My DILD-ing has failed me once again! One should definitely realise they are dreaming while on the moon. Anyways, I was doing some sort of mission that involved a big retractable structure coming out of the moon. We typed in some stuff on a computer and this building came out of the lunar soil at like a 45 degree angle. Then we slid down it and enjoyed the reduced gravity for a bit. I then had a false awakening, I remember playing some sort of videogame in my old house while remembering that cool dream. Then I had a wierd dream where I had to go to summer school at a school I didn't know the location of. Eventually I gave up and walked to a group of people I knew and hung out with them for a bit.
The dream starts out with me riding in a jeep talking to a few people. In retrospect, I should have become lucid because I don't think I knew these people. The driver was a man, and there were two girls and me. Anyways, I glance out the windshield from the backseat and see a comet. It looks utterly magnificent. It's probably 20-25 times larger than the sun in the sky, right near the horizon. I point it out and we're all watching it when it hits the ground. We brace for the shock-wave and when it hits our little jeep is hurled backwards about 50 feet but manages to remain upright. We're all okay, a couple scrapes and bruises and psychological trauma, but okay. We get out of the car and head to the nearest house. Then owner lets us in and we're all pacing around his house excited and euphoric because we survived a comet strike. I remember pieces of our conversation. "Did you see the comet?" we asked the home-owner. He laughed and replied, "Well duh it was bigger than the sun!". The conversation went on a bit. Then he asked me about the impact. "How big was the mushroom cloud?" "It was all I could see." I said. We were laughing and singing and partying all night, getting really drunk and celebrating the fact that we survived.
