Last night, I had what was probably the most real looking lucid dream I've ever had. This was pretty much the only time where I couldn't control things very easily though, so that was kind of disappointing. Still, the dream itself was pretty cool. I'll explain it to you: The setting was my house, but it was facing the opposite direction that it normally does. It was also in a different area... it was on an enormous grassy field with a few trees here and there. It was actually pretty beautiful. Off in the distance, there was a huge pyramid. It looked like an Egyptian pyramid, though it was different because the top of it was rectangular, and it had strange symbols written on it. It was weird that I could see the symbols, because it was probably several miles away. Closer to where I was, there were dinosaurs grazing. I saw some triceratops, hadrosaurs, and a tyrannosaurus came charging towards them. I wish I would have ran over and interacted with them, I don't know why I didn't. I also should have went to the pyramid. I decided to run, and I got to where I was doing 50 mph or more, so I decided to try and jump and fly. I tried several times to fly but I couldn't get it (weird because I've actually flown before in dreams and didn't have much trouble). In this dream, I couldn't control much of anything. The only thing I did was pull the ground apart and then close it back up. Also, I don't remember seeing any people in the dream, but I did hear some murmuring about how I was an "Aztec God". This dream ended after a few minutes, and I was in another dream (though I thought I was awake), and I was actually telling my DCs about the lucid dream I just had. I forget what they said, but I think one of them said that lucid dreaming was stupid or something like that, lol. And also, I'm getting a lot better at initiating lucid dreams!
Dream 1(fragments): I was playing some MOBA type game that featured fully destructable map and the theme was modern while decorations were more eastern medieval-looking. Then later in different multiplayer game i was in some castle ruins-looking place and there was hunt for the items, which were giving the points to the score. I had to climb into a few places to get items that gave more score. Then i was apparently readded into old skype group, but no one was there except for DB. We were trying to combine our efforts in game, but that was not very successful. Later i was climbing some ruined tower in search for items and also was going through some volcanic cave place. Dream 2(fragments): I was going through some FPS game, final level was happening in some pyramid and there was an final boss that was looking like an alien of some kind. Final fight was happening inside the pyramid and there apparently was an river and those eastern red gate-like thingies. Dream 3: I was playing AI War: Fleet Command and there were weird clock units that i had to move somewhere in time. Then i was attacking enemy base with my fleet, again there was time limit. At some point during the base destruction dream ended.
After trying and failing so much in the last several weeks, I finally made it to the Great Pyramid! I didn't complete the Task of the Year, but I had one fantastic lucid dream. Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #59: On the Back of the Sphinx I'm standing by a hedgerow on a suburban street, waiting for the hedges to part and let me in. Through these hedges is the party I'm supposed to attend. The hedges part for me, then close as I move toward them. "No problem," I say, covering up a sting of rejection. "I'll come back when you're ready for me." I wander across the street to wait. I wonder whether I'm dreaming. I decide that I'll reality check "in a few minutes". (You slacker!) No -- I don't need to reality check. This is a dream! I look at my hands. No distortion, waviness, extra fingers, or discoloration. Still, I'm sure that I'm dreaming. The dream feels sharp, vivid, and stable. I feel like I have tons of time and potential. I sprint across the street, leap over the hedgerow, and with a shout I soar into the sky. I'm flying over a rain forest now and my skyrocketing confidence level makes me shout, "L-dopa!!!" (Although I was displaying behavior in line with high dopamine levels, I've never taken L-dopa. Don't know what got into me.) After flying over the rain forest for a while, I wind up in a cloud bank and lose my bearings. Afraid of getting stuck here, I turn back toward the neighborhood, content to take a different direction. I fly back out of the cloud bank, but a fierce gust of wind kicks up from the other direction and pushes me back toward the clouds. "Okay," I say. "You're taking me to the Pyramid." I relax as I pass back through the cloud bank, emerging over an ocean. I let the wind push me further on and soon I'm flying thousands of feet over a desert dotted with stones. It's dark, and the sand looks as gray as a moonscape. I descend headfirst toward the sand, sure that I'm going to find what I'm looking for. It's nighttime when I land. I look to my right, and there's the Pyramid, illuminated by artificial light! I'm no more than twenty feet from it. The sphinx lies directly at the base of the Pyramid. I note that in the physical world she'd be further east toward Cairo, but the inconsistency doesn't bother me. Instead it reminds me even more strongly that this is my world. The sphinx's stony skin is white like alabaster and she has Asian characters tattooed along all four legs and in a single stripe along each side of her body. She's far smaller than I'd expected, no more than thirty feet long. Her entire face has crumbled away (not just her nose.) I'm overcome with this urge to help her. Even setting aside Task of the Year, this is now something I badly want to do. I press my palms against her face and say, "I'm going to fix you." I feel the stone first roiling then smoothing out against my hands. In a few seconds her face is repaired and her head starts to move. Her face looks mostly feline but there's still a vaguely humanoid quality to it. She licks my hand once and her tongue is the fleshy, rough tongue of a cat. Her head turns vaguely toward my face but her eyes are pupil-less, blank alabaster so I can't tell whether she's looking straight at me. I swing my leg across her back and ask her to "Take me to the top of the Pyramid." She gets to her feet and starts walking around to the other side of the Pyramid. Her route takes us through a restaurant and bar where a number of women are dancing to this really amazing piece of world music. The melody is from some sort of brass instrument and it's backed by the mouth harp. (I had to google to even figure out what this instrument is called -- here's a good example of the mouth harp in action. I think it was in my memory banks from a video game I played about 15 years ago.) As I ride through the dance floor, the music and dancing begin to draw me in. One particularly stunning dancer, an ebony-skinned young woman of about 25, is driving me to distraction. I feel the sphinx slowing down and things start to feel unstable. I try to refocus on the task at hand, but the dream falls apart.
