      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I woke up 5hours after going to bed for my WBTB. I read some posts on DV and then watched some Underworld videos (mostly werewolf/lycan transformations). I went to bed and practiced MILD and WILD.

I fell asleep, had a nonLD, and started waking up. I held still and felt SP.

I found myself in my bed. I sat up and did a RC. I walked to my door, opened it, and saw Tonka lying on the hallway. I pet him for a bit and then walked downstairs. Tonka was also downstairs, but he looked older and more sick. I rubbed my hands to stabilize my dream. I walked to my backyard door and phased through it. Once again, Tonka was outside, this time he was missing pieces of skin around his paws and looked in pain. I took off but for some reason I started accelerating upwards really fast, and the dream crashed.

I held still and waited about a minute. I was seeing images from a 3rd person POV. I thought I wouldn't be able to transition into a dream. I kept seeing images and then managed to somehow plug my non-existent nose.

This gave me a body and sent me to my dream bed. I stood up, walked downstairs, and exited through the front door. It was daytime. I took off and started flying. I wanted to find a Vampire's Mansion; I wanted to fight a Vampire that defeated me years ago in a dream/nightmare, and this time I would bring a Lycan army. I was flying at the speed of light, everything was distorted. I stopped and there was forest on all directions below me. I landed, and was met by Eric. We started running at high speed through the forest, dodging trees, jumping over cliffs, over trees. Suddenly Eric slipped and was impaled by a big branch. I told him I would heal him, but he told me to save my power for the fight. I asked him what I should do and he told me to continue down one path. I was asking him what he thought of Shared Dreaming, but his body vanished.

I reached a village and was met by a big guy who looked like Khal Drogo. He was blaming me for kidnapping his daughter. The guy transformed into an Orc

We were in a fighting pit, his tribe came on to watch, cheering for him. I partially transformed into a werewolf. My fingernails grew into sharp claws, and my canines into sharp fangs. My skin turned grey and I grew a lot of body hair. My face and overall shape however, stayed relatively the same. He ran towards me and I leaped over him. He was strong and heavy, but faster than I thought for his size. He grabbed a club and charged towards me once again. I dodged it, rolled towards him, and sliced his hamstring ligaments behind his knee. He screamed in anger and pain and kept charging at me. I kept dodging back and then leaped on him, and bit his neck. I pulled back and ripped open his throat. His tribe started charging towards me and I ran away. They were catching on to me, so I took off and started flying.

I reached a city, it was night time. I landed on the street behind a gas station. I still needed to find the Vampire's mansion. I thought of the competition and wondered if I had even scored any points.
      Spoiler for Sex :

I came out of the house and the dream started crashing. I was once again in 3rd person view, and woke up.

    2. Maths

      by , 04-05-2015 at 01:27 PM (Snehk's Dreamlands)
I was in school. I had maths lesson with my teacher from previous school. Slim, tall, brunette woman with dark complexion, and ugly face. She was mad at students. She was shouting and taunting them. I feared that she'll check my homework, which I haven't made.

Later that day, when I was in home I tried to do the maths homework. I had to create a symmetric copy of a shape, and use trigonometry to count something. I surfed the web and asked my sister, but it wasn't of any help.

Next day, during the maths lesson the teacher asked if we done our homework. Suddenly I realised how to do this, and started to write. She was mad, and I couldn't finish the homework on time. The teacher wanted to give everyone a 1 because of it. Then she told that I won't get 1, because I've made an orc head 3d model. Suddenly my mother appeared in the classroom and told something to the teacher.

