Hi everyone, I wanted to make my own Dymaxion sleeping experiement, so I will make this experiment for one month and write how i am after every nap. I modified my Dymaxion schedule a little bit because of school. My schedule. For my period adjustment I'll sleep 2h30 incase of 2h00. I will sleep 2h00 to 2h30 AM 6h30 to 7h30 AM 4h00 to 4h30 PM 8h00 to 8h30 PM
