Solar Plexus failed projection (DILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID ASTRAL

I was in a room and a lady wanted to make out with me, but I did not find her appealing. She told me, "I thought you said I was yours" I explained to her something about commitment and dating.
There were more people around.

I started to see the imagery blurry, so I realized I was dreaming. I decided to attempt to Astral Project. I fell on my back focusing on being at my Astral Body. The fall was in slow motion.

I was in my room and I had vibrations all around my body. I focused on my solar plexus as I felt more energy there. Suddenly, I felt like if my chest inflated. I could feel my Astral Body also. For some reason I lost focus and got scared. I never projected through my Solar Plexus so I did not expected the outcome. I returned to my body immediately and grounded myself back