    3. Templars vs. Moon Orks

      Dream Journal
      WakingNomad AKA Keola Pirata

I leap out of bed with a roar, a black werelion with a necklace of skulls around my neck, wielding an adamantium spear. Templars in the sky riding Pegasi are raining down flaming spears at us. I cast a force field of protection over Winter Fae and I. I fly like a rocket into the center of the Pegasi squadron. “YE THINK YE BE ANGELS, DO YE, MY TEMPLAR BROTHERS? THEN, I WILL SHOW YOU THE FACE OF A DEIMON!” I scream, and demonize. Demon eyes grow and pop open in my forehead. A small black hole appears in my chest. A portal opens, and a bear-boar with six legs, eight eyes, and a snake tail leaps out. I mount my steed, and my spear comes to life. The spear’s head sprouts eyes and a mouth and screams: BLOOOOOOD! Writhing in the air like a sea snake swimming in the depths. Two more small portals open, and a pair of tiny dragons land on my shoulders.
The Templars fly together, and say, “Form of: BAPHOMET” and all together become one giant goat headed woman breasted goat legged disgusting god. Then they say: MASK OF: MICHAEL, and wear a costume to disguise themselves as the archangel , Michael.
“I must admit, fighting Michael the archangel him would be quite the challenge, but not so a foe as you parasites are no match for REX CURSON!”
I roar and clap my hands together, and there is a peal of thunder, then the Baphomet egregore is struck by lightning. The metal in the armor begins to melt and catch fire. The Templars scream in agony. “Zasaz Zasaz Nasatana Zasaz!”
      “Hail Satan, Lord of Fire
May your flames rise ever higher!
      Hail Pan, God of Nature,
Bless the Beast, Imbue the Creature!
      Hail Gawn, Lord of Dreams,
      Nothing is, as it seems!”
A portal opens, and Raven flies out, riding a giant raven. Cool! She’s wearing all black, but in her assassin gear.
She throws bolts of dark energy from a staff she has. She tells me the staff is called the Darkstaff, and its sentient like my symbiote. She told me Washu gave it to her.
Interesting. We can probably take these Templars ourselves, but I blow the Conch of Pan because it just feels so good. The blast reverberates through my demon skull, and I grin as portals open from everywhere in the universe, and Gawn, the Dream Warrior Master appears with an army of elite Dream Warriors Corps. They are so varied and strange looking. I wonder what their physical bodies look like. I see centaurs, and octopus like things, and people that look like rocks, and others like blobs. We simultaneously attack the Baphomet egregore. Bolts of energy, bullets, rockets, arrows, and spears fly at the Baphomet. The egregore breaks apart, and becomes a group of Templars riding Pegasi again. “For Michael!” They shout and charge us. Gawn charges the nearest one shouting, “I AM SURE YOU DO NOT SERVE MICHAEL!”
Then he lightly shoulder bumps the Pegasus, and horse and rider go flying back into a portal. He blows the other ones, and they start flying back, back into portals he casts behind them. The battle is suddenly over.
“Why don’t you kill them?” I ask Gawn.
“They’d just respawn, and we’d have to fight them five seconds later.”
“So, you send them into other dimensions alive, instead.”
“Yes, and it disheartens them when they end up in dimensions with no other Templars, so they become weak because of their big egos.”
“Funny. So where did you send them.”
“Hippie communes, mostly. Another one I sent to be a lighthouse keeper. So, you want to come check out the Dream Warrior Planet, now?”
“Yes, Father, but our aid is requested on the Moon. The Templars are attacking the Dreamhackers Moon Base.”
“Those crazy Russian orks. Good Fighters.”
“Right. But, I suspect the Moon orks are being infiltrated by Templar orks.”
“So, you want to infiltrate the infiltrators, while I cause a big ruckus on the outside?”
Raven smiles at the idea. “Yes, Father.” Raven opens a portal to the Moon Orks Castle on the Moon. We are standing on a hill watching a huge battle of Templars on pegasi with swords and lances versus orcs on giant beetles with axes and speas. It’s so epic, we forget our mission for a second. Raven taps my head. “Hey, Nomad, the mission!” Pardon me, I forgot the mission for a second. We morph into Templar Orcs, then put on Moon Ork disguises. We look at each other and giggle. We teleport right outside the castle, then run through a battle near a castle archway. We hear the voice of the Moon Ork King crying for help down below. We run down flights of stairs to a dungeon, and we see the Moon Ork King being tortured by Dark Templar Orks. “Ha! You see, we have him!”
“NO YOU DON’T!” shouts a voice like a thousand bears from above. The Moon Ork King runs down the stairs with a giant axe. The ork being tortured transforms into a Templar ork, his true self. Raven and take off our Moon Ork costumes, and reveal our Templar ork shapes. We take the left and right guard of the Templar Orks running at the Moon Ork King. Right as the Moon Ork King takes his first axe swing, we turn on the Templars, and thrust two sword length hidden blades into them, killing eight or nine. “Traitors!” They shout. We turn into our Assassin forms. “Assassins! We laugh, as we teleport behind them, and assassinate any Templars that the Moon Ork King’s axe misses. Cheering is heard. The remaining Templars make portals and boogie on out.
We throw a huge party with the Moon Orks on the Moon outside their castle. There are trees growing in grey rock. Interesting. I take a sip of wine, and everything fades to black.
    4. Orc Vampire

by , 03-28-2013 at 08:41 PM (Tales from the sun chaser.)
Okay, there's a band playing, and I jump in on bass and finish the rest of the song with the guy on lead. After we're done, he daps me up and hands me his pick. We head elsewhere, where it looks like we're in Halloween Town. Children are sleeping in beds, and the guitar guy goes up to one, pulls out a key, and she starts hovering. All of a sudden her chest opens up, and a heart comes out of it. He ate it and became more powerful. I was pretty sure that the girl was evil anyway, so I did the same thing. My skin turned green, and some vampire dude came at me, and I did the same thing to him. I looked in the mirror, and saw that I was a huge orc with vampire fangs. Someone screamed out that people were out of of control so I headed out to see what was going on.

