      Dream Control thought

So, When I lucid dream, I usually think where I want to be, what I want to do, who else is going to be in the dream.

As I have mentioned in another thread I made, I have so much control I have difficulty Lucid Dreaming.

I sometimes lose the dream for 1 or 2 seconds because I need time to think what to do next because I can't let everything go on by themselves; I have to control everything.

That's why, I thought of something.

I haven't tried it yet, but I think it will be a success.

I thought that maybe If I could create 3D maps of where I want to have my next Lucid dream, create 3D characters and vehicles, and everything else needed, I would be abe every time I lucid dream, just think of one of the maps I created, add a character I created, and anything else I have premade.

Everytime something new appears in a lucid dream, I will create it on my PC later, and keep it in mind for my next dream.

(OF course the Lucid Dreams won't be depended on only what I have created, but whenever I am stuck thinking I could use something premade)

I know that I shouldn't dream in existsing places cause that is really unstable, so I thought this would be a good idea.

What's your opinion guys? I know some may not like it but I still think it is good when people get stuck trying to make terrains and such

That sounds like a good solution. If your problem is that you need time to think, then the solution must be a way to reduce the time it takes to think about it. Having a plan in advance is a great way to get around this problem. It does not even need to be anything really complicated. For example, let's say that you have pictured a nice beach. Every time you don't know what next, you can go to the beach and think about it there, so the dream does not fade while you are thinking. Good luck with this

I'm confused on something. If you have as much control as I do you can change the entire dream into anything or just a small part or just let it run it's own course. So how is a map going to help? My dreams are what I want to make them at the time. So the world I create was something I just thought of in my head.

How can you make a map of something that doesn't exist except for that dream at that time???

Part of my fun is making it up as I go along...

I understand what you are saying and I was worried that some people would think of that.

I just say that if i create for example 30 maps, i have somewhere to go in my dream when I'm stuck.

And also, I can use them as a base of a place I am in a dream.

I don't want to replace stuff in the dream, just use premade stuff to be able to create suff based on them when I am stuck.

I have as much control as you do, I can change the whole dream into anything, but sometimes I don't know how to continue my dream or takes time to imagine the place i wonna be and such. Sorry for not being accurate in my thread.

I think you should go at it a little differently. You are trying to get it even more complicated. This will cause you to have to think about things way too much and you will lose control eventually. Just let your mind flow naturally. Just open up to your subconscious.

It is hard to explain. You want full control but you also don't want to fight where the dream takes you. You can also change it a little or totally once you are there. Kind of like a leaf blowing in the wind. Think about the feather at the end of Forrest Gump. Go with the flow and adjust as needed. I call it "Free Dreaming".
