Sounds like you have a good foundation, DEILD chains are a good method to stay LDing.
my dream recall is really good cos i used to record all my dreams so now i just write down my lucids.
Ah well make sure it doesn't slip, you need to be remembering at least one dream a night.
Anyway, it sounds like you are off to a good start, I've got some tasks for ya:
- watch that recall, make sure it doesn't slip and if it doesn't start the DJ for all dreams again, even if it's bullet points
- Try some awareness techniques in the day, try some MILD techniques at night and WBTB MILD
- write your progressions here