When I got to the room, everyone was running away from Kevin Heart..apparently he got the powers from hearts too. I rushed at him, grabbed him, and jumped through the ceiling with him, and smashed back down through the roof into the hard wood floor. Then I got him in a choke hold, and his body just faded away....I really wanted to fight something else but the dream was over.
    5. 12/20 Castle of Orcs and Witches

      by , 12-20-2011 at 07:22 PM (Link's Adventures)
My parents, a baby(that we were watching over, I dunno if it was supposed to actually be ours or what though lol), and I were traveling on a stone road in the wilderness(like Skyrim) when we saw a big castle. We decided to go to it and see what was going on. There were little shops set up in front of the castle, near the entrance. We were looking at what they were selling when a old woman comes forth and tells me to leave and then attacks me with magic. It looked like streaks of red lightning and I dunno if it was supposed to absorb my life or just kill me or what, but it didn't seem to affect me really and I pulled out a one-handed sword and slashed at her until she was dead(it was again, like Skyrim because she didn't get chopped up from my sword, just hurt). Then we go to the next little shop and a orc in armor with a claymore threatens me and then attacks me. Before I have time to think, I pull out my sword and block it and in the same motion, disarm him by wrapping my blade around his and making it spin into the air and then it lodged itself into the stone. I then told him he was being stupid, randomly attacking people for no reason other then to fight and he should stop. He looked mad for a second, but then he agreed with me and apologized for his behavior and actions. He then to his sword, pulled it out of the ground and then declared he was now a friend of humans and the castle and stuck the sword straight into the ground and light started to shine out of the ground where the sword was stabbed into and I looked around and saw a green and gold thing hanging from the castle(like those things that hang from a castle with crests on it and stuff? lol >.>) appear. Then my master (from taekwondo in real life, and apparently in the dream too) appeared from behind the little shop out of nowhere and told me I did a good job. I thanked him while looking at a interesting puzzle with 2 pyramids connected where you could twist all the little pieces that made them up(sort of like a really complex rubik's cube, expect with dual pyramids). He then took us into the castle and there was a giant store inside?? He took us to a section with explosives and he showed me a little one that was supposed to be made of sweetgrass and lit it up while still holding it and I tried to tell him he should put it down, but before I finish my sentence, it blew up and him and me both got thrown back and slammed into walls. It didn't hurt much though and he got up, assuring me he was fine. He seemed alright, expect for the scorch marks on his clothes. A guard in armor shows up to ask what was going on and we assure him everything was alright and then I woke up before I could look around anymore.
    6. 02/11/11 DDO Exploration

by , 02-14-2011 at 02:09 AM (New Dream Adventures of Raven Knight)
Plans: No new plans, just the normal tasks and goals. I am camping... I'm not sure what effect that will have on my recall... but I'm hoping for the best.

      DDO Explorations
I am inside of a game of DDO with Tigress. I don't even consider that I'm dreaming, I am too busy thinking how cool my new virtual reality system is. I can't believe how realistic it is, it looks like a really vivid dream. So Tigress and I are exploring an area of the game we have never been in before, we have decided to just explore and kill stuff for now. The area is crawling with enemies, so there is no shortage of things to kill. In fact, we are constantly being attacked by all manner of enemies from orcs to bugbears to goblins to humans, there is hardly a break from it.

We find some caves and hidden places to explore, as well as a few rare encounters. In one chamber we are attacked by a giant orc who seems intent on smashing us into the ground. I use a lightning attack to knock him down and Tigress cuts his throat, killing him. We continue exploring the are until we find a group of Devourer minions making a sacrifice to the Devourer. They have three women tied to a wooden pole, all three of them are naked, and a ring of fire has been lit around the women. The Devourer minions are standing in a circle around the ring of fire chanting in some strange language. A couple more of them are throwing fuel on the ring of flame to make it burn higher. The fire burns so hot the chanting minions have to back off a bit due to the heat. The heat in the center of the ring where the prisoners are tied must be extreme. We are spotted by one of the minions building up the fire, and he announces that there are intruders, kill them! The sacrifice must by completed! A couple of them keep chanting at the fire, most of them attack Tigress and me. Their plan to kill us meets with epic failure as we kill off the attackers with little difficulty. We kill the last two who are chanting at the ring of fire. Now to free the prisoners... But the fire is much too hot to get through to the prisoners. The roar of the flames, over that sound I can hear at least one woman screaming in pain and fear... I want to get to them. Tigress casts an immunity to flame spell on both of us. We get through the flames to the prisoners, who are no longer tied to the pole. The ropes burned away, but there is still nowhere for them to go since they are surrounded by fire. Tigress casts immunity to fire on the prisoners so we can get out of the fire. Once outside I see that the prisoners have burns over most of their bodies. I use healing spells on them and we are able to scavenge some robes off of dead Devourer minions to clothe them. We continue exploring and come to the sea where we are attacked by some kind of giant sea creature that is being controlled by sahuagin.

