I 100% agree with you! My ADA practices lacked a very essential core, that was paying attention to abnormalities during my waking life.
Actually I don't practice ADA anymore as long as there are easier techniques to gain lucidity!
I practice WILD as they usually lead to have DILD. So WILD techniques are kinds of DILD to me. The easiest and most effective method for me is alarm technique. It should be a kind of WILD but I mostly have DILD. There is one thing that I barely understand! About my mindset.
I should wish to fall sleep while attempting WILD or try to stay aware and awake? These are in contrast to each other!or at least I don't understand it!
