    1. #92 - Non-lucid false awakening with sleep paralysis

      Dream
I was a ghost buster pretty much, or paranormal investigator. The places I seemed to go were dark and misty, spooky looking really... There were dead tress and stuff, and it was usually night. It must have been a pretty long dream but I can't recall everything I did, I do remember helping ghosts and stuff, all the ghosts seemed pretty nice except for the last one I helped.

This ghost wanted to regain a part of itself, and that part was hidden in darkness so I couldn't see what it was. I tried my best to help it, and I manage to disperse some of the darkness (the darkness flowed like mist). I managed to see what the ghost was after, it was a short dark-haired girl that the ghost wanted to possess (the girl looked like the person I've been wanting to talk to in my lucids). I woke up after that... At least I thought I did. I'm unable to move and I realize I'm in sleep paralysis, but the ghost had possessed the girl and came to lie beside, only then did I realize it was evil. I tried to roll off the bed and I felt like it worked, but I realized I had only experienced the *feeling* of rolling off the bed, and in actuality I was still lying on my bed unable to move.

After this I ended up waking up for real and it was daylight now... Also my windows were frozen, must have been very cold last night.

I also can't believe how realistic that FA was, EVERYTHING was as it should have been. The pillow, blankets, the position I sleep in, the bin beside my bed, the desk on the other side of the room... Crazy
    2. Transformations

Morning of June 7, 2015. Sunday.

In the first part of my dream, I am disembodied and watching a large group of tribal people on an island (possibly Polynesian) dragging an overturned very large (prehistoric) living trilobite onto the beach. Apparently they are somehow getting a lot of edible meat from it. There is a bit of ambiguity as if there is something related to archaeology in the back of my mind. It does not seem to matter that trilobites were probably never this large and are also extinct, as the scene is extraordinarily vivid and “realistic” otherwise.

Later, there is a shift and more people (perhaps the same group) are capturing large turtles and somehow using the carapace as some sort of small boat that seems to be able to hold about three or four people. It seems fairly “realistic” but I doubt it would be feasible.

I am with some unknown and unfamiliar females, not tribal and not directly associated with the other groups to my knowledge. We are in a boat which is somewhat canoe-like (not a kayak) though the others are sculling in an area near shore - which may be in the ocean or a very large lake, though I do not sense it is competitive rowing (or regarding a need to hurry), at least not clearly. There is an abandoned windmill on shore which seems important. Somehow, four oars are jury-rigged as new blades for this windmill, which seems to happen almost instantly even though I sense or see little movement. This is perhaps some sort of composite joining. Windmills represent the dreaming process itself or level of lucidity (as does successfully traveling in a small boat over a large body of water) or extent of the connection to semi-consciousness. In the past, one dream where windmills were stopped or unmoving (and another from years ago regarding entering a painting of a windmill, though I had a recent one where someone else was ready to enter a painting with a windmill) represented being fully in my dream, as the windmill turning would imply conscious awareness and a windmill beginning to move might be related to the liminal level of waking consciousness, but this is probably not always the case.

I do not get out of the boat as there is something else I have to do before waking - to help with my physical existence and “uniformity” in my role of “pretending” to be human and to exist in the real world as such.

I eventually shift to where I am aware that I am in bed with my wife, though she is asleep and I am in a state of artificial “wakefulness”, though not full sleep paralysis - only very light sleep paralysis, as there is not the typical blissful awareness or wonderful waves of energy and oscillation that move from head to toe and back in such states. I am aware that, due to recent back pain, I have to go through several stages and need to maintain each stage for a certain number of minutes prior to waking.

First of all, I am a trilobite lying on my back in our bed, but I need to transform over time into other representations of whatever partially abstract line of thought or existence I am in. I do not move (or attempt to move) at any point. Still, I am well aware that I am becoming a lobster. Becoming a lobster is important and not uncomfortable, so I am a lobster for several minutes. I almost sense a level of transparency and a sort of “flatness”, yet still three-dimensional vertically (which is somewhat ambiguous in form). Of course, from here, the next “logical” step is to be in my scorpion form for awhile. Finally, my line of in-dream thought begins to become a bit too abstract and wavers slightly. Still, I know my next stage is to become a tarantula, though from that point, I am puzzled over how to “correctly” adapt physically and wake “correctly”. This is vaguely similar to where I transform into symbols (such as runes) or letters of the alphabet (though sometimes just random polygonal shapes) in the “correct” way while in the “correct” position.
    3. Chained from the previous closet dream (Shogun Megazord)

by , 05-26-2015 at 11:21 PM (My Robotic imagination)
I got to bed extremely sleepy and right off the back began to experience dreams and SP.

