    1. My Misadventures in the City of Bedlam

      1- A Chase
      I leave the school after a rather rough day. Oh great, our bus isn't even here. Perfect... I am waiting with my brother, when I realize I must be dreaming. Everything is suddenly underwater... "We don't need a bus, we can swim home," I say.

      Once home, I take Steven into an incredibly dark forest. This would be a good time to see if I can overcome my "darkeness=lack of control syndrome," but Steven gets scared and starts attacking me, forcing me to take him back to the house. He continues to chase me, as an evil demon voice resounds from all around us. I'm not really paying attention to what the voice is saying, because I am enjoying my run.

      I fly up onto the house and find some really cool coins. I start to pick them up, then remember, "Oh yeah, it's not like I can keep them." Plus, Steven is still attacking me. This is getting annoying.

      He throws some large blocks of wood at my head, but I slow them down using telekinesis and easily catch them. I don't bother attacking him; I have some stuff I need to do... Oh yeah, I'm supposed to be looking for Samael. I prepare to fly away, but my brother grabs ahold of my foot and nearly breaks my toe off. "That doesn't hurt," I tell him, rolling my eyes. "It's a dream, you idiot." It does hurt, though, and I wonder if I kicked the wall or something IRL.

      My brother disappears, and I turn to go find Samael. I am just about to try a summoning spell, when the dream deteriorates and I wake up.


      2- City of Bedlam, pt I
      In the early 1700's, my dad and I own a small shop off the coast of Charleston. We sell all our wares, and must make the long and perilous journey across the Atlantic to stock up on supplies. We are poor; so all we have is a small rowboat. It will have to do. "Getting there is the easy part," I tell my dad. "But we still have pirates to worry about. At this statement, I notice two things. 1) Another rowboat ahead of us, and 2) a pirate ship (namely, the Black Pearl) sailing our way. The girl in the rowboat near us is a young Elizabeth Swan. To rescue us from the pirates, she flings salt water in my dad's eyes and makes us crash on some island.

      We are greeted there by the island's inhabitants. They allow us to stay, provided we follow their rules. (And they have many, many rules.) They show us a specific room of the castle that we are not allowed to enter, because it holds some of their most treacherous secrets.

      I walk around, getting to know everybody.

      Before we know it, we have been staying in the city for weeks. It becomes my duty to vacuum the castle... with a very small hand vac. First I must pour some white cleaning liquid all over the floor, then vacuum it up. I am still working at this when
      I wake up.

      3- City of Bedlam, pt II
      Back in the city, I notice that I have done a very poor job of painting my nails. I have nail polish all over my fingers, and I even missed two of my nails altogether. I decide I'd better redo them... But I can't remember where I put my fingernail polish. It must be in one of the bathrooms, but there are just so many!

      I begin my search. After a while, I accidentally enter a really dark, creepy room that with holds a talking shrunken head. Realizing that this is the room I am not permitted to enter, I shriek and run out. "What are you doing?" a girl asks me as I nearly run into her. I recognize her as one of the shop keepers on the shore of this island.

      "Oh, I'm just looking for my fingernail polish," I say hurriedly and keep looking.

      Outside, I notice a tree that seems to be a Christmas ornament... but it's June. Taking a closer look, I am shocked to see a fairy staring back at me. "Uh... do you know where my fingernail polish is?" I ask dumbly. She says something in sign language. "I don't understand that," I say. Suddenly more and more fairies appear in the tree. I begin to worry that they will cause trouble. "We have a problem," I tell the man who walks up behind the small tree.

      "What's that?" The fairies abruptly disappear, and he never notices.

      I was going to point them out, but I quickly change my mind. "Um, I can't find my fingernail polish," I say instead.


      4- Fire Ants, pt I
      I "wake up" with fire ants in my bed, biting me. I hurriedly leave the room and tell my aunt about them.


      5- Fire Ants, pt 2
      I "wake up" again. WTF? Fire ants are biting me! So that other part was a dream? I go and tell my aunt about the fire ants, then ask her if I had already told her. She says that I did. But... why would I go back to sleep in a bed full of ants?

      6- City of Bedlam, pt III
      A hurricane is attacking the castle. I am nearly swept away by a flood of water as one of the guards leads me up to the balcony. We are all clutching on to the sturdy bars of the balcony to avoid being blown away. Suddenly, the ocean starts throwing things at us: refrigerators, pieces of wrecked ships, all kinds of stuff! It sends it directly at us!

