also help, as could utilizing dream control.