We defend against the creature until we're able to find a psychic sahuagin controlling the squid. Once that sahuagin is dead, the sea creature feasts on sahuagin before returning to the sea. We spend the rest of the dream exploring and fighting off random enemies, there are no more rare encounters before I wake. The annoying thing is there don't seem to be any chests left by these rare encounters! What a rip off!

      -----

      Map of the World
I am looking at a map with Tigress, it is a huge map that looks almost like a map of the world. The cities and landmarks are all fictional, however. I look at the names on the map and I recognize such places as Korthos and Stormreach as being DDO locations, but there are sooooo many more locations than just those. Are all of those just the small places to be found by exploring? Or are there more cities and stuff that Tigress and I have left to find? I see a couple places near Korthos, to get there a traveler would have to go through an area that had previously been blocked by ice before the dragon was set free. So Tigress and I make plans to more completely search the area around Korthos. There is so much more to do out there! So many more quests wait, so many enemies need to die! Let's go! I am excited to go, but instead I wake up in my bed in the tent.
    7. 02/09/11 Kisses and DDO

by , 02-14-2011 at 01:33 AM (New Dream Adventures of Raven Knight)
Plans: Nothing big... MoSh wants to try to talk to the idiots who call themselves his guides, I would like to punch them in the face. The usual list of goals is also part of the plan.

      -----

      Are You Retarded?
I am in MoSh's inner world, out in front of his house. I don't immediately remember why I am there, so I figure the best thing to start with is to find MoSh. I go to his house, and I am greeted at the door by Asuka. She says MoSh isn't here right now. I wonder where I can find MoSh, so I ask Asuka that. She says he isn't dreaming yet, but he should be soon. I go into the house and wait for a bit, Asuka seems to be in a good mood, she is humming a song to herself. I wait for a bit and soon MoSh comes down from upstairs. He seems to know what I'm there for better than I do, so I just listen to him. He says he wants to find out some things from his guides. I follow MoSh for a bit and we meet up with a man, I see another man in the area, they are his guides? He asks what he's supposed to do about Saim. How should he proceed? I ask if they are the ones playing matchmaker between MoSh and these other women. One of them says yes, but... I interrupt, I am annoyed at the fucked up job they've been doing on that topic... I ask them if they're deliberately playing dirty jokes on MoSh or are they both just retarded? The man closest to me gives me a dirty look and asks if I can do better. I mutter that a blind monkey could do better... A website like Cupid.com or something like that would do better... they could at least find single women that aren't on the opposite side of the planet! They don't seem pleased with me, and I figure I could've handled that better...

      The Kiss
Note: This fills the requirements for the basic task of the month for DreamViews, which is to kiss a DC.

I am out in a forest of some kind, wandering along a narrow path through the trees. The birds are singing, there is a gentle breeze blowing... The breeze is slightly chilly, but then someone there with me puts his arm around me. I look beside me and I see Bakura is there with me.

We continue walking through the forest, neither of us is saying anything, but neither of us really has to say anything. I enjoy just being out there with him. The trees slowly thin out until Bakura and I are walking more on a rocky path than a forest trail. We reach a rock overhang where I can look out over the valley below, the view is magnificent.

Bakura and I sit there on the edge, my right arm around him and his left arm around me... It's really very nice. Who needs a waking life boyfriend when I can meet up with guys like this in dreams? I turn to look at him at the same time he turns to look at me, and we kiss... a warm and loving kiss with absolutely no pressure for it to be anything more than a kiss... and the fact it does turn out to be much more than a kiss is exactly what I want. ^_~

Journey to the Center of the Earth
I am at the entrance to an average looking cave. There is nothing out of the ordinary about it, though I have the idea my destination is somewhere in that cave. This is a DDO quest, and I have to go in there and check out what the orcs have been doing down there. I also have an active quest to investigate some disappearances from some surrounding towns. These disappearances seem unrelated to each other, but I have a feeling they are all related to this quest in the cave.

Once I am into the cave I find it is really more of mine, this has been dug out rather than formed naturally. I follow the paths deeper and find those who created the mine are still working it. The passages are crawling with orcs. I have to kill a couple of orcs as I explore the mines. I find that while each level of the mine is quite small, it seems to go down forever. I wonder how long it has taken these orcs to dig this deep. On my way down, four kobolds carrying a container of shiny rocks hurry past me, paying absolutely no attention to me at all. Odd... I kill more orcs, then a human passes me, saying if I am caught standing around they will all be punished. He hurries on. I kill another orc, a kobold sees this and throws himself at my feet, blubbering. I tell him to speak clearly, he says the orcs are working their slaves to death in the mines, there are humans and kobolds, all of them just want to be free. Two orcs come, one grabs the kobold, the other says to put him in the cage as a warning to the others, any talk of freedom means death.

