Oh, and never worry about non-lucid dream material in your workbook. As long as I am overseeing the DILD workbooks, I don't mind the extra color and insight into various member's experiences. If it were super long and a lot to browse through, that might be something else, but even then it could be marked as such or put in a spoiler…but certainly not necessary for the brief non-lucid discussions so far.
