      Possibly a new "control" technique

So, I have come up with this sort of technique for easily remembering a "lucid goal." I'm sure someone else has done this before or has done something similar but I decided to share it with everyone else.

As I've noticed a lot of members on here use combinations of MILD and other techniques to attain their lucidity. Most people use reality checks as well. So my idea is that when performing reality checks and asking whether or not you are dreaming, also ask yourself to complete your "lucid goal." (for example: your goal is to fly but you always get distracted. you perform your reality check while asking if you are dreaming, and then you incorporate a saying after your RC such as "Attempt to fly")

Whatever your main goal during lucidity is, you can alter the "verbal command" to your liking and pertaining to your specific goal. As it worked for me I hope it can help some other members on this site stay on task of their lucid goal.

If anyone has had experience with this please share, also if anyone has experience with this after reading this feel free to share. I would love to see how this works for others. Thanks for reading, and good luck to those trying to stay on their main lucid task.

Yes, it definitelly works, at least it does for me. I frequently practice during day whatever I want to say or do in a dream, sort of a get a 'muscle memory'. Like longer commands 'show me something important for me to see', or even the short ones, so I don't fumble the words.

Awesome, I had been struggling with staying on task for a while and this idea just came up in my head randomly so I gave it a shot and it worked in a few days.