The orc tells me to get back to work or share the kobold's fate. The kobold is begging for mercy, the orcs laugh... right up to the point where I kill them with my Witchblade sword. The kobold is at my feet again, thanking me, I say I need to find the slaves. He leads me deeper into the mines... more orcs die by my blade... we come to the bottom level of the mine where a bunch of bedraggled humans and kobolds are digging in the mines. There is a central chamber where I find out what the orc meant by "the cage" when he threatened the kobold. There are small cages hanging over a deep pit, most of them have dead bodies in them in various stages of decomposition... a couple of them also have live slaves in there with the decomposing corpses... yuck! Those slaves look very weak and sick, no doubt deprived of food and water. There are many orcs... it's killing time! The orcs are taken by surprise as I attack, some go down without a fight, I kill all of them. I free the slaves, heal the live ones in the cages, and teleport all of us to the surface. I am thinking I have a lot if rewards to claim, but it was here that I woke up. For some reason I always wake up before I can claim my rewards! Damn it!
    8. 07/04/10 An Army of Two

by , 07-06-2010 at 08:10 AM (New Dream Adventures of Raven Knight)
I was in a strange place. I looked around to see where I was. I was in a strange city. I looked around and I saw that I was in a space between two buildings. I looked out on the street and saw this city appeared to be populated by orcs. They were moving quickly from building to building, talking to each other only briefly before moving on. I saw that there seemed to be a lot of orcs near one building. I wondered what was happening over there. I wondered how the orcs would react if a human was suddenly found among them. I hesitated for a few minutes due to that, but for some reason I felt ok about going out onto the street, into the open. I felt ok about it, as if doing that would not put me in any danger. I stepped out onto the street and headed for the building where all of the activity seemed to be taking place.

As I walked across the street I noticed that the orcs were noticing my presence. They were turning to look, appearing very curious about me. None of them seemed hostile, though. They just seemed curious. I reached the building where all the activity was with no interference. When I got there I saw that the orcs were rushing in and out of the building. None of them were paying much attention to me. I looked into the building. There were orcs in beds everywhere. They looked to be in various stages of injury, They were all being tended to by doctors or healers… When I got in there, one of the orcs came over and quickly ushered me outside. She followed me off to the side of the door. She said the hospital was very busy, so unless I needed medical help, could provide aid, or needed aid, please stay out of the way. I asked what was going on. She smiled, then she turned and walked away.

I still wanted to know what was going on. I wondered who could tell me something about what was happening. While I didn't feel any hostility, I did feel an intense sense of urgency. I walked down the street towards someone who looked like they were in charge. Just as I was getting close to him, however, another orc came running up. This one was female. She said there was another attack force approaching. The male orc looked very disturbed by that. He said they didn't have any more warriors to send. He said most of them were too badly injured from the last attack… and those who weren't injured were completely exhausted. There was no way they could handle another attack… This sounded like a possible DDO quest. I would have to find out more. At thinking of it as a DDO quest, I stopped for a moment… DDO? Tigress does RC's when playing DDO… so I would do that, too. I did a RC and found out I was dreaming. But my goal was still the same. Find out what was going on.

I asked who was attacking. The woman looked at me strangely. She said the trolls, of course… I asked what she meant. She asked if I had just dropped from the sky… the troll army, they were attacking again. She said I had gotten myself into the wrong place… there was no way their defenses could handle another attack. I asked how many trolls. She said there appeared to be well over a thousand trolls… their biggest assault yet… And then there were the traitors who had fled the city to join with the enemy. She said hope was lost. I said no, it wasn't. I told her I would just have to intercept them. She said there was no way I could do that alone. I told her not to worry, there was an army ready to move in. An army? She asked an army of how many? I thought for a bit… I said definitely 256, I was expecting it would be 512, maybe as many as 1024. She asked if I didn't know how large my own army was. I said it depended on how many they had managed to gather up. She said maybe they should save themselves and run. She said full grown orcs couldn't match strength with a troll… and no offense, but an orc is much stronger than a human.

The orc that looked like he was in charge interrupted the woman. He said if the humans wanted to go out and get themselves killed in battle, then that is to be commended. It is much better to be killed in battle than to live in fear. The woman said that it is also foolish to go into a battle when you know you can't win. The leader said it was, in the end, up to the humans what they wanted to do. He said if my army of humans could hold the attacking hoards off just long enough for them to get the injured, the very young, and the very old to safety they would be extremely grateful and would make sure my army and I were well rewarded. He added that if we were in need of supplies… armor, weapons, rations, their resources would be at our disposal. It is well known that orc armor and weapons are among the best, although humans probably would have little use for orc rations… except for the mead… I told him not to worry, we were already well equipped. I asked where the trolls approached from. He said the south. I said perfect, we would have no problems intercepting them. With that I headed for the gate to the city.

I took flight, much to the surprise of the orcs around me, and flew over the gate and headed south. There were, indeed, hoards of trolls. I saw some orcs mixed in with them. I landed in front of the hoard. I landed near the one who appeared to be the general. I walked right over to him. I asked him if there was any possibility of them turning around and going home so things wouldn't have to get ugly. He and several others around him laughed. He said this stupid human amused him… so if I wanted to live, he was going to give me to the count of 10 to get out of his sight.

