      It's dark...

So I had two lucid dreams last night, but it was very dark in both of them. They were both False Awakenings. During the first one, I had gotten up to write my DJ entry on a sticky note when I remembered "Oh, I didn't do my waking-up reality check!" I did so, and realized that I was dreaming. I tried to stabilize by looking at my hands, but I couldn't see them because it was still so dark. I look up at the light and start to tell myself to stabilize, but I just fade out and wake up.

I went back to sleep and had a DEILD. False awakening. I sat up in my bed and did my reality check, confirming that I was asleep. It was still dark, so I started rubbing my hands together to try to stabilize myself. My vision started wobbling and I said "STABILIZE NOW" and nothing really happened. My vision was still really wobbly. I said "LIGHT NOW" so I could see, and a very bright light (that seemed to come from my mouth) took over, and my vision went completely black. I was just stuck in the void, so I tried spinning into another dreamscape but just ended up waking up.

Does anyone have any tips for me? :\

Yelling things out doesnt work for me eather, so if it dark i just go to were i know it woud be brighter like out side or by fliping a light swich

but the first thing you shoud dois try to STABILIZE and do this by listening to your senses and fucusing on your dream body

but its true though the brighter the better so try to get to a bright place fast then stabilize or both at the same time

i gotta try the light in the mouth thing sounds cool did it burn in your mouth

Nah, it was just brightness coming from my mouth area. I thought it was pretty neat too
