Over the years I have been able to periodically control my dreams. I always have 2 go to moves, I give myself a sword and I fly. The issue is with how I fly. I haven't read any posts with people who fly the same way. |

There's not really a trigger that causes you to become lucid. Most lucid dreams are caused by a sudden rise in awareness, when you suddenly realize, "hey, I'm dreaming!" |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Sounds like an interesting way to fly. Unless I can just jump into flight, I usually start walking and looking at the scenery. I'll start walking faster and faster, increasing my speed to a full sprint. Then, each stride gets longer and longer, until I no longer need to contact the ground. I'm still working in gaining altitude, but I can cruise along pretty well just over the landscape. |

Thanks for the advice. I guess the problem may be that I start to expect not to be able to fly after a certain period of time. I need to find a way to overcome that. Also I like the iron man suit idea. I think rather than that though I may try to put on supermans cape. That seems reasonable to me, that is if flying is a reasonable subject. |