They were chained to me always looking at the closet. The first time was a forgotten dream that lasted 1 or 2 minutes. The second time was me slipping into SP and quickly breaking out. And the I realized what was going on and this time allowed my self to go into SP. FA I get up out of bed and look into the closet. Something red appears from it and is talking as well. I didn't know what it was until I got into the hall where a light was on at. It was then revealed to me this it was the red ape-faced Shoganzord. He was pretty accurate to the real thing and then realized that he was chasing me. I ran down the steps and went outside where it was raining. He came out then I got Lucid and say. "If you want to get me, then turn into the Shogun Megazord." I was across the street from him and he walked off in between some houses. When he showed up again he was the Shogun Megazord. He looked up at me with a smile on his blue face. I can also see the detailing of the lines on his chest and arms, the mass of him body and he motioned with his head for me to come or he would come after me as That massive thing and I don't think I would want that.
    4. Chained closet dream

by , 05-26-2015 at 11:11 PM (My Robotic imagination)
I don't recall what I have dreamed about earlier beyond this FA that I had. I wake up with some kind of Jazz music playing and I realized that this song was in my previous dream that I have just awoken from. The first thing I do is turn on the radio and it is playing that song. I began to talk to one of my toys and told him about the older dream. "This song was in the dream I have just awoken from!" This is awesome." I spontaneously became lucid and at the same time started thinking about the door less arch closet. I looked out towards it and something happened (an attack or something) that sent me into SP. I laid my toy and head down and began to feel a strong tickling sensation near my underarms and ribcage. I woke up in SP and had to breakout due to the annoying sensations.

I was tired that evening and I massaged a calf to my wife. After about half an hour I felt I'm losing comprehension of reality(my body was falling to sleep).
So I laid down and started to relax... it went fast to generate feeling of heaviness and heat in my body, to lose feelings from body sensors... To lose thoughts. Only consciousness remained. I was point of consciousness floating in white shining space, in clean light.(Normally I'm in black space, this was something new But black space doesn't mean that I'm in any kind of discomfort. The feeling of peace is the same.)
Time was running around me, but I didn't feel timeflow. I was existing in shining light, in peace, without thoughts. After about one hour my wife tried to wake me up , she needed help with our children. What she managed was, that I started to comprehend physical world... but only sounds from it. I started to feel my body, dimly. It was hot and very relaxed. I told my wife that I need help to stand up, that I don't have strong contact with my body. But I said it probably only into astral world.
I pushed my will inside my legs and arms to move them, but instead, I did fast full separation into astral world probably. I projected inside my room, only it was all shining white. I moved around a little, floating. My wife was shouting again for me. I went back to my body to try to move physical body. I couldn't move it a millimeter. My body felt very tired and relaxed. I tried again to tell my wife that I need help to stand up to reconnect faster with my body. I found up that I can't move with ane muscle. I pushed my mouth to open a little and tried to speak, but my vocal chords were not functioning. I concentrated on them then... I managed to move muscles on vocal chords, but no sound was going out. I found up that I don't breathe fast enough... there wasn't pressure of air to resonate on the vocal chords. My cycle of breath in/out was longer than 30 seconds... and with very slow air movement. I couldn't speak with that. In the physical world that is. But I heard myself speaking despite of that. Probably into astral. I found out that I don't have control of my lungs.
I tried again to move my hands and again I was out in shining white astral. Therefore I pushed my consciousness back into my body again. My consciousness was steering itself automatically to shut down any disruption of state of clean existence. Into peaceful thoughtless state. I pushed my will into my body limbs again despite of resistance. My real me wanted something else- going back into meditation. But I knew I need to stand up. I managed to rotate physical body to side of bed and partially down of bed. It took a few minutes to get feeling of gravity and balance strong enough to stand up, to fasten breathing, to strengthen and control muscles.

Normally I do things different. Normally I try to stay in astral. As long as possible. This was new experience
Despite how this looks like, this wasn't traumatizing experience. Yeah, I had problems to regain control of my body. But that was because of tiredness and because I didn't really want to go back. I never wanted to go back from astral, from that peaceful place. I would ditch my body if that is possible probably long time ago. But I have responsibilities. Therefore it is not priority But again, if possibility emerged, I would do it in that state of consciousness without thinking.

    6. Feeling both bodies at once

      by , 04-28-2015 at 11:30 AM
This was in the morning. I had already woken up but thought I could try to fall asleep to some MILD affirmations to have a short lucid dream.

All of a sudden, I found myself in the same bed, but with my dream journal in hand (I had bought a new one the day before) and looking at the front page. There, I could read the fields "name" and "username" yet to be filled. The "username" one made me think of DreamViews, but I knew the actual journal doesn't have this field. I became lucid right away, and did the nose-pinch RC to confirm. Of course, I could breathe through it, but at the same time I was able to feel my real body on my bed. I thought it was best not to move for a little while because I seemed to be half awake. Then, for some reason I started worrying I would oversleep, so finally I decided to open my eyes.
    7. #1 Interloper.

      by , 03-16-2015 at 01:53 AM
After sending goodnight message to my friend i put telephone under the pillow and was falling asleep. I had a strange feeling, was so relaxed, when suddently i noticed that i couldn't move. And i realized that i was about to experiance sleep paralysis (I knew what it is from young age, it was happening to me all the time).

