Not sure if this is linked to lucid dreaming..

Not all the time, but times like last night/this morning; I can wake up - use the bathroom. Go back to sleep almost instantly back into the same dream. I woke up briefly about 4 times, just to drink some water, or check the time and would sink back into the same dream [With the intention of it]

I was just wondering if this is a form of lucidity.. And if anybody else can do this kind of thing?

      Thank youuuu.

Nope this aint lucidity, this is just a weird phenomenon were you wake up but obviously stay in a generally sleepy enough state where you can effortlessly continue the dream. It is possible to use this for lucid dreaming however, if you practice visualizing becoming lucid in the re-occurring dreams, there is a high chance you actually will become lucid if you re-enter it. I can sometimes achieve this if I set up an alarm to go off every 30 mins for a few hours straight, but it can be really tiring so having the ability naturally is great.

Re-entering dreams is the basis for some versions of the MILD technique, so if you can harness this ability then that might be a really good technique for you to try. Basically do what Dutchraptor suggested and you should be pretty successful!

This is involuntary dream incubation, not necessarily LDing.