I was driving in a car, I'm not sure what kind, down a large hill on a long, winding road. There were a few cars coming from the other direction and for some reason I thought there wasn't many for this time of day, it must've been rush hour or something. As I came to a bend in the road I looked over the guard rail overlooking a large cliff with a huge city in the valley below. I turned to my sister who was in the passenger seat and said, "We're almost there." We must've been going to whatever city that was. As we turned the corner I noticed temporary dividers in the middle of the road, like they would put down for construction, but nobody was working on the road. There weren't even any vehicles. As we continued down the road I noticed that there seemed to be an awful lot of police cars, the majority of whom were pulling people over. I wasn't speeding so I thought I was fine. I distinctly remember passing a small, deep purple sedan with a cop standing next to the door. He was leaning into the car trying to reach something in the passenger seat. I didn't know what it was or why he was doing it but I continued on driving glad it wasn't me pulled over. Right as I thought this I saw blinking lights in my rear-view mirror; Damn, why me!? I continued around the next curve and pulled over to the side of the road. The officer got out of his car and had a very large hat on, much like troopers often wear but much bigger. He started walking towards our car and I began to get nervous. When he got to our car he didn't stop, he just kept on walking past us. He went around the next bend and when I looked behind me the cop car was gone. I looked over the edge of the cliff that the road weaved down and could see the officer standing at the bottom looking up at me. He winked. For some reason this bumped me into lucidity. I'm not quite sure why but I didn't really question it; I was glad to have ended my dry spell and did a quick clock check for a RC. At first it said 3:17, pretty normal. I looked away and turned back to it. This time it said 9:62. Perfect, this was definitely a dream. I got out of the car and rubbed my hands together, not wanting to waste my first LD in a couple weeks. I asked my sister who was still sitting in the passenger seat and had been silent the whole time what I should do. She looked at me and said, "Weren't you asked to do some tasks or something?" Ah-ha! The TotY! The first one that came to mind was the Colosseum one but for whatever reason I decided against it. The next one that popped into my head was Africa, riding the great sphinx and fixing its nose. I got back into the car and decided I would try a different way of getting there instead of just teleporting. I pushed a button that just appeared on the console and the car began to hover above the ground. I pulled back on the steering wheel which could now move like the controls of a plane and pushed the gas pedal. Away we went. I flew over the city, going quite fast since I figured we were in America and had to fly over the Atlantic. I looked down and couldn't quite tell what city it was but it was surrounded by desert and mountains beyond that. I figured either Las Vegas or Phoenix Arizona. It only took a few seconds to reach the mountain range and when we crossed it I could see the great pyramids over the other side. I opened the console of the car and found a staples button. Cheesy, I know, but I pressed it and a loud and, for some reason, female voice said, "that was easy." I pushed down on the steering wheel and eased on the breaks. We landed about 200 yards from the sphinx and I knew I had to ride it up the pyramids but felt like something else was missing. Of course, the nose! As I looked it over I realized that its nose was completely intact; the whole thing looked like it had been completed just days earlier! What the heck, I was supposed to fix it . I figured since I had to fix it I might as well break it first. I flew up to its face and pulled my arm back, taking a good, solid swing at the nose. The tip fell off but I needed more, granted the whole thing was twice the size of me. I ran my hand along the bridge of the nose and then hovered over it and kicked down. The whole thing slowly slid down the face of the sphinx and it looked just like it did in the history books. Now I had to undo what I just did. I was a little annoyed at it but hey, I want to get this done! I floated back to the ground and picked up the nose. Even though my arms couldn't reach all the way around it I was still able to somehow lift it. I flew back up to its face and set the nose in place. I then pushed it into the face and the whole thing fit like a key. Apparently this was indeed some sort of key, for the sphinx immediately began to move. Slowly but surely the whole thing stood up, looked around, and gave a long stretch and yawn. It then proceeded to lick itself, damn cat. I hopped on its back and tried to get it to move, granted the thing's back was 25 feet wide, it wasn't a horse. I