LD # 47 – Jump in the pool

Unfortunately I can only remember a limited amount of this LD because I didn’t wake up immediately after the dream.

I’m in a large mall with a lovely dark haired woman. In my dream this woman wants to date me, but I’m not sure if I want to be involved with her. The mall has many levels and I am on the top level. There are railings all around and I can see down 4-5 stories. I’m not sure what triggered me to do a RC, but I look at my left hand and count 8 fingers. I am lucid, and a bit shocked that I am dreaming. I jump up onto the railing and easily balance. 4-5 stories below me is a huge pool of water. I turn to the dark haired woman, hold my hand out to her, and I say, “Come on, let’s jump.” She climbs up on the railing. I smile at her and then leap off the railing. I can feel my stomach drop as I plummet 40-50 feet. I hit the water and sink 20 feet under the surface. The water is warm like a bath. I look up and can see thousands of bubbles moving toward the surface. I marvel at how real it all looks and feels. I lose lucidity at some point and the dream continues, but I don’t remember anything else.
