Sketchbook of Dreams

I was outside lying on the ground. Katie came up next to me and asked what I had for dinner. She told me not to eat Ice cream and then lay down, because it will give you an upset stomach (??) I was staring up at the sky and I saw a shooting star. I told Katie and she said I was seeing things. I felt a strange pulling sensation and I tried to hold on to the grass. My feet lifted toward the sky and I felt scared. I floated up really fast. My eyes were watering and I couldn’t bring my hands up to wipe the tears. I felt myself go into outer space and I held my breath because I knew there was no air (again…???) I kept floating farther away. Earth got smaller and smaller. I stopped and I was in the clouds. A beautiful woman with huge black wings yelled at me and told me to breathe. It was a threat. She looked angelic, yet dark. Creepy. She said something in a weird language and a bald man appeared. He had a spinning disc over his head. It was making a metallic humming sound. I wanted to cover my ears but I couldn’t lift my arms. He said “I’m no Genie, boy….go make your wishes somewhere else.” and then he laughed. The woman watched him, and I thought she was going to fight him. The universe started to spin and I felt sick, and I woke up.