squeezed my legs like one would to get a horse to move but the sphinx just looked around and then laid back down. What the hell, this was supposed to be fairly straightforward! I thought for a moment while it started to drift off to sleep and then remember seeing cats chasing the little red dots that laser pointers create. I reached into my pocket and, sure enough, there was a laser pointer! I pointed it at the pyramid and could faintly see a little red dot, not nearly enough to get this thing's attention. I figured that, if it were a little bit darker out the light would be easier to see. I looked down at my wrist and found a watch. It said 4:00 P.M. so I pulled out the little time-set thing and changed it to 8:00. As the hands moved forward the sun went down and the moon came up. This was pretty cool, given that I had never really changed the time of day before. As the sun went down I could feel the dream begin to fade. Damn, I haven't done this in a while! I quickly rubbed my hands together which stopped the fading and brought back some clarity but I knew that I didn't have much time left. I patted the sphinx on its back, which was still quietly laying there. It began to stir and I pointed the laser pointer at the ground in front of it; it was easy to see now! The sphinx's ears twitched and its head perked up, clearly noticing the little dot. I pointed at the pyramids which were about 400 yards away. The sphinx jumped up and immediately began to bound towards that light. I squeezed my legs as tight as I could just to stay on. When it got close to the pyramid, the sphinx jumped, trying to pounce on the light. I quickly moved it up about halfway to the top of the pyramid, but it still ended up hitting the base and knocking some blocks off. C'mon, kitty, don't knock the thing down! It regained its awareness and found the dot again and immediately jumped up, running up the pyramid. This thing was steeper than I thought, it had to be at least a 40 degree angle (after googling it, the actual angle is almost 52 degrees). The sphinx stuttered on a few steps as blocks fell out from under it but it continued to climb up the top. I pointed the light right at the very peak and, right as we got close to the top, the sphinx jumped again, this time overestimating the height and clearing the entire pyramid. We both fell down for a few hundred feet and when the sphinx finally landed it began to slide down the side of the pyramid. The ride was quite bumpy and I could feel the dream beginning to fade. We reached the bottom just a couple seconds afterwards and I immediately jumped off, rubbing my hands to try and stabilize but to no avail. I decided that, since the dream was pretty much over and I had accomplished what I wanted to do, I would give the sphinx a treat. I waved towards the distance, motioning for something to come towards me. While doing this I envisioned a giant fish coming out of the horizon towards the sphinx. I tried to reward it for its hard work but just as I though I saw the fish come over the horizon I woke up in my bed, my arm over my head in the same position I was waving in. The entertainment isn't confined to just the dreams One down, six to go. Hopefully the next one won't take three weeks just to get lucid
I remember this dream having some ridiculous storyline, but sadly i only remember the end part of it. Anyway, i and some other people were in some sort of tech lab, which apparently was controlled by enemy. In one of the rooms we ran into enemy and both sides had guns so we started shooting. As we defeated the wave of enemies we found some sort of pod, which we have opened and freed an girl. She was aggressive and almost killed one of our people until we managed to calm her down, she could transform her arms into very sharp metallic blades. Then there some other girl appears(probably from our group) and says that she will cover our retreat. Dream skips to that we are retreating in some sort of car, there are some conversations(which i don't remember), eventually we reach some sort of pyramid. Apparently we are still being chased by the enemy so we split our group, most of people continue driving the car while me, girl and some other man go into the pyramid. There's a long maze and some more conversations happen during the walk, about who enemies are and about the girl(Again, can't remember convos themselves, only themes). Eventually we reach the exit and we are in some sort of deserty landscape now. There is gas station we stop at. On it apparently the girl figures out how to control her powers, she concentrates on the arm and it transforms into sharp metallic blade and back. Then weirdly, my viewpoint changes to her viewpoint for a second and i am able to feel arm transforming into a blade and back, huh. Then she manages to transform into robot form fully, and it's not very humanoid type of robot apparently, with caterpillar tracks, those sharp blades for arms and some weird detectors/visors on the head. The dream ends there.
