Thread: Most powerful stabilizing techniques ?

I'm with Rauwz, ever since I heard about licking the ground in the Dreamviews podcast, that's been my go-to stabilization method. And it works great! Dirt tastes like chocolate, and leaves are like ice cream to me. I love myself some dream leaves

Thanks, some really good advice. I too am finding soon as i get lucid and become aware i find i wake up. I want to stay lucid and move around and explore consciously. More tips please to try out.
