Side Notes
Morning 2: After talking to my wife about what I experienced the first go-round, she wants to try it with me next time. She's a little nervous about it so I decide we should just take one pill for 4mg Galantamine and 200mg Choline. We do it on a Sunday so we have time in the morning to do it. I wake up at around 5am for the WBTB and we take one pill each. It still takes me a while to fall asleep but since I only took one pill, things don't seem to be as crazy as last time. I eventually go to sleep but don't really have any drastic changes to my dreaming (at least not that I remember at this point). My wife reports that it took her awhile to go back to sleep and I believe she had a vivid dream but I don't remember. As you can tell, this wasn't much of a success.