This was the second of the three LDs I had early Christmas morning. Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #49: Turtles All the Way Down I'm sitting in a large classroom with a bunch of friends and coworkers. The teacher hasn't arrived, but it's all right -- we're seated at long desks that are covered with candy like turtles, caramels, M&M cookies, miniature pecan pies, Reese's... all kinds of goodies. Everyone is stuffing their face and having a great time. I suddenly have a false awakening into a small dormitory room with a cot. I feel like I'm late for something so I spring right up and walk out the door, emerging in the same classroom that I just left. Everyone is still feasting. I sit down next to my friend "Leroy" and tell him and several other friends and coworkers nearby that "You're not going to believe this, but I had a dream that this would happen. The classroom, the candy... everything!" Everyone seems happy to hear this and they plow into the turtles, caramels, and other goodies with even greater abandon. It suddenly occurs to me that this is also a dream, and I could keep "waking up" into this room of candy forever. I turn to Leroy and tell him that this is a lucid dream, inviting him to follow along. He eagerly hops up and we stride out into the hallway. I hesitate for a moment when I realize that I forgot to try any of the food, but decide to focus on getting outside. We get to a set of automatic doors and I imagine that outside these doors is the Great Pyramid. As I approach the doors, I catch sight of the Pyramid... it's just through the door, stretching so high that I can't see the top. But as the doors slide open, the Pyramid suddenly changes into just another generic city building. I feel a little surge of emotion but it dies out quickly. We keep going. Leroy and I turn right and continue down the street past some food carts. I see people from my past and I explain to M who they are and why they're appearing in the dream. "That girl across the street? That's JG. I went to middle school and high school with her but haven't seen her since graduation. I still run into her brother sometimes." Now JG's brother appears. "Oop, there he is." There's a stadium up ahead and to our left. I tell Leroy, "That's the stadium from when we were in school but it looks like I've placed it next to a side street like the one by my high school stadium." I turn to look at Leroy and see that he's trailing far behind, looking lost and unfocused. I realize that I'm not giving him much attention and it's probably time to cut him loose. It isn't long before he fades entirely from the scene. I reach a parking lot from which I think that I see the Pyramid on the far horizon. I leap up into the air and start floating but can't seem to get any forward momentum for flight. As I will myself to fly forward, a counterwind blows against me, and I totally lose my cool. It's only seconds before the dream collapses.

Last Nights Lucid Dream I wake up in bed and feel vibrations so I keep my eyes closed and will myself out of my body. My dream body rises, still in the lying down position and then I tilt so my feet are now facing the floor. I lower down gently to the floor and I'm now in a standing position. I look around and my vision is blurry and my eyes feel funny so I call out "clarity now!" and rub my hands together. My vision is very crisp and clear now, even better than in real life, which is usually the way it is. I think "hmmm, what shall I do?" I now call out "I want to see my Nan Futrill". I now end up at another place, my surroundings have changed. I'm at a place which, well all I can describe it as is a massive building with big tree roots there. There are about 3 to 4 levels to this building and I'm now on level 3 I think. There is another woman with me, she's about my age and I feel a connection to her, like I know her already. I'm now calling out "Nan Futrill" but I don't see her so I keep calling and she now comes. Nan looks so happy and I feel so much emotion for her, I'm so happy that I've found her. We don't really talk, it's more of a telepathy kind of talking and strong emotions. I remember that my Nan was wearing a light blue apron. Nan now fades away as she walks out through a door. I shout "NO!" and the woman who's with me now comes to me from the other room. She says "she has to go now but you will see her again" and she hugs me. I start to cry now and she says "don't cry, you will see her again, but just not yet". I'm now wondering around this level and I'm shouting "NAN, NAN PLEASE COME BACK!" I now see my Cousin Richard ((who died when he was 6)) he cuddles me and holds my hand. Me and Richard fly around for a while just enjoying each others company. Richard now tells me that he has to go back to Nan, but says they will both come back to see me. He hugs me and then goes through a door. I go through the same door but I don't recognise the place, so I go back to the area that I'm very familiar with. I'm crying so much now because I want my Nan back. I keep shouting her, hoping ill get her back again, I'm absolutely blarting my eyes out. I'm now flying about and then I feel myself back in bed. I will myself back to the same place and suddenly I'm back there. I see a young baby boy lying on the floor and he's wrapped up in a white shawl. He's also wearing a white babygrow. As I float past him he wakes up, I think "he can't be comfortable there" so I pick him up and cuddle him , he calms down so I take him to his cot. He looks very much like me and has lovely dark brown eyes. I put him into his cot and say "there...is that better now?" He nods and goes back to sleep. ((He's about 2 and a half or 3)). I now gently tuck his shawl round him so he's not cold. I now wake up again, so I keep my eyes closed and keep still and will myself out again. I do get out and am now in my dream body and standing in my room. My vision is blurry so again I call out "clarity now!" and rub my hands together to stabilise my dream. My vision is now crystal clear. I see knitting on my floor, I can see every detail, this always amazes me, it's like having HD eyes lol! and my voice no longer echoes. I will myself back to the place I was at and I'm now back there. I'm now on the bottom level by a desk, it's like a meeting up area. People are sitting around chatting to each other. A group of men now stand near to me. 1 man is looking at me, as they pass they whistle at me, which makes me chuckle. I now go more into the socialising area with the woman who's with me. 1 woman I met there was called Anita. I say "ill remember that because my friend is called Anita". We are both sitting on the root of an old tree. It's a big root and they're all over the place in here. Me and the other woman I'm with now go into the room next door and meet the old man in there. I feel some kind of connection to this man and feel that this man is very high here in authority, if not the highest. I am floating near floor level and taking in my surroundings. Suddenly I spot the most beautiful item I have ever seen. It's a glass box which is pyramid shaped but a bit longer, like its been stretched slightly. The edges of it and such, apart from the glass, is made out of silver. The silver is shaped in the shape of a rope. Inside the pyramid are beautiful gems. There is a gorgeous gem which is green in colour, it really caught my eye!. I can honestly say I have never seen anything as beautiful as this pyramid in all my living life!!!! This box is sealed with silver, no one can get into it because its so special and precious. I ask the elderly man if I can fly up and take a better look, he says "of course". He flys up to it and turns it around slowly so I can have a good look at it. This man explained everything about it to me. I now depart and have a good fly around just enjoying the feeling of being free and then I wake up.