"All the way to 10?" I asked mockingly, "I'm impressed. I didn't realize trolls could count that high." The general glared at me and said I was no longer amusing him. I told him if he turned his forces around and left immediately, no one would get hurt. He said I would be wishing no one had been hurt. He took out his sword and tried to run me through. His sword hit my Witchblade armor, which formed instantly. The troll was quite surprised by that. I said if he was surprised by that, wait until he got a load of what was coming up next. I was about to focus on my multiplication spell when I saw there was another human there with me. It was Tigress. She asked what was going on. I motioned towards the army of trolls and orcs. I said if she wanted to help, just go ahead and kill something. In fact, kill lots of somethings. The trolls laughed some more. I guess the idea of Tigress killing lots of them was very amusing to them. Tigress multiplied. There was a paladin version of herself in shining armor with a large glowing sword… a rogue version of herself which was a halfling and had a dagger dripping with poison… and a fighter version of herself which was a warforged and was carrying two nasty looking swords… and that was in addition to her normal self.

So now I focused on the song Divide by Disturbed. 2… 4… 8… 16… 32… 64… 128… 256… That's where I normally stop. I saw that all of Tigress had dispersed into the enemy army, killing as she went through them. I thought I saw the pally split into two pallies, so Tigress wasn't done dividing, either. So even as the trolls attacked all of my clones, I continued multiplying… I wanted to push the limit. Another split… 512 of me. Every part of my mind seemed to be consumed by a different part of the fight. Cutting down a troll here, running my Witchblade sword through an orc there… There were still so many more trolls than there were of us… Should I keep dividing? I wasn't sure what would happen… I decided I had better not chance it until I knew for sure 512 would work well… So the fight continued. Having 512 of me was rather disorienting, but since all of us were focused on the same task, that made it easier. All of us were utilizing our Witchblade swords to cut down trolls and orcs wherever we found them.

Then I noticed something… one of the orcs had put his sword through one of my clones! His sword had managed to penetrate her Witchblade… I wondered how that was possible. Had dividing the Witchblade that many times made it less effective? My Witchblade spoke to me in my mind, saying the others were not as strong due to the dividing… but the original me still had a fully effective Witchblade. I felt the energy from the clone return to me. Ok… 511 of me… The fight was intense, and disorienting as I tried to direct each of my clones at the same time. A couple more clones went down, but that was nowhere near the number of trolls to fall. Soon the field was littered with dead trolls and also some fallen orc traitors. Only Tigress and I were left… there were 64 Tigresses and 486 of me.

Tigress looked around at all of the Ravens standing around her. She asked if I could have made any more of me. I said yeah, I thought I could have, but I stayed with 512 for now. The next step up from 256. Both of us absorbed our clones back into ourselves and surveyed the area. Nothing but death. Tigress started an intense fire. She said many of the bodies would burn, and create fertilizer for the earth… and the ones that don't burn will feed the scavengers of the wilderness. I looked at the burning carcasses and thought that was the first time those trolls and orcs would ever be useful to anyone. I was looking at the flames when I woke.
    9. 06/18/10 Canyon Defenders

by , 06-20-2010 at 01:25 AM (New Dream Adventures of Raven Knight)
Note: My list of goals remains long, but I am trying to focus on a couple at a time. Right now I am primarily focused on sharing a DDO dream with Tigress and having both of us remember it and opening that locked book I got from the Akashic Records. With not having my nightly WILD (tonight was no exception) I had better not make my list of goals for one night too long or I will just end up forgetting all of them!

I was in a bed. I rolled over and got up. I looked around. I was not in my bedroom. I was not in a normal bedroom of any kind. It looked like the kind of bedroom one might see in an inn in an RPG. I wondered how I had gotten there. My first thought was that I needed to get home. My mother would definitely be wondering what had happened to me… I looked for my purse. I would call her. I couldn't find my purse. Shit! Where was it? What was happening here? I would get home as quickly as I could to tell my mother I was ok. So I at least needed my car keys… which were probably in my purse… which I couldn't find. Ok… this wasn't turning out to be a very good situation. I thought my keys might be in my pocket… I searched my pockets… and found I was not dressed as normal. I was wearing some strange clothes that looked like something out of an RPG. Everything was all too strange that I finally decided to do a RC… and then I realized I was dreaming.

