How do i prolong my Lucid Dream?

So i became lucid again last night which is 2 times in 3 nights! :) im really happy that i am starting to get lucid dreams more frequently now and i had an amazing time.

but i ran in to a similar problem, even though the lucid dream was infact very long, it always gets to a point where near the end, everthing starts to fade extremly fast, and i remembered the tips u guys gave me, so when it started to happend i rubbed my hands together as soon as i could, but it was too late, infact i woke up in the real world rubing my hands together haha.

has anyone got anytips for me to prolong the dream? thanks :)

rub your hands like you said. Feel EVERYTHING, the sun, wind, your feet walking, clothes, etc. Look up close at things

Congratulations JoshGoldie. :) And im sure you will only get many more lucids from here. Yes rubbing your hands, and any sort of sensation that you can try and feel to keep your senses lock into the dream. Try not to think to hard of it feeling so real, but to say..wow, my dream is really intense! And just keep reminding yourself that its all a dream and you are not going to wake up until you say so. Try and command yourself to stay in the dream like telling DCs to help you stay in the dream longer. Have conversations with them, eat some food, and anything you can think of to keep those senses locked in the dream.