A short lucid, but it featured some of the most arresting visual imagery I've encountered so far. I'd wanted to see the Great Pyramid, but this was well beyond what I'd had in mind. I like to think of my conscious mind as the "coauthor" of my dreams, but sometimes I have to wonder if it's anything more than a proofreader. Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #33: The Poolside Pyramid I'm swimming at a pool party. Rather than relaxing and enjoying the moment, I'm scrubbing furiously at algae blooms along the pool walls while trying to make sure that my two kids are keeping their heads above water. A tall, gray-haired man swims up and makes some unflattering remark about my scrubbing technique. First a flicker of annoyance ("this isn't even my job!"), then one of realization. He stops talking as soon as I'm lucid. I want to go but I can't make myself leave until I'm sure my kids are safely out of the pool. Fortunately, when I check for them, I see that they've already disappeared. I tell the guy I've got lucid stuff to do and he responds, "Oh sure, man. Go for it." I fly up out of the pool, thinking vaguely about my goal of reaching the top of the Great Pyramid. I'm shocked when on the horizon I see an entire pyramid complex, fully formed. In front of the Pyramid, in even more vivid detail is the sphinx and a towering statue of an Egyptian Pharaoh. Incredibly, the statue stands even taller than the Pyramid. Rather than the dull sand-colored stone that I imagine when thinking of the Pyramid today, it's clad in brilliant white. The sphinx's face and body is either painted or perhaps decorated from top to bottom with colored stones, the eyes specifically ringed in deep blue, like lapis lazuli. The statue of the pharaoh is gold, similar in style to King Tut's burial mask. Everything that I see ahead of me is far, far beyond what I'd incubated (or even imagined) for the Great Pyramid, and I'm thrilled with the idea of exploring it further. A little too thrilled, it seems, because not long after I start flying toward the pyramid complex, I'm awake. My heart rate is elevated (though not quite racing) and I can't seem to settle back in for a DEILD. Ayiee! Let me back in!

I'm not sure how many days I've missed.. I think just one.. but x-x I couldn't recall any dreams that day anyway. Last night I had a lucid dream about mmorpg's because I've been playing one a lot lately. It was also about my mom and this one boy. And porn :/ I guess it started out from me watching porn, playing Aion, and skyping with this boy all at the same time.. and my mom came into my room and asked to use my computer. I freaked out and threw the computer in the air and made it turn into a giant green mayan-pyramid looking thing.. then there were a few more of those rising out of the ground and up like Lion King's SCARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR moment under the full moon with the hyenas.. Aha, and my mom was running after me because she figured out I was watching porn. We did that for what seemed like FOUR hours! And we were dressed like little mushroom things (I was craving mushrooms that night) We hopped and ran through jungles, space ships, Xbox Kinect adventures, and black holes. IT WAS SO COOL ^_________^ I guess I wasn't lucid in the beginning but the "4 hours" made me realize it was probably a dream because I was tired (like the wine dream). The first bit was probably because I was afraid my parents were going to talk to me about my masturbating habits. Because it's "haram" in the religion my family follows O.o and I was surprisingly too embarrassed to not give a shit if they knew.. I was worrieddd :c but then it turned out to be a hella load of fun. And that's how today turned out too. My parents were having fun and stuff today :] with the entire family. These dreams really do have an impact.

