Good afternoon all,

I'm Alex, 22, from London. I joined this forum back in 2009 and got really into LDing [even though I didn't post a huge amount], but have lapsed in the last year or so.

I'm trying to get it back but have lost a good 90% of my recall, only remembering one or two dreams a week if that. I've started a Dream Journal. It's quite uninspiring at the moment, but I'm trying as hard as I can.

My initial points of practice are going to be building my awareness. Reality Checks need to become a habit again, I had a technique to do an RC every time I walked through a door or doorframe, so that's a lot of RCs in a day. I'm building back up to it, but it's just reminding myself to do it each time.

I've just read Mastermind's advice about keeping a waking journal, filling it out before going to bed, so [it being National Stationery Day and everythin] I'm going to grab myself a notebook and start that this evening.



If anybody has any other pointers or advice on how to improve my recall I'd greatly appreciate them,
