Partway through a dream I entered a sort of virtual world, green like a woodland or jungle that someone had modelled (possibly as an academic project) and added lots of billboards all along it with floral and artistic designs and possibly some jokey / advert ones. It turned out my school friend J [DREAM SIGN: school / school colleagues] was walking along in the environment with me and he told me there was a hidden model of a military leader in an area of dense trees between two paths. I looked there and it was like a really giant statue.

Around this point he told me he was having a lucid dream. I fairly matter-of-factly told him that I must be having one too then. (SEMI-LUCID / PSEUDO LUCID or LUCID DREAM?)
We started climbing up something pretty close to where the statue had been but it was almost like a giant beanstalk though I wasn't paying a lot of attention to it. Instead I was asking him about how he kept from waking up or maybe was asking whether what we were doing would help to keep us from waking up.

I think at that point the dream abruptly changed scene into us climbing up some kind of slightly cramped, gloomy, industrial or urban looking staircase (spiral or rotating flights of stairs) in ISTR either concrete or maybe red painted metal. I think in the back of my mind the idea of pronlonging the dream or avoiding waking up was still there and the dream seemed to literally fragment like these little rounded bits of glass or bits of an image with ISTR blackness maybe between. I possibly have a very vague memory of an outdoor concrete scene with white metal railings on a fence (like a school car park or something, maybe with a school or library building to the left) [though this could be a fragment from another dream].

Then it faded to nothing and I tried to see if I could get back into another dream but I just woke up after a few moments.

I'm going to call this one a PSEUDO-LUCID simply because I didn't get to exercise any interesting conscious control, act on or think of any dream goals (other than an attempt at dream prolonging / dream duration control), or do any reality checks.

Only disjointed elements in memory.

A vague memory of wondering if I'm asleep or not. (!) As to what I did afterward, nothing remains.

I see an old friend from school, he is by a large house at night in the yard. Candles in lanterns light the yard. We go inside, there are some of his friends in there, young women. He mentions that he can show his back if it really is something people want to see, as if someone asked him to show it. I think he just made it up to be able to have an excuse to show off a tattoo. He takes his shirt off. I see a disgusting, long wart protrude from his side. I think I get a glimpse of a light green tattoo but it is really small.

Waking up on a mattress on a floor, I'm with a female friend of mine and her brother. We are all waking up, the light in the kitchen has an orange-sepia tone to it. Her brother complains that someone was drilling in the night and it woke him up. He says he was the only one to wake up to it. I don't remember waking up. I am a very sound sleeper.

A Chat With Amy
I'm walking through a grocery store, and I think about maybe seeing Jade. Instead I see Amy, and we begin chatting. We talk about the norm. We talk for some time while still walking to our destinations. We trade texts also.

I reach my house which is not my house. It seems that someone has tried to break in.

I'm out the front of my real house. I'm moving Amy's bf (Damian) car around in different spots without driving it. The bf comes into the scene driving the exact car. I think this is going to be odd if he notices the other car that's identical. The other car disappears as he drives passed. I walk up a bit of a hilly drive way. Damian drive up the drive way, but his not in the car, it's other people that look familiar. I show them around the house, taking them to the bottom level where the people were. Pete Rad says a brief hi to them. It looks like he's losing his hair, it's looking thin.

Im watching an NBA draft game, which stars the young Aussie. I tell dad about him. Dad says his heard a bit about him. I tell him that he moves really well for a big guy.

I forgot to do a dream journal yesterday on here but I still recorded it in my physical dream journal, so I am just going to include two nights in one entry. I've been going to sleep very early and waking up early, not sure if this is good or bad, seems to be good so far. I love waking up early.

Yesterday night: 1 Dream recorded

I was inside a school. The school did not cover much land but had many floors leading up and up way into the sky. Near the top of the school was a transparent bridge. The bridge appeared to be made out of light or some see-through material. I went inside the school and I had no intention of doing any sort of school-related activity. In the dream I went to various parts of the school on various floors and would jump out the windows for fun. There was some sort of area surrounding the school-tower where trees were planted and had terraces of dirt. So after I jumped out the window I would look for a jump short enough where I would not kill myself jumping down. In the back of my mind I thought it was a video game and I would just "respawn" if I slipped up and killed myself jumping out of the windows.

One jump was more memorable than the other times. There was a steel door blocking access to the window. There was an obese woman on my side of the steel door and I started spraying her with a water gun. I was trying to make her open the window. Eventually a girl I know named Meghan W. opens the door from the other side. I run through and jump out the window before I get in trouble for spraying some lady with a water gun.

Last night: 2 dreams recorded

I dreamt I was in some sort of indoor amusement park. I was with my friends and family. We walked down this staircase into this scary museum kind of thing. There was a stall where they were advertising this brand new computer. When you pressed this bright button on the top of the keyboard, the computer went ultra fast. I forgot the name of the computer or the name of the button. My cousin Alyssa started making out with this guy right in front of me as we were leaving. I walked up behind this group of people taking a picture and attempted to photobomb the picture. As I was making a weird face a deep, extremely loud demonic voice rumbled the entire room. I was scared out of my mind at first and the people in front of me began to turn around. I tried to pretend it was my voice for a few seconds but it didn't work. At this point I woke up.

I went back to sleep and my next dream was a very life-like version of GTA5. At some point we were trying to guide this 18 wheeler truck to a certain destination with a motorcycle. At one intersection the truck scraped by many cars and caused massive damage. Me and another person where blocked a lot when we were riding on the motorcycle. The next part I remember is going up this elevator with another person attached to a humongous tree. The tree was larger than any building ever constructed, wider and taller. when we got off the elevator it appeared as though we were on top of a building in the middle of a city and some guy in a suit and sunglasses next to a helicopter with the blades spinning was waiting for us. I woke up after this part.

This journal entry will be more like a reminder to myself. I had about 5-6 dreams, all of them a more or less uneventful rehash of old places and people, that are clearly DS to me. Here's a brief summary:

Dream1: My school again; this time it was about a forum for the school

Dream2: My best friend from school was at our old place

Dream3: My mom at another town from my past, we also went to KFC?

Dream4: Strolling in my hometown

Dream5: In front of my grandma’s place, then waiting for my grandma inside; some people in the neighbourhood were partying, listening to Gangnam style