04.06.2012Kaomea & Tye Dye Blue Shirts, Ophelia's Twin Sister, Wrong Prescription... NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remembered at least 3 dreams from the WBTB, but I decided, "Oh, let me just doze off again for a few minutes, no biggie!" Forgot most of them now, except one. I still have a lingering experience from it. Dream 1: Kaomea &Tye Dye Blue Shirts....(DILD) Spoiler for Speculation and Insight: I remember being lucid in this dream, because I remembered one experience from it....trying to jump from a high level (if I jumped from a high level in a non-lucid, I would either have it faded away, or somehow feel something). I never knew something so small as that would contribute to collecting my recall again! I almost gave up trying to remember bits of this dream to be honest with you. Honestly, from that same experience of feeling as if I was going to crash to the ground really helped with remembering this dream, most of it, at least. So I'll be focusing on my feelings more, because that's going to help when I'm on the borderline between giving up and saying I don't remember anything, and still trying to find a small snippet. I do a nose plug RC somewhere in this dream, and just saying, "I'm dreaming..." a few times. Then after I stabilized for a little while, I believed I could start running fast to find Kaomea. "Okay...let's do this!" I started to dash towards some gray wide road, and then I see that I'm at a high level somewhere, and I needed to land. I go back a few feet away from the ledge, then I started to run as fast as I could and tried to jump far. I did a regular dash jump, and was feeling myself floating down. This was a moment where I thought I would lose lucidity, I tried my best to accept that I was dreaming as a means to keep stable , and looking at the ground still made me have brief moments of predicting how it would feel to land, including thinking about a horrible landing... Throughout the process of jumping from this high ledge, I believe I was rotating my arms in a weird motion, probably my attempt to fly or something. I landed safely, still feeling that rush from jumping from a high ledge. The environment....I remember it looking as if it was going to rain....the sky....it was light gray....and I see this weird looking building in front of me. I want to say it was probably a pyramid/temple....it looked a bit old (go figure...), it was dark gold I think, a little dirty and all. (Maybe it was a desert....maybe it was a construction zone...I don't remember, but I do remember another lingering experience after this). I believe I jump on top of this abnormal pyramid structure, and I go inside some dark hole on the top of it. I land and find myself in an area where there was several light blue shirts, kind of like tye dye shirts, but with just various shades of blue. There were these stationary clothes hangers with some plastic chest torso bodies like they're being put up for display. As far as lucidity goes, that's all I can remember for this dream. I did remember seeing a lady in red, and I would love to admit that it could've been Kaomea. Maybe she (or some other DC that probably looked like her...I don' know...) told me to go somewhere because we both to take care of a few things, but I'll just have to leave this dream for speculation, or wait until Kaomea makes an entry of a somewhat similar encounter. Just didn't want to give up on the bits that I remembered... Dream 2: OpheliaBlue's Twin Sister My whole experience of this dream was sort of hazy. I believe I'm sitting down near the edge of some high building, and there's a few people there as well. I see OpheliaBlue, she's wearing blue jeans and a a semi-transparent shirt that has this mix of dark pink and diluted red to it. Her hair is most likely black, and it was bundled up into curls, like one of her photos I've seen in a thread. >.> Anyway, she tells me that I should come with her to see her sister perform some unique talent of hers, I think it was balancing plates with thin light brown sticks, something like that. I acknowledge her response to me and get up, but it's taking a little bit for me to stand up completely. After she started to walk a little bit, I felt like I should rest again on the floor. I motioned a "Give me a moment's rest" type of action to Ophelia. I laid down to my side, my body feels so tired and weak. I look at the ground for a little bit, seeing the little bumps on each tile of the flooring outside of this building. Then I look at what's in front of me, and I see the edge, and I'm awfully close to it. And the floor outside of this building I'm resting on is slightly slanted, and I didn't want to roll all the way down there, because it felt like I was at a really high elevation. So I get my left hand and make a fist to the ground to help with getting up, I managed to extend my left arm to where it forms a slanted L shape, but I can't get up. I believe I rolled to my side to look where Ophelia's going, but here's the part that was really confusing to me. She told me her sister would come, but to me, it looked like she had twin sisters, or I'm seeing another image of her. Ophelia has the black hair, and the other person that is probably her twin sister has her hair dyed red, with a few traces of black. That's all I remember for that one. Dream 3: Wrong Prescription I riding my bicycle near some parking toll booth entrance. In my hand, I was showing the person inside the booth about a wrong prescription apparently. I guess they analyze and do customer service with pharmacy related issues as well. The lady was asking me a few questions, and I told her that I never opened the bottle before. Then for some odd reason, I open it, and take a pill, but I didn't swallow it immediately. I let my tongue make various forms around it, and it tasted a little bit like any regular hard capsule vitamin/pill. Then I realized what I did, felt depressed, and said, "Never mind........"

BiscuitHappyz's Dream Somehow, I managed to get to the pyramids. I was flying very fast towards them, so much so that the sides of my vision blurred. My body was straight, hands by my sides, feet together, but I was not tense. To become tense at such a velocity, I imagined, would be rather painful. Frankly, I do not know whether I was lucid or not, and both seemed applicable for the situation and my thoughts. A hard, orange haze had a dramatic presence here, at sky level, far above and around the pyramids, but not in my flight path. The sun provided limited light through the deeply foggy orange sky. For whatever reason, I always enjoyed when the sky was cloudy enough I had an excuse to stare directly at the sun without hurting my eyes, which is a heavily surreal experience for my eyes, who do not understand why there is a large, blurry, somewhat-bright circle where the sun should be. Getting closer to the pyramids, I saw sand rolling in a cloud, clockwise around them. In fact, I saw a vague wall of wind circling the pyramids. The occasional foggy ripples in the air formed a cylindrical barrier of wind, extending into the thicker haze above. Luckily, the barrier seemed to have a big section cut out in my flight path, so I flew right through. At this point, I could be considered 'dangerously' close to the pyramids, enough to risk face planting directly into the side of the ruined side of the Khafre (Center) pyramid. And at this speed, I may also shatter each of my vertebrae and turn into an organic accordion. As hilarious as this would be, I turned suddenly to my right and began circling the pyramids clockwise along with the dust and wind. I made an amusing not that the sudden change in forward velocity should have crushed my ribcage and destroy several vertebrae, but not turn my into an accordion, so it would not have been so hilarious. I circled in a tight oval around the pyramids. I looked down on the Menkuara pyramid. This pyramid is the smallest pyramid, and was also the closest one to me when I entered. It was still the closest to me, but that was because I was almost directly above it. On one of the sides of the pyramid, the outward side I think, something was certainly happening. Of course, I have absolutely no recollection whatsoever of what it was. It could have ranged from a little dust devil to a giant sand worm, or a gunfight, or anything. But whatever it was was small enough to fit in the shadow cast by the pyramid. Shortly after I began descending for a closer look, I woke up.
