I was caught up in a modern war. I was with the brown jeeps and tanks attacking the grey jeeps and tanks. Then there were a ridiculous number of greys coming at us. We all flee at very high speeds. I follow driving a long a jungle forest road. I got left in the rear and the vehicles in front of me would dissapear around a bend or over a hill and I feel exposed and targeted. I see a grey with us but know it was in disguise. I see streaks of bullets come over head. I hear pings and twaings.
The scene changes and I am on foot with a guy a think my wife. We are running down a long narrow ancient stone hallway with arched windows. I see a woman get beat and it looked like the person ripped her baby's arm off and throw it down. The person said something about not being full blood and not able to enter. The figure ran took a right to safety.
We stop and help the woman up and take her baby. I wonder why the baby is not crying and I look and my wife is holding it. It has a cast on. I am relieved to see the arm is going to be ok.
We go into a ancient stone courtyard. This is the place of safety. For some reason I call it Shiva. I hear a booming voice telling me that we do not belong here. I see a man and I know that he is the Mongolian Emperor
We immediately begin to cook a meal for him. I figure if I can please him with food he will let us live. I look up a recipe on my phone for something that he would like in this time period. I am surprise that I have cell service but I dismiss it.
Suddenly I am in a kitchen and it gets vague here but I just cook up some stuff. I remember working quickly and efficiently like I was a practiced master chef. I end up with some fish and a red paste. I tell the guy with me that it needs chicken broth but all we have is water. He takes a bit of fish and tastes the paste. He seems worried but I tell him it will probably be ok.
I wake before I get to see what the Emperor thought.
