Thread: Hello, I had my first lucid dream that I can remember. How controlling can you become?!

Hey guys,

I'm 22 and I'm from the United Kingdom Male.

Last night I had my first lucid dream that I could actually control everything, It started as a typical dream for me some typical faces I had seen this week although the environment was abit out of the ordinary infact I cant seem to place the environment I was In at all if I'm totally honest.

I've always been a fan of the scifi genre and stuff like this and I don't know why but I've always been able to realise when I'm actually in a dream but I haven't really had the influence to be able to control aspects of my dream just my own actions within my dream although I would seem to be able to subtly influence certain aspects.

Last night was a totally different story I realised I was in a dream after a short time and literally from that point everything changed. I'm just wondering how much control people have had before because this was a first for me being able to stop actions within the dream moving objects with my will removing things completely flying everything it was literally like I was in some kind of movie it was ridiculous. I could even control the actions of the people in the dream I would think do this and instantly they would be doing it.

To me this has completely blown my mind even now I cant believe how amazing and vivid it was I can still remember almost all of it infact I had to write some of it down just cause it was too damn awesome lol.

But yes my question was how much control have people had because last night it seemed like I was totally limitless.

Also I really hope I learn to control this better so I can repeat the effects so if anyone has idea's I'd be great full to hear them.

Edit: Just incase this helps the dream lasted around 5-7 hours give or take the time it took to fall asleep. I also woke up around the 4 hour mark and it continued after I went back to sleep for another 2 hours or so.