I was at a theater or opera house where costumes used in past plays were being sold. One item I recognized as a gown from the opera Turandot - I tried it on with the mask from The Fall and posed dramatically. Around this time I became lucid. I immediately started to fly and felt the dream fade away. To counter this, I came back to the ground and started by spinning in place, since the dream was starting to fade. This stabilized everything succesfully. Then, I wanted to practice what I'd read in the DV forums - that getting control over a dream is about assuming you can do something rather than questioning whether or not you had the ability. I practiced by making fire shoot out of my fingers. The first two times I struggled, but then practiced assuming it would happen. Then I was able to do it. I went from lighting my finger on fire to lighting my hand on fire, with mostly success. Satisfied with the fire experiment, I wondered what I should do now that I was lucid. Sex came to mind, and I looked around at the people around me. Lots were beautiful women, so I chose one and started to caress her. But, I wasn't really feeling it. I should have sex with someone I actually know, I thought. I saw a friend in the distance, approached him, and kissed him. He reminded me of another time we'd done this, in RL rather than a dream, and I was mortified by the embarrassing memory (note: false memory, I'd never been with this person in RL). Not feeling into the whole sex thing, and started to wonder what I should do next. Hey, I should go to Chichen Itza, just like the IOSDP mentions. I don't believe in shared dreaming, but trying their challenge sounded like a good next step. I visualized Chichen Itza, and a few seconds later I was at its base, gazing up at it. The sides were too curvy, so I stared at them until they were straight. I noticed a fence around the pyramid and noted how strange it was my subconcsious put it there. Now I'm at Chichen Itza, I thought, so I should probably meet the people here and try to remember them when I wake. There were about 10-15 people standing with me, so I went around to them to ask their names and remember their faces. There were four blonde women of varying bodytypes, and I remember one man with brown hair, a green barret, and a slightly pudgy figure. Another male was tall and had tousled brown hair - he looked only 17 or 18, and I thought he seemed like a student. I tried hard to remember names - even asked people to put nametags on - but the names kept changing and I had trouble remembering. One person was named Enzo or Anzo, I think. Another was Cho. I woke up shortly after. Note: Haven't written here lately due to travel and holiday busyness. The night of the above LD I was exhausted from travel - tried sleeping on my back with eyes closed for 30 seconds, then gave up and rested on my stomach and was asleep in seconds.

Vesterguard's Dream 01-10-11 Intentions were clear, rest out after the semester start up party. “Its a race on the scaffolding” I am at some sort of merry event. It has the feel of a carnival/sporting event/ construction celebration. At the centre of the stage is this pyramid shaped building that reminds me of seats you find and college/highschool sports stadiums. I go running, first over the steps of this pyramid and then out on a stretch of hilly land. The weather is nice, sunny and warm. When I come back I start over again, this time with an old school friend of mine. We are primarily running up and down the steps of the pyramid and he always seem to be a step in front of me until at one point I loose him completely. He keeps talking about how it is really important to keep up a good pace and a good pulse. I loose him at a point towards the back of the pyramid (back defined as the shadow side, away from where the speaker and main action is going on). Here there is scaffolding surrounding the building and the running here involves finding ways to navigate this. So I use my arms a lot to swing from place to place and also run a couple of metres on a metal pole.
