I haven't read all the posts so this might have been mentioned before, I did a quick search and didn't see it, but I wanted to throw in a comment about how some people are considered tetrachromats, those who have 4 cones to differentiate colors as opposed to the normal 3 and they are thought of as being able to see a wider variety of color. I think this shows that the brain is able to comprehend more colors, but I do believe it's going to be very hard for someone to unlock this potential in a dream by forcing the brain to reveal a color it hasn't even processed before. As a colorblind person, I think it sounds amazing though to be able to see colors that I have never seen in real life, but I definitely feel like it will be a challenge to make it happen.
