I'm driving a car, with the seat tilted way back, almost laying down. A police officer waves me over and directs me to pull over in front of a road block on a bridge. I'm worried they will bust me for not wearing a seat belt, but maybe I'm sitting so low they won't notice. The police seem preoccupied anyway.

Beyond the roadblock, the bridge is flooded with about a foot of water over the cement. As I imagine trying to drive through the water, the flood washes past the barrier and carries all the cars down hill. I'm being pushed backwards, and to either side of me are steep rocky ditches, small cliffs, rock faces, all manner of disasters should I go off the road. And the cars around me are doing just that.

I'm luck I was in the middle lane, and I try to hit the brakes which do nothing. I can kind of steer a little which keeps me on the road. After a few minutes, I try the brakes again and my car comes to a halt.

In the car with me is a chinese guy. We've stopped in front of an out of the way strip club, and I say to the chinese guy "After that, we need a beer!". We go in and all the strippers are really old. Don't recall much after that.