Now that I was lucid, I left the room and found out I really was in an inn. I looked around the room down below and it was a typical RPG pub. I walked around a bit and I could hear everyone talking. They were talking about an impending attack force coming down the canyon. They were talking about their warriors not being strong enough to hold the attack off, and about how it might turn out that their easily defended canyon hiding place might turn out to also be their tomb since there was no way out except through the enemy forces. People were clearly scared shitless, talking about trying to scale the sheer canyon walls or even killing themselves to keep from falling into the cruel hands of the enemies who would no doubt have torturous deaths planned for each and every one of them. From across the room I heard one woman who didn't sound like she had already given up. She was telling the people they needed to fight for their village and not give up no matter how big the enemy forces appeared to be. No one seemed to be listening to her, and when she asked who was with her, no one responded. A few people laughed. I finally spotted her. She was dressed as a paladin, and asked again if there was no one there with the courage to fight. I raised my hand, noting the Witchblade on it, and said loudly that I was willing to fight. She peered out over the crowd and looked directly at me.

"Raven?!" she asked, "Is that you?"

I hesitated, not sure how she knew me… then she took off her helmet and I immediately recognized her. It was Tigress! I went directly over to her and climbed up on the table she had climbed onto, using it as a stage to address the people around her. She now told everyone that there were two women willing to fight for their village… were there no others? Were all those men who called themselves warriors going to be shown up by a couple of women? Were there no other women who called themselves warriors willing to stand beside their fellow female fighters? Once again no one responded… there were some embarrassed glances around, some nervous chuckles. I told Tigress that we didn't need these idiots. We could handle whatever attack force there was on our own, and have fun doing it. I said I was ready to take this quest if she was. She gave one more look around the room, announced that everyone in the room was pathetic, and said she was ready to kick some ass.

So Tigress and I left the pub full of cowards, the people around us were muttering something about that just meant we would be the first to die, and went outside into the village. Tigress must have been there for a while already, as she seemed to know where to go. I followed Tigress. She went to the front gates of the village. There were guards there that didn't want to open the gates. They didn't seem to think two people stood a chance against the invading forces. We insisted on going out. They finally gave in and opened the gates, announcing that if we really felt like committing suicide that they wouldn't stand in the way. After all, everyone in the town would be dead before long when the enemy forces arrived. We went through the gate, the guards shut and barred it behind us. I wondered why they even bothered closing the gates since they were so sure they would be killed anyhow…

There was a winding path through the canyon. Tigress and I went down the path and around a bend and then we spotted a large number of somethings approaching. We got closer and it turned out there was an entire army of what looked like kobolds. Mixed in among the kobolds were some larger orc type creatures and some that looked like humans. They were all armed with swords, spears, and bows, all in armor. That was definitely a sizable attack force. A hail of arrows shot out of the group at us. Somehow we had been spotted. Tigress had a bow and arrows. She was firing five arrows with each shot. That was an interesting trick. That resulted in a return fire of a hail of arrows, because she was also very fast with shooting them. I saw there were spear warriors just beyond the archers. Those spears up in the air looked like lightning rods! I used Battery and they worked like lightning rods, too. The spear warriors were electrocuted through their own spears. The battle continued. We encountered each other. Tigress and I were both using our swords now, I formed my sword from Withcblade. Both Tigress and I were moving like lightning. Much faster than the kobolds, orcs, and human enemies. Our swords cut through their armor like it was made of tissue paper. Tigress jumped to a couple of rocks and part way up the canyon wall, then she unleashed another rain of arrows. The enemies kept coming. I cut some more down, threw some fireballs at more of them. Tigress got tired of the bow and arrows, changed into a werewolf and jumped down off the canyon wall. She tore into a bunch of the enemies with her claws, leaping from one enemy to the next. In spite of the fact we were sorely outnumbered, we fought until all of the enemies were either dead or retreating… mostly dead. The battle was over.

Tigress and I returned to the village. The guards on the gate looked quite surprised to see us back in one piece. They were just staring. Tigress said the enemies were all either dead or they had fled for their lives. The guards seemed reluctant to believe that. I noticed for the first time that Tigress had a severed head… yuck. Apparently it was the head of the leader of the enemy forces, as it convinced the guards that we had indeed been victorious. They let us into the village now. Tigress showed the head to prove the danger had passed, at the same time as she made fun of all of those people who called themselves warriors and had not had the guts to go out there and fight for their village. It looked like they weren't sure if they should be happy with us for helping them or annoyed for calling them cowards… but the thing was, that was what they were… a bunch of cowards. Overall, the view of us was that we were some kind of heroes… which I really didn't care about. I told Tigress maybe we could go out and explore a bit. She said sure, but then she disappeared… damn… she must have woken up. The people from the town were silent now, staring at where she had been. They were muttering amongst themselves about what kind of magic she had just used. I thought I could still explore a bit. I took to flight and looked down, wondering which way to go. I had just barely gotten to go anywhere before I woke.
    10. The Orc King and the Princess

by , 12-30-2006 at 06:00 AM (Visions in the Dark)
Dream starts off in a land of monsters, which is ruled by a short, ugly orc who lived in a white and green marble castle. Because of a civil war going on, everyone is trapped in the castle, including a beautiful human princess who was seeking shelter from the fighting. It is not made clear in the dream why the Princess was in the land of monsters in the first place. The Orc King and the Princess had names in the dream, but I forgot what they were upon waking.

