Interesting experience! I always have thought that dreams behave as you expect them to behave (not necessarily consciously, maybe subconsciously as well). If this is the case it could be that you had seen a movie or played a game with low gravity before having a dream, and then, while dreaming that night you expected there to be low gravity. At this point, each new dream could be enforcing that expectation, and it might take some significant dream control to change that.
I'm not sure if that is actually how it works, but I've often thought about how things like this manifest themselves in dreams, and I figured that logically it would make sense that your subconscious is expecting a certain thing to happen so it makes that happen. Otherwise, what else would control gravity in your dreams?
