New skill: Time accelleration.

Today I had a long as fuck lucid. I'd say maybe 15-20 minutes of experienced dream time. Unfortunately it was mostly sex driven.

In this dream, I was in the past. At some point I decided it was the 1980's. I hear some blips of walkie talkies. I'm in some big area with alot of people. I see some walkie talkies in wooden casings. Then I see a cubular electronic with maybe a heat sink and dual antennae. I talk to him. He says the microprocessor has some hundred amount of "Megabytes." I think it might be the RAM or the non-volitile storage. In his dorm room thing, I ask him if he has "a... personal computer?" like that's a new thing. He says no. I tell him we could make one out of his radio thing. Maybe with a word processor and a basic videogame. He thinks that's a good idea. Then he goes home with his parents (lolwut, didn't he have a dorm room? Also before I leave I catch sight of a gamecube, lol). So then, after that, I'm in the area with alot of people again. This time it's "coalesced" into a school. I want to meet up with him again to work on his electronics bit again. I think about here is when I "become lucid." I know that I'll never be able to wait an entire night in dream time. I have to figure out how to skip time. After trying to think about it a bit, a Commodore 64 console screen "drops" over my vision. I think this is when I decide it's the 1980's. I acknowledge the genius of my subconscious. I then realize I don't know when the guy is going to arrive at school. I look around. I am now sitting at a computer desk. I catch "8:00" on some paper. I type in "LOAD 7:45" into the C64. I feel a rushing sensation as if I'm being pulled to the right. I think it's because the Earth is now moving so fast (in relation to me of course). After it stops I find the guy. Then the dream starts progressing in a sexual manner. Several times there are physics distortions, like a certain penis being stretchy.

Anyways, I've gained a new skill: time accelleration.

Later in the dream I was in my car driving. This was when I was trying to find a place to engage in sex. I apparently couldn't find anything but a very busy road. >.< Several times I used time accelleration in the car. It was more like a slide bar on a touchscreen but was overlaid on my vision. I turned it up to increase temporal speed and turned it all the way to zero for normal time speed.

Wow, that sounds like a cool way to speed up time. I certainly be trying/experimenting with this in my next LD.

This sounds kind of sort of similar to the dream clock idea. For what its worth, I once had an LD where I was trying to slow down time and found this electronic device amidst heaps of stereo equipment with two dials, one labelled "fast" and another labelled "tunnel". I never figured out how it worked. I need to tell my subconscious that touch screen HUD interfaces are much more intuitive.