      I am dodging as best I can, while trying to knock the others out of harms way. After what seems like forever, the storm ends.


      7- City of Bedlam, pt IV
      ((I don't know why I kept re-entering this dream. It wasn't that fun, and I was getting rather tired of these weird people.)) I decide I must leave this city. I've had enough of the wackos who live here. They tell me that the only exit is through Pointer Street, so that is where I go. Or at least, that's where I TRY to go. I end up turning onto Clutter Street instead, which is against the law. Apparently Clutter Street is where they throw all the dead bodies when they execute someone, and no one is allowed to go down there. They kill me, but this is only a temporary punishment. In this City, if you make a contribution (such as vacuuming the castle), you will be brought back to life after execution.

      This time I make sure to turn on Pointer Street. Unfortunately for me, a man is out shopping with his wife... butt naked. It is illegal to see someone naked unless you are married to them, so again I am killed.

      Frustrated, I walk all the way back to Pointer Street, making sure to keep my eyes averted from the naked man. As I am trying to avoid him, I accidentally bump into one of the guards. I immediately apologize, not wanting to be executed again. He just smiles at me and keeps walking. I pass by a man, who comments on how I was sucking up to the guards to avoid punishment.

      I am now faced with a problem. The naked guy is blocking my path... How am I supposed to get out of here without looking at him? An idea comes to me: I take out my sleeping mask and use it as a blindfold, feeling my way along until I make it out of the city.

    2. last night's dreams

      All I remember is looking at my hand against a wall getting ready to try walms' time dilation technique. I remember thinking i should focus on one spot And the rest of the dream while counting. I began counting.

      I remember walking around a club and trying to recall my dreams. I had about 4 remembered. in one dream I remember I had met Serenity. i wish i could recall those dreams now.

      WTF

      I remember walking around in a place that was being constructed. I remember jen (my brother's gf) telling me to do something. i look at the job and i see endless hallways of drywall sheets. no way I'm going to get that done in time.

      I enter a hallway and see a clown. I chase it down the hallway and enter a room. The clown is now a blond young guy. I seem to know who he is. I go and start choking him. I tell him i will kill him for what he has done. I mind control him to agree with me. i let him go. he apologizes and I make him kill himself from the dream.

    3. A Lot of WTF Moments

      All day yesterday I felt sort of drained. Even when I was doing active things, such as Karate, I felt like it was a struggle to keep my eyes open. Not sure what that was all about, but it made recall throughout the night a bit difficult.

      1- Fading to Nothingness
      The first part of the dream is indecipherable. Something to do with... karate, maybe. The vague feeling of failure. A convenience store? Or some place with a lot of shelves...

      Later, I am lucid, but everything has gone weird. I am watching the dream from above; it looks more like a map than a scene. There is a circle of colored squares; each square represents a dreamer. The big blue square beside me is WakingNomad. He is giving us all instructions of some kind, possibly about shared dreaming. ((If I hadn't had my sun sound mp3 playing in my ears, I wouldn't have even realized that I had woken up a few seconds after this.))

      2- The WTF Ghost Race
      In school, but class is a video game. Our eventual goal is to dispel some nasty ghost pirates, but first we have to do a lot of random tasks. There is a map in the top right corner of my vision that has our goal markers on it. First, we are in a hallway that forks off into three other hallways. They all loop back around to the central one. Our goal is to run through these hallways in the right order for quite a good number of times. If we get the order screwed up, we have to start over. Our instructor tells us that the pattern is center, left, right. We run around for ages until we have achieved our first goal.

      Next we have to meet up at the pirate king's gravestone. I am no longer paying much attention, because I have a major problem. For some reason, I accidentally brought a pocket knife with me, and I am worried that the teachers will find it and I'll get expelled.


      3- Poor Undead Kitty
      We are riding our bikes along the interstate, of all places. I am going faster than some of the cars, which surprises me. Am I really going 60 miles per hour on my bicycle? I abruptly lose balance and topple over, sprawling out face first in the emergency lane. Uninjured, I leap to my feet and move my bike from the middle of the road. Wow, I'm glad that didn't kill me.

      My dad and brother have stopped to make sure I am okay. Hey, look! A cat! I walk over to the edge of the woods where a pitiful looking cat is standing, mewing helplessly. I notice that she is missing all her fur... Her skin is pink and purple like the Cheshire cat. "Aww, we can't just leave her here! Let's take her home with us!"

      My dad looks at me skeptically. "I'm not taking care of any cat."