whiterains dream finally getting more lucid on attempt nights! back in the usual holiday/festival/waterpark/college/school dream again. all sorts of random things going on like people doing weird greek statue type poses with some type of weapon. seemed like a bit of a joke to me. most of the rest of it just round bars doind the usual. lots of old mates involved, mostly CH JC JG UO and remember talking to others really clearly but cant recall who now. was in a uni type park that i first got lucid. saw a massive fake amanita and recalled a previous dream where it felt like i had seen a real one near there before. as i set off on my search it occured that because i was looking for an old dream, i was dreaming. luckily for only the second time i quickly remembered to head for chicken pizza. while searching in the undergrowth for the mushroom i had become somewhat contained in this service pipe/tunnel type thing. the roof was open but the walls were high so i decided to run along the pipe to try to launch myself off the end to fly to the pyramid. of course now i know i should have just flown without needing the run up. as i climbed onto the pipe i slipped. sometimes this would have caused problems but i managed to just deny that it was slippery which worked well for once. i ran along it at quite a speed then jumped at the end and started flying. it seemed i was already in some kind of temple type thing so didnt have much luck getting to the outside of the pyramid. pretty soon aftrer take off i switched to 3rd person perspective anyway which made the dream fade and move on. later on i am just in some bar again. these people sat along the wall seem to not be able to see me. i wave at one of them then wave my hands in his face and he does see me. i say sorry about that i just had to check something. he seems fine about it. then i say sometimes its just hard to tell if someone can see you in a dream or not. he looked at me starteld and said 'in a dream?' or something. then he got all panicky so i just said yeah dont worry its just a dream, just a normal dream and just tried to calm him down. he seemed to snap out of it, probably cos his mates started to take the piss or something but its hazy from here parts of the unlucid bit really felt like i had just had a cracking night out with old mates. also have very hazy memories of it, but i have definately been talking to loads of randoms in weird interesting locations that i dont recall from previous dreams. in an earlier part i remember having a laugh by holding this girl and swinging/sliding down the staircase of some big shopping centre. i kind of knew it was a dream but also felt like my arm would snap if i went too fast. also have a fragment where i got minorly lucid and jumped off a high platform in a work location for a quick fly around. damn it was probably a good few hours long if i could manage to string along all the parts somehow...
non-lucid - Notes - lucid 06-09-11 Weeds/911 mix up. There has been a plane crash out in a field, though the Boing that has crashed seems fit for take off and I think there may still be people in it. There is a smaller jet headed for the Boing, which will destroy it. I see this twice. The Second time around Andy tells Doug to get in the plane and take off in order to save lives. I take on the perspective of Doug and walk into the cockpit. I start taking off, which is slightly difficult as the road is blocked a bit down the road, but luckily the plane doesn't need much run way to take off and I, Doug, am capable of pulling it up at a fairly steep angle. A bit up in the air I have a near collision with another Boing, but manage to avoid it barely. I even wonder how I missed with the wings and all. Skip Doug is flying around some strange buildings trying to avoid the mid air passageways between towers. Quite the achievement. … I am in a team race of sorts in a pyramid. I am teamed up with my dad and the way the race works is that you have to undergo a series of challenges depending on what colour trail you draw. Each trail consists of 5 sub challenges. I draw red (Fire), which is a difficult one. We have to go through a small rectangular hole that seems filled with urine in order to get to our drawn trail. The first step of my challenge involve guiding a metal golem down a ramp through some boulders that keeps running across this in order to trip it. It reminds me of the classical game where you have to adjust the floor in order to guide a metal ball through a maze of traps, except that it is with a golem and there is a sea of lava at the bottom. I manage to get the golem through but I am having second thoughts about jumping into the lava, so I ask the surroundings if it is safe to do so, to which I get the response that it is perfectly safe. I jump into the lava and there is a similar configuration of boulders cutting across our path towards the goal. I realise that I am dreaming and I pick up the golem, now transformed into a small marble sized metallic ball, still with the same dark metal grey and ruby colourings, telekinetic, as it will be easier to transport. I dodge the balls and “fly” through the lava on the right hand side of the ditch thereby avoiding the angry red heads of Søren Pilmark (Danish actor) coming out of the left hand side on sticks. I reach a rope that I pull that immediately starts taking my dad (who has now reappeared) up of the lava trench. We exit through a well where I rise singing “lucid dreaming”, to a tune I have now forgotten, over and over again. Steffen from my primary school class is there and he explains that he only managed 4 challenges and concedes that lucid dreaming have probably given my team the edge. (At this point my lucidity is rapidly declining, and I have no access to memory of tasks I wanted to carry out). … Fragments: At a garden party with the entire Weeds crew and a few more. Silas is in a plane that has crashed and is getting filled with water he is trying to get people out of the plane through a tunnel into the house. There is a “future” vision of him being pulled up the tunnel screaming because his girlfriend is still in the plane. skip back We are going through the procedure of evacuating people, there now seems to be more than initially expected. Besides there being more people they seem utterly oblivious to the danger they are in. I take on Silas' perspective and start running to get people to the tunnel one by one. Some of them just don't get it, but seem more interested in the fruit buffet that is in a room in the back. So I grab some people and start crushing fruit against their heads and making them look out the window so they can see the plane is sinking. skip I am in the garden jumping from tree to tree rather agile, like a monkey. skip Andy has bought a new boat that gets placed on the law. There is a woman in it, but Doug arrives and figures out that Andy is going to Thailand and after a moments consideration Andy kicks out the woman who seems a bit disappointed, but tries to tackle the situation by putting on a smile and explaining that she isn't mad. Sounds almost like she is trying to convince herself that she thinks it OK.
