I haven't had a full controllable lucid dream yet but as preparation for what I really want to do, I'd like to know, how can I create a storyline in a lucid dream? Like the storyline from Hyu's Dream Journal. I don't just wanna run around and explore things, I'd REALLY enjoy having the ability to enter this private world where there's constant adventures and battles to be had, where I have a group of loyal friends who swear to fight by my side against any of the dark forces in my dreams. However I don't quite want to have to come up with my own story for it, maybe I'd like a general idea of how it would go to appear among it but I'd like it so that there is still suspense and action, so that I don't know EXACTLY what's coming next. Like a movie basically or a novel. Slowly unraveling as I progress through it at whatever pace I have the ability to conjure up (I would consider it like living out a fantasy novel as the main character) Is this even possible to do at will, or is it natural. Unfortunately, what I noticed in Hyu's DJ was that he seems to be a natural considering that he says he's been doing it since childhood and that it seems to come so easily to him. Anybody got any answers? |

Thanks Sage, that was really helpful. I was a bit worried that it indeed WAS a "naturals-only" thing for a bit but you settled my mind at ease. I think I'll leave that til' I can get better stabilization and better control just so I have a backup plan if my dream goes resident evil 5 on me and I wanna change my situation. I recently had my first lucid dream but I didn't really have control, I couldn't access too much from my waking brain, and I didn't even make an effort to stabilize. As stated in my dream journal, I just jumped in the air like 20 feet high and then landed on the ground, which was made of cushioning and really soft mattresses. But I heavily enjoyed that. |