      "You don't have to! I know Chris can't turn down a stray, so we'll be able to keep it."

      My brother picks it up. It now has white, fluffy fur, but I don't notice the difference. We start walking home ((what happened to our bikes?)) when suddenly Steven freaks out. "Uh... we have a problem." Concerned, I go over to him to see what he's talking about. He holds the cat up, showing me it's underside.

      Holy crap! The cat has a huge slash going all the way from it's chest to it's belly... AND IT HAS NO ORGANS! It's completely hollow! "How can she still be alive!?"


      4- Hospitality and Time Warps
      I am not myself; I am a guy who is aspiring to be a magician. Something terrible happens, and I end up staying with a kind old woman and her husband until I can fix what ever went wrong.

      I think I just end up making it worse. I get stuck in some kind of time warp, and now I am apparently a famous hero. People who were supposed to be my companions now have no clue who I am, and they seem to worship me from a distance. A man named Fable, who I had gone to magic school with and who had beaten me numerous times is now a member of some sort of gang. He tells me that he's always admired my strength and wishes that he could become like me.

      I have tunnels written down... but no recollection of it. That and four other fragments flashed to mind also with no real memory.

      Lucid in a trashed house.


      All i remember is the sensation I was dreaming at first. Then I sat up in bed in a dark room. i looked at my left hand and had five fingers, pulled it away and back and now i had seven fingers but smaller. I pulled away once more and back again. I had a large finger on one side and about ten others which gradually decreased in size across the spectrum of my hand. I flexed my hand and made a fist. Physically, I felt only five fingers flex, but watched the other fingers flex. It's as if the image i saw of my hand was super imposed over my dream body's physical five fingers. interesting.

      I looked around the room a bit. It was dark, but there were many interesting glow in the dark thingies on the wall. All shining with a bright green. It looked rather cool. The glow in the dark effect was much better than waking life glow in the dark stuff. Anyway, I get out of bed and leave the bedroom. when I open the door all I can see is rubble. From the bottom half of the wall and up is entirely gone... leaving a few scraps. what was a hallway is now a path. I see a door frame that leads to the entrance to the house. I walk towards it but find i am blocked by a wire mesh rubble pile.

      I think. "no way this is my inner world... better get to my real inner world." I turn around and head back to the bedroom door (only the bedroom seemed to stand). but then I have a FA somewhere else.

      FA in the middle of the street. I am talking to my dad who's driving by in a car.

      Grandma WTF

      I am talking to my grandma and she says "Robert it's time for you to move to edmonton and live with my niece."

      Stupid cat

      i'm back at the rubble house sitting in what was a hallway. A black cat comes and sits on my lap. I am about to pet it when it arches it's back like it's going to take a crap. Well not on my lap.. so I pull it up and throw it back to the floor. It gets on my lap again and tries the same thing. I hold it and try to put it somewhere where it can't get to me. it threatens to scratch if I throw it again. so i just hold it to the floor while it does it's thing.

      Synth WTF?!?!?!?

      i'm outside on the same street with the smashed house. some kids are hanging out by some truck. they say they have awesome new instruments for sale. All i see is a bag of liquefied reece's pieces. I depress a part of the bag and suddenly I hear a vivid sound of a synth keyboard. I think it's cool. I tap the bag again and figure out some notes. So i start playing some synth vivaldi. Then the bag breaks and the liquid crap starts leaking everywhere.

      That 70's show

      i'm watching TV. I can see all the actors from That 70's show. Red is sitting in a chair reading a newspaper. He says "these kids and their damn birds" The camera zooms out and the living room is filled with all these bird cages filled with all sorts of birds. The mother's head is severed and is up on a stick that stands by itself. But the head of the mother starts talking and joking with red. I think "this is the only good episode of 'That 70's Show' I have ever seen."
    5. My Anti-Social Dream Guide

      Sometimes, my dream guide really irks me. But yay, lucidity!

      1- Scary Lucidity
      I am listening to a song on my mp3 player that was written by someone on MM. It's very creepy... Makes me think of Alice in Wonderland. Eventually I get tired and turn it off, intending to go to bed. As soon as I lay down, the song starts playing. Ugh, not THIS song again. Wait, didn't I take my earbuds out already? I sit up and RC. Lucid!

      Suddenly it is very dark in my room. I vaguely think about lights, but I cannot focus enough to make the darkness go away. An aura of fear, of pure terror, weighs down the air, making it somewhat difficult to breathe.