I remember the noise. Loud, unpleasant buzzing sound that was causing disturbance. Vibrating. Struggle to move was strengthening senses. I felt like someone opened the window. I couldn't turn around and look at it because i was unable to move, but i think even if i could - i wouldnt. I felt cold wind, and i heard that someone (It sounded like it was a person) climbed through the window and slowly came to my bed. I heard the steps. Breathing. I felt like my bed sligtly rises as interloper lays behind me. So close. I could feel how he touches my back. My eyes were open, staring at one point and being completely powerless. Then i sow how that person puts his hand around me as if he wants to hug me. And we were laying like that. For a while.

    8. Fake Reality

      by , 03-10-2015 at 06:39 PM
This felt like one of my longest lucid dreams yet. I went to sleep at around 11:30 PM, after taking sleeping pills, and woke up at about 4:07 AM the next morning and stayed awake until about 5:10 AM using the internet, printing a sheet, and trying to figure out what to do next before I go back to bed. I went back to sleep at around 5:20 AM and performed the WILD technique, I think. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. This is how it turned out.

I woke up in sleep paralysis, after desperately attempting to move my body up out of bed. It took me a while to realize it, meaning the demons, or whatever it was, would come in to the room earlier. I was laid on my back under my covers(even though the blankets were not actually on me). I closed my eyes and began visualizing myself escape the current paralyzed state and imagine myself leaving the bedroom. I never actually imagined going anywhere else but inside the home I was already in. The harder I thought about myself going through that levitating phase, the harder I had to keep it in my mind. I ended up losing my train of thought the first time, but the second time I tried imagining myself moving freely away from my dream bed, I immediately flew out of this levitation mode and quickly flew through the closed door in my bedroom, in hopes that whatever else was in there would not catch me.

After making it out, and already becoming lucid, I decided to walk outside the home. I didn't really have anything to do so far, but to save me the sensations of bordem, I decided to go ahead and summon Sydney again, out on the parkway(which was all empty). I extended my right arm back and summon her. I pulled her out in front of me but I didn't actually sure what to do with her. Once we walked back in to the house, I noticed that two of the televisions were on inside the house; one in the living room and one in my parents' bedroom. My father was inside the living room and my mother was inside their bedroom. I also saw two kids walked in to the scene at the same time I did(they somehow where already in the house). One of them was a boy and the other one was a year, one who looked so suspiciously familiar.

Me and Sydney followed the little girl and when she walked over to my mother inside her bedroom, I then realized that it was one of the children I helped back at a preschool a few years ago. She didn't look exactly the same, nor did it look like she had any of her traits come to think of it, but while dreaming, it really felt like we were finally meeting each other again after a long time. I'm not sure if I hugged her or not.

Me and Sydney then walked back out of the house and walked around the front steps of the house for a small bit. I saw my dog there, along with his lover, at least that's what it looked like. They stuck very close to each other, walking around me and Sydney. My dog had a tendency to lick me every time he had the chance to. I didn't like it, but then again he was my dog, so I could never neglect him. He also had a tendency to drink water from anywhere, including the dirty brown water that was inside a small fountain next to the front porch. He drank it and didn't even care how dirty it was.

After hanging around with my dog for a while, him and his lover left. Me and Sydney were now alone with each other. This was the best time to try and talk to her, especially since our waking life communications don't exit, they never did. I walked Sydney over to the wall next to the parkway and turned towards her. I looked in her eyes, closely observing her facial expressions and attempted to ask her a question hoping she reply with a somewhat real answer.

"I like you, Sydney." I said.

      "I like you." she repeated.

I continued telling her how I felt about her but she kept repeating what I said. After a couple times, it got annoying. I asked why she was copying me and eventually told her to stop copying me. She didn't want to listen to me. After asking her so many times, she did manage to tell me something irrelevant, but I forgot what she said. I then decided to leave Sydney here while I went venturing out the street I was in.

Before I walked in to the street, the dream started to turn on me by fading away. I believed the sky was adding to it. It was so dark that many of the homes in the city looked haunted. I raised up both of my arms and imagined the skies to be lit with bright stars. After several attempts, all I did was turn midnight in to late evenings. The dream was practically blind by now. I resorted to the spinning technique as a last motive. I turned my body and turned it as much as I could, so I could feel the vibrations of my dream body move along a strong, consistent pattern to assist in achieving a better vision for the world. It surprisingly worked. Everything, including the skies, were clear. I was not only shocked, but amazed.

I walked out on to the street and I already saw someone walking it. It was a stranger, someone that kept walking down this street consistently in the dream. They wore a pink/black decorated hoodie, so I had a little trouble recalling if they were male or female. I followed them out on the side of the street. I was walking behind them and felt the urge to do something I knew. I extended my right arm back and pulled out in front of me a metal hammer. What I wanted to do to this person was obvious, and I was going to do it whether or not there were people watching. Unfortunately, that person walked in to an area I did not want to walk in to. I decided to walk away and try my luck someplace else.

