Becoming lucid is getting easier and i find its easiest during mid morning naps. My problem is that so far my control seems the worst then, i'v made cds before (it was one of the first things i did) but in a lucid this morning i was completely unable to. morning lucids seem more fragile to me too, i felt like if i tried to move i would instead move my real body and wake up(though it didnt help that a kitten was pawing at me and purring :/ )

does anyone else have similar issues relating to when you dream?
any advice or input?