      Annoyed, I walk to the center of my room and stand perfectly still. I picture what I will do to any attacker, even Leroy (who I know is behind this), for coming to me in such darkness with the obvious intent to scare me. But it's just so freaking dark, I can't hold the dream together.

      2- A Dream of Wakefulness
      I am in MM chat, telling everyone about the lucid dream I just had. Moonbeam tells me that the person who wrote that song is banned from MM, because he stole our "void game." I am appalled. How dare he!?

      Later, I am a guy wandering around a college campus. I hear a "Hey, you," behind me and turn around. A girl is standing in the doorway, looking at me. "The manager told me to look for a Junior, and you're the only Junior around here. Even though you look more like 17 than 20. If you want to join our ranks, go meet Nelson by the band house."
      ((This is pretty much an exact quote of what she said, as I woke up afterwards and wrote it down as quickly as possible.))

      3- Alice in Dreamland
      I am cleaning out my grandmother's house; apparently she's moving. We fight all sorts of strange things in there, my favorite being some type of primitive war machine. It is a cart, with a catapult attached to one side, a removable spiky club attached to the other side, and spikes in the front. Useful for both long ranged attacks and ramming into enemies.

      Later, I am no longer myself, but a girl named Alice. I am standing in a graveyard with friends, sanctifying the grave of our deceased friend, Whisper. I say a spell which animates the concrete Angel used as her gravemarker. It now has her spirit. She thanks me, and offers to help in times of need.

      I am following some weird storyline as I wander further into the graveyard, away from my friends. A narrator says I will get attacked by the thugs who are after me, and my friends won't be able to hear my cries for help. The rational part of me realizes that I could leave now before the thugs find me, but this Alice part of me isn't aware of my future predicament.

      I see my (Alice's) father walk around the side of the church.

      Rational me: *gasp* My father has something to do with those thugs!

      Alice: Hm, I wonder where he's going?

      As I sneak closer, I spot the thugs loading some things into a car. Too late to hide: the short fat one has spotted me! I run, and he give chase. How can he run so fast!? I see my friends over the hill, leaving the cemetery. As predicted, they cannot hear me calling to them.

      Suddenly another of the thugs is standing in my path. This one, however, I know to be friendly. "Alice!" he cries out as I collide into him. He catches me and holds me with my back against his chest.

      "Being... chased..." I pant. Shorty walks up to us.

      "Neil! Good, you got 'er! Let's take 'er to the boss!"

      Neil doesn't move; I can tell he's debating with himself about what to do. Set me free, or follow orders? Right now, I don't really care which one he decides. I know that he'll save me eventually, if not now. Besides, I'm feeling very comfortable in his arms... "Neil, what are you waiting for?" Shorty growls impatiently.

      Neil suddenly lets me go and puts himself between me and the other thug. "Go! Run!" I don't want to leave him, but I must follow the storyline.

      "Thank you," I say, taking off down the sidewalk. I think I am going to get away, but at the intersection I am intercepted by another thug, who looks like Fabio. Damn it! Neil got in trouble for nothing!
      ((At this point, my mom's phone goes off, waking me. No fair... I was going to end up having a romance with Neil...))
    6. On to the new. And Brooms.

      Flying Broomsticks. (DILD)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      Wow. I need to start writing my DJ as soon as I wake up. No matter.

      After doing something inside of a house, I leave to go outside. There is something about Harry Potter going on. I grab my broom and try to fly away. I fail. Soon somebody comes to watch me. They doubt I can actually fly. I jump up, and land on top of a fence. "Watch this" I say. I jump off the fence, I don''t quite fly but I manage to glide down slowly. The person is amazed. Suddenly I remember how to fly. The same way I fly in most of my flying dreams, including the ones from my childhood. I get a nice fast running start and jump up. I go soaring into a gray-white sky. Behind my the house shrinks very rapidly, the areas around it are misty and vague. I try to turn around but I can't. I become lucid for a reason I have yet to find out. Without RCing I turn my broom around and head back towards the house. I land, and think of a dream goal to accomplish. I decide to try to go through an object. I go up to the car parked at the house and try to put my hand through it. Bump. I remind myself that this is a dream, and that I can do anything. I concentrate and push my hand against the metal. I get woken up by thunder. Darn, because I was thinking pretty nicely in that dream. Oh well.