On my way walked off to other houses on the street, I saw a police car driving off in to one of the parking lot of someone's home. I saw another one opposite of the same of the same home. The first one was going down in flames, which I'm not sure what happened, and the other cop car(and whoever else was in it) didn't seem to care that one of their pals' car was burning out.

I walked over to different house on my right side of the street to see who I could kill in a discreetly manner. I noticed several mothers on the front lawns of their home working and taking the trash out. I focused on one that lived in a darkly lit area, followed by a lonely backyard parkway. I trespassed in to their home and walked up in to the shadowy trees and bushes. They were walking closer up to me and I waited for them to walk up in front of the shadows I was in. Once the got close enough for me to touch them, I swung the hammer heavily on to their forehead and unintentionally broke the hammer. The woman then started laughing at me for not being able to kill her. I gave up trying to kill someone else, so I decided to do something else with my lucidity.

This was where things got interesting. I flew over near a small food market on the corner of the same street I just came out of. As I was flying on to the parking lot of this place, I summoned someone I didn't really intend on summoning before I went to bed. It was Madison, one of Sydney's friends. I held her hand until the both of us were on the ground. The reason I landed on to the parking lot of this small store was because there was going to be a special event taking place her in just a few more minutes. There was coincidentally two chairs already laid out on this parking lot. I sat in the left one and Madison, on my right. We were seemingly the first ones here. There were still a lot more people left.

As we waited, I decided to go ahead and summon a bag of chips(seeing how you don't gain weight in dreams). They were my personal favorites - Cheddar Ruffles. I grabbed some of them to munch on and then handed the bag over to Madison. She ate some with me. The taste felt almost the same, but not vividly. It wasn't strong enough for me to actually set one of my intentions to summon them before going to sleep some other night. Me and Madison both sat there as people quickly started piling up.

The seats began filling up quickly. Many of the seats in front of us were already filled. Some of the individuals attending this ceremony were young and some were old, but not too old. As me and Madison were eating our food, I noticed a young male staring at the food we were eating. This guy looked a lot like my best friend I used to hang around with during high school. I'm not sure if it was him, though. He never bothered greeting me and I never bothered greeting him. I assumed in forgotten all about me.

The parking lot was full by the time the one's responsible for this ceremony put up the red/white decorations scattered all over the place. I turned over towards Madison and gave her a small kiss on the lips, which was a little tasty seeing how she still had the cheddar Ruffle powder taste on them. Madison was my date for the night, but I'm not even sure if she knows it.

Eventually, the staff presenters walked up in front of the large crowd of audience in the parking lot. They went on talking about whatever it was they meant to talk about. I don't have any recollection of what they were trying to speak out. That wasn't the purpose of this perfect moment I held in delight as I sat there that night with Madison. As I sat there, surrounded by so many cheering individuals, most of which were strangers, I felt it'd be the best time to expand my relationship with Madison to something intense. I extended my right arm back and summoned a small black case holding a valuable item inside. I pulled out the box in front of me and held it discreetly in both my hands as I got down on the ground with one left knee in front of Madison. I held the box out in front of her and opened it up as I spoke out those four dazzling words, Will you marry me?

The audience cheered with "awes" and applause. Madison was caught by surprise. I waited for her reply but after the audience began cheering less, Madison then went on to say something along the lines of, while smiling, It's too early. I was shocked, but as long as the two of us could keep together for a little while longer, it'd eventually be a possibility. The ceremony was over by now and everyone started getting up out of their chairs and walking towards the exit. Me and Madison both got up out of our chairs. I held her in my arms in front of me very closely. At that moment, I just noticed she wore a red. glittery dress. We then both walked out towards the exit, after being escorted, and walked in to what seemed to be a casino.

Me and Madison departed ways once we entered this new scene. At the beginning on this small hallway, the one we were escorted to, I broke out a few dance moves behind some of the girls I was walking behind with. I think I was dancing to Uptown Funk, but I'm not quite sure. I followed these three girls until we reached the bigger part of the casino - the lounge. This area was big but not too big, and not too small either. There were slot machines on my right side, a set of tables just outside the small hallway I just walked out of, and a small bar to me left, one where Jay-Z happened to be in. Perhaps Jay-Z enjoyed bar tending more than making music. That is what I thought. I also saw two older men sitting just outside the hallway near the tables. I remember summoning a Berreta to see if it couldn't fire actual bullets this time. Instead, I fired off one plastic bb and I also had to reload the gun, which would eventually become harder to pull, at which then I decided to better yet throw the gun at the hairless man who didn't mind me throwing it at him.

