hey DV !! i have alot of problems here ,, not just in control ,, but in wilding too ! ill start with the WILD problem .. i put an alarm that turn off automatically with really annoying sound ,, last time i putted it about 6:30 hours after i went to sleep ,, i woke up EXACTLY in the middle of the dream ,, i didn't open my eyes i didn't move at all ! but my fuckin heart started to dance ,, it was beating very fast ,, i stayed more than 10 minutes and it was just going faster ,, it started when i heard the alarm ,, i couldn't feel my body ,, i even couldn't know what side i am on (right or left) ,, i couldn't relax ,, and no images or sounds ,, i maybe saw 1 or 2 images but when i see it my heart just go faster ,,, :/ i tried wilding twice ,, same results ,, please help ! now moving to the controlling problems ! the only things i can do in the dreams is : flying (very easy) ,, go throw walls ,, moving things ,, and ,,, just <.< ! and i cant always do them ,, some times (in VERY vivid dreams) i cant even fly :/ ! and EVERY time when i try to have sex i wake up ! yesterday here's what happened : i had a false awake ,, i knew it is a dream (idk how) ,, i jumped to go throw the roof and WTF ,, my head smashed on it and i fell on the ground to find my self in otehr FA ,, (less Vivid) my head hurted like hell ,, i did it again but more slowly ,, it was midnight out there ,, i was on a very high building , i heard a voice (my dream guide - first time i meat him-) telling me ,, ok what u want to do today ,, i said i wanted to do something i cant remember ,, i couldn't see his face but his voice was like my voice with little deference ,, he said sthng like : u mean sex ... i said OK nothing else to do ,, i jumped and he was just behind me ,, i saw his shadow ,, before i reach the ground i slowed down and landed ,, i asked him nothing here except cars how can i have sex ? he said sthng like ,, open a car and expect a girl idiot ! i said ill make it day time first ,, i shouted very lowed ,, INCREASE CLEARINITY ,, it didnt do much ,, i shouted in English - its not my mother Lang) ,, i repeated thin i shouted SUN RISE (in my lang) ,, the moon started to move ,, it disappeared but the fucking sun didn't came ,, it became darker !!! i said fine ,, ill have sex befor i wake up ,, i opened a car and a very old woman was in there ,, i told my DG WTF ,, i am not goin to have sex with this thing ,, i told u i cant find a girl ,, thin i went to other car ,, i saw my mom's friend ( i am 15 years old) with here son and doughtier ,, the girl is younger than me ,, i said nvm nothing better (shes ugly) ,, i grabbed her and started to walk ,, then i woke up ,, my heart beats was normal ,, i was very sleepy ., ( i slept over 3 hours after that ) ,, why i did woke up !! that's all ,, i want help plz .. thanks !

'I shouted INCREASE CLARITY ,, it didnt do much' It seems you woke up because the stabilization went wrong. I know, it's seriously annoying. I've had it in about 22 out of my 23 lucids. Read up on some stabilization techniques and remember to stay calm and focus when u realize you are dreaming.

Yeah, wasn't stable enough seems to be the problem, I'dd just say you need more experience, and you'll get it right Have had that experience before, you mentioned first. Also, it's Through, not Throw, Throw is something you do after aiming the tomato

So, since I'm a virgin, I can't have sex in my dreams either. I thought imagination alone could just fill in the blanks, but maybe there are limits. At least that's how I saw it.

It wasn't a lucid dream though, but one I still remember... 10 years or so afterwards.

Your mind is an amazing thing, it has no limitations in dreams, the only limitation is doubt. But I agree with everyone else, you definitely need to spend more time stabilizing.