      And another more personal dream I wont be sharing

    7. Diner Paintball

      Locaiton: A Diner



      I was already lucid, walking down an alley way on the side of a diner. I entered the building from the side door to an old 50s diner with the shiny chrome bar and tables. I noticed some people standing at opposite sides of the room with paintball guns in their hands. They were staring at each other as if it was a stand off in the old west. There were four peopl on the left side and six people on ther right side. I noticed a few of my friends in the group. They drew their guns and starting shooting. Once one of the people got shot, they disappeared from sight

      After th confusion had ended, there were two people left on the left side, an all six people were still there on the right side. The people on the left aimed at me but decided not to shoot. Somebody form the right side asked me if I wanted to sit down, but i said no, and they all sat down at this little table that was only supposed to sit 2 people. One of my friends fired at me and caught me offguard, and hit me right in my chest. However, without knowing it, I reversed time back to right as he shot it and caught the paintball in mid-air by stopping time, something I had never done before but found very cool

      A couple of my friends were staring like, "wow, damn he's fast," which was when I noticed one of the kids who went to my school, but i was not very fond of. He was turned around for some reason and I couldn't tell if he was talking to somebody or not. I threw the paintball at his head and hit him right in the back of it. While I was throwing it, my friend who had caght me offguard had shot me twice, once in the chest and once right under my left eye. Ouch. It didn't hurt at all though, just felt like somebody had poked my in my cheek.

      Then, another one of my friends started laughing at me for some reason. I asked him what's so funny, and he said, "Hehe, Ricky, you got a cut right below your eye. I touch where the paintball had hit me and, sure enough, there was some blood there. Right as I noticed the blood I either lost lucidity or
      woke up.

      (There was more before and possibly after I became lucid but I could not remember it no matter how hard I tried)

    8. I Need to get Curtains

      During most of the night, I had terrible recall. Only 2 dreams remembered by 6:30. I can very rarely get back to sleep once light starts showing through my window, even IF I put my sleep mask on, but this time I was lucky.

      1- Midnight Tragedy
      A wolf... wandering through the forest. "Pain is pain, but one step out of Hell is alleviating. The wolf's war had never been closer." He grants a big dog sentience to ask it a question, just after the poor thing gets chopped in half. It is still alive, writhing in a pool of it's own blood. But the wolf doesn't care about the other animal's pain. He just wants answers.

      2- Wanderlust and Surprisingly Good Excuses
      Chris and I are walking down a path through the forest. I stumble upon the biggest deer antler I have ever seen: it's about the size of my own body, if not bigger. I want to take it with me, but Chris refuses to help. I end up dragging it behind me by myself.

      Later, I am no longer myself. I am a Princess, walking through a beautiful meadow with my sister, my guards, and one of our suitors. (Who is a Prince from a faraway land.) We reach the end of the meadow... the edge of the woods. My sister sends all the guards and the Prince away. One of the guards doesn't want to leave us, but the Prince says that they all must obey any command we give.

      "We have to hurry, or Mother will find out that we're here by ourselves." As soon as I utter the words, my phone rings. It's our mother. She begins telling me something about Chris coming to the place she works to teach everyone martial arts."

      "That's great," I say, not really paying attention. "I have to go now. Love you, bye!"

      Time passes. I am riding in a limo with my sister when we get attacked by vampires. Even worse, our mom has somehow found out about us being off in the woods! I managed to get our vampire attack on video, and I use this as an excuse for why we were in the woods by ourselves.


      3- Mirrors Hate Me (WILD)
      ((As I enter SP, it feels as though I'm being drug across carpet. "Oh no, it's the carpet monster!" I think to myself jokingly, waiting for it to stop. Finally the sliding ends, and I feel a shift.)) Okay, I'm in a dream. But I still can't see. Should I open my eyes, or try to see through them? I open them. I now see that I'm lying facedown on the floor, at my grandparent's house. Weird that I ended up here. I give the dream a moment to put itself together, as it looks... fleeting. Once the clarity increases, I stand up and begin to rub my hands together.

      I just so happen to look in the mirror as I am doing this. My reflection is EVIL. She is clapping her hands, rather than rubbing them, and laughing like a demon. Her eyes are filled with darkness... "Holy crap, that's freaky," I think, though I am more amused than creeped out. Suddenly my reflection hits me with a jolt of dark energy and I collapse to the floor,
      waking up.

      4- Restless (DEILD)
      ((I DEILD back into the dream.)) "Okay, no mirrors this time." I pick myself up off the floor where I had fallen and make sure to keep my eyes averted from any reflective surface. There's really no reason for me to be in this house, anyway. I'm going out.