I saw a few others things in the dream. I tried setting the place on fire by using a small box of match and throwing it in small cups of gasoline(what I thought) scattered around the room. The fire would sometimes extended as far as where I was holding it but didn't feel a thing.
    9. Fake

I woke up at about 7:00 AM in the morning, debating whether or not I should go back to sleep or to begin going about my day. I decided to dose off to sleep.

I woke up in paralyzed in sleep, again. I didn't need to look around the room to notice. All I needed to know was the sudden change in emotions that were building up inside my body. I couldn't move. My hands and arms were the only source of strength I could use to try and rise from bed, but once I did, the force on my chest prevents me from doing so. After becoming consciously aware of my current state, I immediately let my mind sink in to the realm of the dream world. I closed my eyes and calmed down my nerves. For a few seconds, I avoided the thoughts of nearby terror. I imagined a place where I would be summoned in lucidity - the home living room.

My mind then began changing the outcome of this paralyzing fear. My body, as I felt, hovered just slightly over my bed and began tilting out towards the exit door located in front of my bed. My mind was doing good. There was nothing that could have prevented me from escaping sleep paralysis. I gradually went hovering faster throughout the door of my bedroom and the dream then started to take place.

Suddenly, I ended up in my living room. The ceiling lights were on, all four bulbs. I stood standing in the middle of the somewhat small room and observed what was around me. I felt a strong sense of lucidity. Not only that, but vividness, a very strong fell of it. There was no one else in the room, though it felt like it. At that very moment, I decided to do what I can with the dream world and utilize it in any way I can to escape my waking life.

I wasn't motivated to perform anything in the dream, not as much as I once was, but my memories of Sydney reminded myself of how much I loved lucid dream and that was the first thing on my mind. I summoned Sydney, extending my right arm back and pulling her out in front of me. The rest was unknown, or unable to remember. I then appeared outside, out on the street. I saw these few individuals and decided to follow them. Their path led me to a small party happening on the front yard of someone's home.

One of the first things I wanted to do here was to summon a pistol and shoot anyone who might have been an enemy. It turned out, one of them was sitting on the parking lot of the front yard. He was up to something, I just wasn't sure what. I walked slowly past him and slowly tilted my head over to see if he was doing anything suspiciously. I pulled my gun out and moved over to a quiet area. He then moved over deeper in to the backyard of the house. That's when I pointed my gun at him and squeezed the trigger. Surprisingly, nothing happened. What I thought was a overpowered weapon was now an air soft gun. I had to keep pulling the top loader part of the gun back to keep shooting the plastic bb's at him. He then started panicking and ran towards the back yard.

I ran over behind a set of pillars and summoned an assault rifle, one without bb's. I aimed it at him and started firing. Everyone else at the party ran around in panic. There were a few other individuals standing behind me, one's who wanted to help. I summoned a few weapons for them, in hopes that they would assist me in stopping the bad guys. Bullets went flying over everyone's head, all without any sound coming from the opposite side.

The criminals then started running back out on to the front yard and running towards the street. Me, along with almost everyone else at the party, including unarmed ones, were all still at the residence. I stood out and ordered everyone to go after the criminals and demanded all to attack. The whole crowds of people then stormed out on to the street towards the direction of the criminals. Change, however, took its toll on me. Before I knew it, I stood on the sidewalk of a street where the only humans left were me and my small group of armed individuals.

The mood got quieter, softer. The noise left the dream world and the criminals we were all chasing were long gone. Me, along with my group of about 10 people, walked on the sidewalk, hoping something better would come up for us. I stood behind the larger numbers, walking next to an unknown guy. I talked to this guy just like I would to any one around my age. At one point, I brought up Sydney. I even summoned her. I extended my left arm back and summoned her. She stood right by me as I stared at her, almost as if she knew me. This is not true in waking life. I woke up happy.
    10. Furry Demon

      by , 02-27-2015 at 04:57 PM
I woke up in sleep paralysis and felt something furry sitting on the side of my bed. I had my eyes closed because I didn't want to be more scared than I already was. This furry creature was talking to me about myself. He pointed at different areas of my body using his claws. I was hoping he wouldn't stab me with one of them. I got to feel its hand even though the rest of my body was trapped from moving. I think it was a giant bear. I imagined it white.

I tried to imagine a new dream scene my picturing my self escaping my dream body out towards the exit door in front of me. Often times it wouldn't work because I kept losing my train of thought. I even pictured myself sinking in to the bed and popping up in to a new dream scene. None of that work. One positive thing did come out of this, though. I never yelled out for help. However, I did wake up mad.

When I woke up, or I thought I did, I found myself in my parents room. I was confused. I got up from bed and immediately walked over to the living room to ask her why she laid me in her room. I was angry with her. I didn't get her exact answer. It wasn't until I woke up again when I realized I had a false awakening. I woke up upset really about it(for not reality testing) and tried going back to sleep but couldn't because both my sisters and nieces started making noise.

I woke up at around 4 AM in the morning after going to sleep at around 11:00 PM the night before. I just woke up from a creepy dream where I was stuck inside my home again with all the lights shut off. I went back to sleep and woke up paralyzed in bed.