The Orc King lets the Princess into his castle and makes her stay in a cage that is suspended above the throne room. The only way into the suspended cage is up a rusty ladder that is leaning against a pillar and then balancing on a tightrope. Though he tells the Princess that she is not a prisoner, the king will not let her leave the castle. The ugly, little orc also makes his lustful desires for the beautiful Princess be known, but she rejects any and all of his advances. The king is dissapointed, but respects her wishes to be left alone. Before he leaves, the Orc King has the suspended cage lowered to the floor and tells his servants to meet every demand that his beautiful human captive makes, as long as it does not involve leaving the castle.

The king leaves the throne room and goes into a cave below his castle. There is an old orc witch who lives there and she tells the Orc King of a powerful magic item that is owned by the father of the Princess being held captive upstairs. The Orc King immediately begins to plot holding the young woman randsom in exchange for the magic item, but the witch warns that the Princess has some magic power of her own and will enchant and destroy the king if he is not careful. The Orc King tells the old witch of his sexual desires for the Princess, which have been increasing every minute to the point where he was beginning to wish that he was human, so that his beautiful young captive would recieve his advances. The orc witch is horrified at the kings confession and flees the cave in disgust.

That night the ugly ruler of the orcs laid upon his bed and was just falling asleep when the Princess appeared in his chamber. She splashed a cold, silvery liquid on him immediately it began to feel as if it was burning off his skin. The Orc King screamed and writhed in pain on the floor, but as quickly as the pain had come it was gone. He stood up and realized that he had been transformed into a human. The effect was temporary and wore off when the sun rose, but not before the Princess finally recieved the king's lustful advances. For many nights afterwards the Princess returned to the Orc King's chamber at night and splashed him with the strange water that transformed him into a human, and every night she came to him the king fell more and more in love with the Princess.

When the fighting in the surrounding area suddenly stopped and it was safe to venture outside, the Princess wasted no time in escaping the Orc King's castle and fleeing to her own kingdom. The king was heart broken but he did not pursue her. That night as the king sulked under the light of the full moon, he suddenly felt a searing pain and was transformed into a human again, even though the Princess and her magic water was no where around. He hid in his chamber until susrise when he expected to revert to his normal self, but when he did not, the king snuck out of his own castle and went to find his beloved Princess. His heart and mind desired nothing else now except to be with her.

The transformed king searches for a long time, but eventually finds the Princess. She is surprised to see the Orc King in his human form and is more so when he asks to marry her. She accepts and as a wedding gift, the father of the bride gives them the powerful magic item that the Orc King once plotted to obtain. (For some reason this powerful magic item looked exactly like an old-school typewritter.) The new groom asks if he can take the magic item to his kingdom, to restore peace, and the Princess and her father agree. The older king insists on going ahead though, not knowing that his new son-in-law's kingdom is a land of monsters. Taking the magic item with him, the old king leaves the newly weds to be alone.

The Princess and her new groom try to catch up to the old king after consumating their marriage, but when they are about half way between the two kingdoms, the Orc King suddenly reverts to his ugly, little self. He is distraught because he believes that his beloved human bride will have nothing to do with him while he looks like a monster, but the Princess comforts him and does not leave. The Orc King asks his bride if she has any more of the magic water but she shakes her head no. The Princess tells him of a magic fountain within a cave that will fulfill any one desire if he bathes in the water, but the Orc King has to journey to find it on his own. The Princess then returns to her own kingdom to wait the return of her new husband.

The dream either skips a bit, or perhaps I have just forgotten the sequence, but the Orc King travels for a long while before finding the magic fountain in a far away land. He washes himself in the water and his ugly green skin melts off and he is transformed into a human again. Unlike the previous transformations, however, this is a pleasant experience and not a painful one. The transformed king rushes back to his land and finds that not only has the fighting between the monsters increased, but his father-in-law has been viciously murdered and the powerful magic item stolen. Because none of his subjects recognize their king in human form, he is attacked whenever spotted and has to sneak around as much as possible.

The transformed king find his way to his castle and spies the orc witch in the courtyard. She appears to be in possession of the magic item. When she sees her king, the witch immediately recognizes him and hands over the magic item without a fight. She also gives the Orc King an amulet and says that his loyal subjects will recognize him as long as he wears it. The old orc witch then falls over in pain and blesses the union between the Orc King and the Princess before expiring. From her dead body a white bird flies forth and disappears into the expansive blue sky.

Actually, though the king has many loyal subjects who respect his peaceful rule, there are equally as many monsters in his land who resent being ruled by a human. A bloodthirsty rebel faction kidnaps and kills the Princess and the transformed king abdicates his throne in his intense grief. His land breaks out in violent war again, but he does not care. The Orc King buries his beloved bride on a hill between the two kingdoms and then lays down on her grave and dies of despair.