      Outside, I ponder over what to do. I should go to my training grounds, but... Out loud, I say, "I want to find Man of Shred or Waking Nomad and see if I can learn anything about shared dreaming." I fly to the top of the house, intending to go to the moon. But...


      5- A Lousy Attempt (FA)
      ...I "wake up." Fine, I'll just DEILD again. I'm already halfway into sleep paralysis, anyway. The only problem is, every time the vibrations start getting intense, my hip feels as if it's dislocating. I can't stop myself: I grab it in pain and get out of SP. I tell myself it's only an illusion, that I am experiencing HI. I am talking to someone who is in the room with me, so I really don't see how I didn't think to RC.

      6- More Vampires
      I am walking into a vampire restaurant with some people who I'm traveling with. A lady in the doorway takes a snap at me; I merely roll my eyes and keep walking. I watch people as I walk toward the counter. One of the waiters is asking a couple of kids who they are. "Vampires," they answer at the same time. I realize this must be a password for something. "Oh, you must be part of Sadalgo's lot."

      I tune them out and order a doctor pepper. I'm hoping they don't add blood to it, like they are for everyone else. "How can she be in here, eating with us?" I hear a voice say. The whispering starts. I see a man glance over to me every so often as he has a hushed conversation on his cell phone. Trouble is coming.

      "They're talking about ME," I whisper to my comrades.

      "I know."

      Outside, I get attacked by that same vampire lady and her slightly chubby male friend. I chase her off and take the guy captive. I have to literally sit on him to keep him him from getting away. I can't let him up until we get the signal that our weapons are ready. At one point, a cute little puppy walks up and starts licking the vampire man in the face. I laugh, enjoying his discomfort.

      As soon as we get the signal, more vampires arrive; the battle has begun. I have a weird hand gun that I try shooting, but it doesn't work worth a flip. Annoyed, I throw it to the ground. THIS is why I prefer swords! I run off to the forest, planning to cut off the vampires' reinforcements.
      Becoming lucid, I pick up a long piece of tree bark and decide to turn it into the Deathcat. One of the vampires attacks me with a huge battle axe. I raise my sword to block, but... "What the heck? It's still a piece of bark!"

      I dodge out of the way and draw the Deathcat from my sword belt. I can feel it in my hand, but it seems to be invisible. Oh well, it's still sharp. I parry the vampires next blow, then chop off his weapon arm. Unfortunately, he's wearing so much armor that I can't finish him off.

    9. First Lucid Dream

      As of right now I am on vacation, very far from home. I had woken up at about 4:00 A.M. After realizing that I am totally awake I listen to music for a little while and go to the bathroom. I'm chilling out there for a little while - about an hour. So now it's a little after 5:00 A.M. and I lay back down because I am slightly tired...

      Now I close my eyes, and soon I get these visions. I saw my mom in a hall way that was non-existant in real life and she told me she is here on vacation with me now. My mom was about a 7 hour drive away, and I know that she wasn't coming. The extra hallway and the fact that it was 5:00 in the morning made me realize that those "visions" weren't real. In this dream state I also tried looking at my phone, but my eyes were stuck shut and extremely hard to open. My concious mind was still there though. I knew this was my chance. I relaxed and let it take me to some place. In almost no time I saw a forest take place in front of me. I look to my right and I'm moving in exess of 100mph+ down a road, just hovering above it. There was no wind resistance and it felt like room temperature. I then noticed that there was a forest on both sides of the road and the road seemed to go on to infinity. Looking back to my left, I drifted to the right side of the road, and I was now moving on a 45 degree angle in to the woods. Normally I would have paniced because going backwards, and blindly into a forest at that speed you would be guarenteed to hit a tree. I knew it was only a dream, so I remained calm. The hovering stopped and I landed firmly on both feet. I could now jump very high and fly, but I noticed the higher I got, the more my testicles hurt. Yeah, my testicles. I thought I was laying down in a bad position and forced myself to wake up. It was hard though, it took at good 10-15 seconds to leave the dream. And that was it.

      I'm falling asleep and find myself at work. Everything looks different so I RC. but the dream fades out.

      Recalling Dreams From a parallel Universe.

      I'm in bed and I start remembering flashes of dreams I had a few days ago. I vividly remember lying in bed and remembering these dreams. But I actually don't remember remembering them. It's like they are my dreams but they belong to someone else. They are my dreams but so foreign.