It took me a few seconds to realize I couldn't move. The creepy sensations started to run throughout my body as I just started to hear someone in the room with me. It was a woman's voice(one around her 20's). She was standing/sitting right next to my bed and whispered me to turn over and look at her. I tried my very best not to panic and telling myself that it was all in my head.

I wasn't so much about her, but I was worried if anything, like a furry creature, might come up to me and attacks. I was very scared but not once did I yell out for help. After a few moments of observing the dream elements around me, I decided to close my eyes in hopes that I would teleport myself in a happier dream scene. The first place I thought about was Fairfax Elementary School. I wanted to go there and be surrounded my sunlight and a peaceful playground. I closed my eyes and imagined myself teleporting through the exit door in front of me and being summoned in front of the peaceful scene.

It felt a lot like I was flying through a portal. I felt the vibrations in my head building up from soft to loud. Unfortunately, it did not work. I was still stuck on my bed. I did, however, somehow managed to get half of my upper body to move. I used the extra time to get up from bed, using all of my strength, and fly out of this demonized home. As soon as I broke loose, I immediately flew through the walls and roof of my home, out towards the front yard. What happens next was a little depressing for me.

Seeing how I was already lucid, I thought it was a great time to take advantage and do something fun with my imagination. I hovered above my front yard and found there to be one problem. It was still dark. There was no one around, just me. Even worse, I tried to brighten up the globe but failed to. I flew over to my neighbors house to see if anyone was there by looking through one of their windows but I didn't even try to go inside. Who knows what could be in there.

I didn't know what to do. I thought about summoning some people but I guess I didn't feel motivated enough to be with them. What I really wanted to do was to bring the sun out, but that wasn't achievable in the dream. I tried closing my eyes and dream spinning to appear in a happier place but it just didn't want to work. I am getting a little bit more familiar with dream spinning, though. When I did close my eyes, my right eyes was somehow blocked. I couldn't see anything with my right eye. I knew the dream was over by then.

Before I left the dream, I did manage to summon a meteor. I summoned the explosion somewhere downtown. Eventually, it'd make its way towards me and shred everything in its path.

      #408- DEILD - 4:45AM

      Quick WBTB. Galantamine and DMAE.

I wake slightly and enter vibration and have my usual SP time. I can't get anywhere so I decide to just enjoy the moment. I relax and begin to feel myself float then, slip off the bed. I watch as a fall deep into a void in the floor. I can see my bedside getting smaller and smaller. I fall fast for a long time. I wonder if I will pop out on the other side of the earth. At that thought, I feel gravity shift and I start to fall up. This doesn't last long and I land back in bed. I relax and focus while remaining thoughtless.

I am now walking in the living room. I am glad the dream has started and make my way outside. My son is in the room and presses against me to be picked up. I decide it would be fun to take him along with me. He feels cumbersome to carry so I just imagine that he is somehow attached to me and continue on without worrying too much about actually carrying him.

It's rainy outside and looks like early dawn. I walk into the street and remember that I was going to go for the Pegasus TOTY. I call out for Pegasus and look around expectantly. Nothing shows up so I turn around to think about something else. I see my son has been trailing behind me and I get an idea. I say, "R, be Pegasus." as I hop on his back. He's on all fours but nothing is happening. I feel bad at this sight, so I stand up and take a less rushed approach. I say, "R, turn now into Pegasus." I watch as he quickly morphs into only the front half of a white stallion. He's just a horse head with front legs. This is a horrible sight and look away for a quick second. This was a bad idea because when I turn back to look, he has vanished. I spin around trying to see if he walked around me, but he is nowhere to be found. I quietly whisper, "Shit." I decide to forget about it the whole thing as I look at the colorful dawn in on the horizon just above the trees. I decide to fly without much thought and I zoom toward the sunrise at an amazing speed. I can hear the wind rushing in my ears as the dream collapses

I am back in SP and vibrations. This time the sound of it so strange and creepy. It' like demonic children shrieking in either anger or agony. Before fear can get the best of me I decide to let it go and not focus on SP or vibes or anything else. I remind myself that SP is not the goal and I quickly fall into mediation for a moment. My awareness doesn't fade but I feel my body come back into the waking world. I feel like I could go back in, but I decide I should try to DJ before I fall into non lucid sleep.

I woke up at about 3:20 AM. I felt a little drowsy but stood awake until about 4:00 AM. At around 5:26 AM, I slipped in to sleep paralysis.

I laid on my right shoulder facing one of the bedroom walls. At first, it was really hard to tell whether the scene was real or not. I stared at the wall and tried to understand what the actual texture looked like. There was an obvious difference but I had a hard time trying to remember what the real one was like.

After soon realizing there was something wrong, I began feeling the strong sensations taking place. I started panicking. I jiggled around trying to get out of this state but knew I needed to start moving my fingers first, but that was too long of a process. Suddenly, after losing control of myself and feeling more of these powerful sensations, I heard somebody's voice behind me, someone seemingly standing besides my bed.

"Step" a woman in a soft, vividly voice spoke out to me, "Step in."

I cried out for help. My body quaked in fear. There was nothing I could do. My lips were sealed shut and whatever was inside the room with me had the power to make me cry out some more. The vividness of these scene was so intense for me, I couldn't believe it was fake until I was able to wake up and move my muscles. Fortunately, I was able to experience this paralyzing ability again but it wasn't as strong as the previous one. However, the third time I performed this fearsome technique, was just as creepier as the first one, probably worst one.

I did just as I did in the first one this third time going through sleep paralysis, but there was a little bit more sunlight in this one. I stared at the wall in front of me and observed its texture. I didn't question my current mental state until I tried getting out of bed. The sensations started taking place. This same familiar feeling made it obvious about what was to come next. This time, however, I rattled my body around the bed to prevent hearing the creepy lady again. I heard her voice a few times, but it wasn't as loud as the last time. That wasn't the worst part, though. My mind started to imagine more dream elements.

As I was keeping my eyes closed, pressing each eyelid down towards each other as hard as I could, I heard a gentle, yet uncomfortably noise bouncing at the opposite end of my bed just below my feet. I couldn't make up of what it was, I could only tell that when it bounced, it sounded a lot like a beanbag chair. In between jumps, this object, whatever it was, would pause for a very brief moment and continue hoping away. It wasn't until I heard this strange sound coming near my bed when I started to panic tremendously.

I was afraid. I tried to scream, but I couldn't. The closer this unknown creature came to me, I begged the dream to be over. The sound came closer and closer, and when the figure finally jumped up just inches away from my face, I felt it. This thing moved its head up towards mine as if it were observing me. It pulled itself in closer and I felt its furry, rabbit-like skin on my chin. The vividness of this moment made it so I didn't wake up a 4th time and perform this technique again, for the day. I kept my eyes closed as I noticed it sniffing me.

After waking up at around 3:57 in the morning and spent enough time to get my mind focused back on becoming lucid, I laid in bed turning over again and again for almost two hours. I'm not sure if I felt asleep during that time or I might of not noticed I was already asleep, but it felt like I didn't get any sleep until sometime before 8:00 later that same morning.

I continuing laying in bed for a few more minutes to see if I'm still able to go back to sleep. Moments later, I noticed a strange vibration going on through my chest. I was laying on my side facing the wall. At first I thought it was because of the amount sleeping pills I was taking. Then I noticed a blurry scene as I began drifting off to sleep. In this scene I saw a small bond with a stack of wooden sticks laying on top of each other. I stared at the pond trying to figure out what to make of it - whether I was dreaming or not. Seconds later, I get this sudden urge of panic. After staring at the pond with the set of sticks nestled in to it for a few more seconds, I felt a strong vivid sense of sinking inside it. I woke up startled, but then found out it wasn't over.

I woke up laying on my side facing my bedroom. I was wrapped up in my blankets as I slowly began opening my eyes. I tried to move my muscles but couldn't. This obviously meant only one thing. I was paralyzed. Upon realizing it, I heard voices going on in the bedroom. I heard my sister telling me happy birthday. I heard my mother telling me something nice about me. The rest, I couldn't remember. The voices started to get closer. I panicked. Nestled in to my blankets, I reminded myself of something. It was all just in my head. I was hallucinating. It wasn't real. I did my best trying to realize that and remained as calm as I tried to be. I kept my eyes closed and thought of a place in which I could become lucid in. I first thought about Sydney. I thought about trying to summon her back on my parking lot just like the previous night. It wasn't a bad idea but then again, I didn't want the dark skies to be there if I did wake up to that same dream.

Instead, I wanted to go back to my elementary school. I wanted to see the beautiful playground standing in the middle of the school. I wanted to be safe. I imagined this location as best as I could and after a more seconds of listening to those surrounding voices, I started to drift away from my dream bed. My body flew out of the bed, without any effort on my part, and started flying straight towards the door exiting my bedroom. Unfortunately, that was all that happened. I woke up.

I WBTB at 2:30AM and took 8MG Galantamine and 400MG DMAE. I kept the WBTB brief.

      #399 - DILD - 5:18AM

I am what I think of as my my moms sister's house, Aunt Paula. I wake up and have to pee. I know I was trying to get lucid but I think I should take care of this. The bathroom has a strange looking toilet made of maroon colored plastic. When I open the lid something breaks and water spills all over the floor. My uncle comes in upset about the mess. He looks over the toilet and says something dismissive and leaves. I am in shock and recall this as a dream sign. I look left past the sink and see a white porcelain toilet has appeared. I become lucid at this, though I still feel the need to pee. I consider it but I now know that it's pointless and don't want to think what might happen if I try.