      I get up and Asuka is there. I say. "Are you helping me recall dreams from your MoSh that died?"
      She nods. "Well stop it." I say. "It's freaking the fuck out of me. I have enough on my plate as it is already.". She says sorry and starts crying.

      Teleporting

      I'm outside my house in olds. Some new people are moving in. I try to talk to them but they completely Ignore me. I walk down the street to Uptown.

      Later I enter a building. I get semi lucid and find myself in a strange building. I feel like I have to teleport somewhere. I see a yellow box that's finger painted by children or something. I remember I once teleported in a dream by going inside a cardboard box, thinking of the place and then opening it. I go into the box but can't close it. The edges are covered with fresh candle wax. I pull the edges together anyway while wax continually drips on me.

      I give up and decide to try and manifest a bigger cardboard box. someone else is with me now disguised as my cousin. It's the alternate Asuka. but I don't realize it's her. She asks me what I'm doing. I say I am trying to teleport to an alternate universe, and I need a carboard box. She says she'll help. We enter another room and find a cardboard paper. for some reason I am writing a message on it. The Asuka says i should give up my message and she'll help me make a teleportation device.


      WTF

      I enter a building like a music hall. Some strange girl runs up to me and says "OMG you're that awesome guitar player from youtube." She grabs my neck and strangles me while continuing to shout that she's happy to meet me. I have some mixed feelings about this.

      alternate me


      i am in a familiar bar. I am with someone. Ileave him for a while and go back to the table. He's drinking himself silly. I try and tell him that there's an Asuka he can meet in case mine dies like his did. He drinks more and whines that he'd never remember her anyway. He even ruined all of his friendships with Nomad, Walms, Cacophony, Sererenity, and others. And his Raven is continually trying to heal him in dreams and it's pissing him off. I tell him if he doesn't have his act together by the time My asuka gets her flame back. I'll keep both Asuka's to myself. then I thank him for reminding me where I don't want to end up.

      Vague dream where I was with nomad and Cacophony. can't remember the details. but I remember it was a good dream.

      even tho I am trying to not focus on shared dreaming... I still wind up with others... go figure.

      apartment

      Starts of very vague. At first I'm in some apartment building with some girls. We are talkinga bout doing something. I remember my guide being there and saying if we wanted to get ice cream with him. I follow him outside but he disappears.

      I go back in the building. I am walking up and down some strange hallways. I find one where a woman, who is pretending to be a monster or something. She throws two marble sized bombs a short distance, and then two more bombs at a longer distance, after that she jumps ahead and repeats her actions. I time it perfectly to jump away, right after she throws the first two. I jump ahead timing it carefully each time. At the end of the hallway i find some stairs and go up them.
      I enter a room with an eMac computer in it. but it's edges are sharp instead of round.

      I suddenly become lucid. I stare at the computer a bit and then point at it with my pinky. When I do, an image of a PSP comes onto the screen from the left side of the screen. when I drop my hand it goes back. I then wonder if I can pull the PSP from the screen. I point at the computer again and the PSP re appears. I reach into the screen and pull the PSP from the computer and put it down on the counter.

      I then Remember to try and use walms's method of time dilation. But first i try to telepathically contact Asuka. I say that I'm lucid and most likely will remember the dream, so she better come quick. While I wait for her I then try the time dilation technique. I see on the computer screen there's a sharp corner. I focus solely on that spot and begin counting upwards. Immediately I get some intense sensations. It feel like Another part of my being is being forced into my dream body. Everything becomes super vivid. But after a few seconds the dream starts to stretch out literally. The computer screen starts stretching and the edges of the mac begin folding in on themselves. The rest of the dream is doing this. By the time I count to 16, the dream destabilizes.



      Entering another LD


      After some blackness from the other dream I find myself on a street fully lucid. I think "Yes, It's working! I can continue counting.


      but too late. I have an FA, I'm with my dad in my room. We talk for a bit, but the dream fades.

      HH flashes

      i had quite a number of lucid flashes as I kept falling asleep. Maybe 5 in total, just me walking around looking at my one hand and counting the fingers. One time i counted only four fingers on one hand.

      Back at the apartment


      Another dream of being in the apartment. It was very long but I have forgotten most of the detail. I remember there was a TV i wanted to watch but one of the girls kept borrowing it and not giving it back.

      Bed


      A vague dream of lying in bed with Asuka naked. We are talking about someone, some girl who is 14 or something... weird.