I walk back into the main room while I try to recall my goal. I say out loud, "I have a goal." I just can't remember. For some reason I think I wanted to summon some sort of evil magic. No that can't be right. I start to feel mild fear but I keep my emotions in check. However, it doesn't stop the evil from manifesting itself. I see movement around me. There behind red curtains. A child? The curtains part and I see a grotesquely rotted face of a demonic child. I hissed at me then into a wispy ghost and vanishes into vapor. Multiple copies of these demonic ghost children appear all around me but the moment I try to focus on them they turn to vapor and streak around. I keep my emotion level and don't allow this to turn into a nightmare. I'm actually happy this is happening. I haven't had much of a creep factor in a long time. The dream collapses here and I wake into SP.

I am on my right side and I feel really uncomfortable. My knees are touching in a way that hurts and I am really hot. I try to move but can't. I notice vibrations. I want to wake up so I open my eyes but I see the room too bright and ghostly figures. I wonder if I have even woke up. I consider holding my breath to wake up but I don't want to break the dream just yet. With great effort, I manage to roll over and remove some of the blanket. I feel better but I also notice the vibrations haven't stopped. I doubt that I have actually moved, but the effect was the same. I try opening my eyes again to see if I actually see the room. I can see the moonlight from the window and decide to try moving my hands. There is a ghostly image of me shaking my hands in front of my face. Again I doubt that I am even really seeing my room and as I watch my body releases and I am dumped out of bed. I go blind again and feel my way into the living room noticing what my hands and feet touch with great detail. I pause for a moment and try summoning a woman like in a recent LD, but it doesn't happen and I really don't want to go there anyway.

I am at the front door now still trying to see but all I get is random images like heavy hypnagogic imagery. I decide that I am trying too hard to see. I relax a bit and forget about the problem. I focus on feeling the detail of the front door as I try to see what I am touching. The images vanish to black, then suddenly, I see. I am looking out the glass storm-door into a version of my front yard. Excited, I quickly rush out. My vision becomes blurry as if I am underwater. I notice it is raining. My yard doesn't end at a street but seems to continue into a wooden area. The closer I get to the edge of the yard the more the dream area seems to stop there until there is a definite cut off into black void. I stop and turn back. There are some unfamiliar cars in the drive way under a carport. My house look unfamiliar. I fall to my hands and knees and feel the grass to stabilize. I try to feel the rain but there is very little sensation. I know I had a goal but I still can't remember. I shout very loud, "I HAVE A GOAL!" I can't think. All I recall is that same summoning-evil-thought. No. Not again. I let that go. After a moment I realize that I am trying too hard again. I relax my mind and body and decide to forget about my goal. I don't worry about losing lucidity here as I feel mentally solid and locked in. I get up and find a car in the spot I was crawling around. Some blue sedan. My vision is still odd as I feel for a door handle. I'm really not keen on going for a drive but if this is all I get I'll go for it. Just as I am about to open the door I see a tiny gray kitten come up to me. It has a tiny meow and sounds like it's in distress or really hungry. I pickup the kitten and say, "Oh poor little kitty. You're hungry aren't you?" I put it up to my chest and chin and give it a little hug. I decide it would be cool to get the cat to talk so I begin talking to it, asking it if it is hungry. It meows but I am persistent and tell it that I want to hear words. Finally, I hear a little girl voice say that it is very hungry. I need to get her inside and feed her.

Just inside the front door there is an open room with someone in a bed. The light is on and everything is very vivid. Curious I go in with the kitty in my arms. I say in a weak voice, "Who are you?' The figure stirs and seems to wake up. I see her face. She looks like an odd and young version of my dead grandmother (Nanny). I don't want to admit this because I am getting a very strange vibe from her. I recall that normally I am excited when she visits my dreams but something is different here. I say in a much stronger voice, "Who are you?"
She sits up now, "I am not whole."
I feel really uncomfortable now, "O... Ok."
She looks at me intently and asks expectantly, "Who do I look like?"
I tell her the answer she wants by saying my grandmothers full name.
The woman stands up and laughs, "Ha ha... yes!"
I say, "But, you are different." I don't like this woman and try to dismiss her, "Ok. Well, I am going now." I take kitty with me to the kitchen table and sit her down. I decide to treat her more like a human and let her eat here. The strange woman has followed me and sits down in a dining chair. I decide to pay her little attention and let her do whatever. I leave the kitten with her and walk into the kitchen where the cat food bin is. There is some instability here and decide I don't need to actually get the food. I blind summon a the food scoop and make a motion with my hand like I getting cat food. As I walk back to the table I have a small amount of cat food in the scoop. I pour it out on the table and kitty starts to eat ravenously. I notice she is having a hard time biting the hard food and I say something to the woman about this. When I look at her, her face has changed again. She still looks like a version of my grandmother but has become younger and very pretty. I being to have some arousal but think this is way too weird to have any sort of fun with her. I look back kitty and she quickly runs under the table as if she is now afraid. I comment about her strange behavior as I wake up.