      This dream was pretty realistic for the most part. I was in a classroom with a few of my friends, and we were all working on homework. I knew that it was after school hours, and we were hanging out because we didn't have a ride home yet. I was sitting at a larger rectangular desk (which was made of dark brown wood, slightly polished), and was working on a computer. A phone rang next to the computer as I worked, and I picked it up after letting it ring for a few seconds. I heard an indiscernible voice say that my friends and I would have to stay in the classroom for the night. I said "okay" and hung up.

      After I worked on my project for a little while, one of my friends casually walked up to me and asked, "hey, do you have any movies here that we can watch?"

      I answered "yeah, but you might not like any of them". The films I like, both in the dream and in real life are very good, but aren't exactly what everyone else likes; no High School Musical, Demi Lovato, or Justin Bieber-like stuff, please. I pulled out a shoebox filled with movies from underneath my desk, and gave it to her. She flipped through the movies and halfway through, she gave them back. "You're right, there isn't anything there," she told me. I took the box of movies back and glanced at them before putting them back under my desk. I caught a glimpse of American History X, Marley and Me, and Avatar; the cases looked the same as they did in real life.

      I put my hand on the computer mouse and as I did, my friend peered under my desk. I did the same and saw three art books. One was evergreen with black coils, and two were yellow with slightly grainier pages. I have all three of these books in real life. She pulled the green one out and began to open it. I put my hand on it, closing it shut, and she laughed a bit, trying to pry it open. By then, I had both hands around it, keeping it shut, and told her, "you can't see that, so please don't look inside. There's artwork, but I also have private journal entries and stuff in there."

      She let go of it, and I put it back underneath the desk, sighing in relief to myself.

      In the next part of the dream (regardless of the earlier message that I wasn't able to leave the classroom), I was indeed exiting it. When I went through the door, I didn't emerge into the hallway like I should have, but into the den of my house. A den is like a work area.

      This den had dark cherry hardwood floor, beige walls, and an L-shaped desk, slightly lighter wood than the floor itself. There were cabinets with silver handles along the wall, and a purple chair that had wheels so it could roll along the floor. There was no other rooms to enter once I got into the den; it was a dead end. I became aware that I was dreaming, and could feel most of myself mentally there. I looked around to observe the area a bit, and then pondered how I could get out of the room so I could ride a 2010 Camaro. A flying one, actually; that was one of my current dream goals.


      The lights became unnoticeably became dim in the room, and I only noticed until they were almost completely out. I also noticed, through a window with the blinds pulled all the way up, that it was dark outside. Nighttime. I looked away from the window and back again, and it became lighter outside, but it still looked like nighttime. I verbally said, "increase lighting now" and the outside got lighter, one bit at a time, like upping the brightness of an image on Photoshop. I smashed a hole through the window and emerged into the backyard of the house. The grass was green, and there was a brand new wooden fence surrounding the house. Past the fence, there was a small lake, and that was surrounded by other houses.

      I summoned a Camaro in the backyard; it was yellow like the one in the picture above. It had a more exaggerated style than in the picture, though, but it still looked really cool. I got inside after having to pry the front door open, because it was sticking a bit. Inside the fabric was black (not leather), and the clutch looked twice as small as I'd have liked. Nevertheless, I pulled it back and expected where it was to cause the car to get into drive. It worked, and the car started, but the sound was muffled. I then pushed my foot on the gas without holding onto the wheel, and expected the car to fly up gradually. The car only went forward on the ground though, and smashed into the fence.

    13. Lucid Nightmare!

      This was my first-ever lucid nightmare. Not fun.

      I was in a false awakening from a previous dream, which I became lucid from just as it was ending. The room was dark, nighttime, with just a bit of light blue coming in through the cracks in the blinds. I managed to catch this false awakening and turn it into a DILD by using the nose-plug technique while still lying in bed. But before I could even get up more than a few inches, I suddenly became paralyzed and was thrown back into my bed, onto my back, by an unseen force. I aimed a forceful "stop now" at whatever was rendering me incapable of moving, but it continued. For a few more seconds it did this, and the next thing I know, I felt a presence in the room and could almost "see" dark, fleeting, moving shapes underneath my bed, although I wasn't actually looking there. It's like I had two sets of eyes for a moment.

      Next, I felt myself being pulled up into the air, as if being sucked through a vortex. I saw a huge pair of sharp teeth surround me and engulf me. Everything went black when they closed on me, and then I was floating in darkness. "I told you to stop, now", I tried to say again. But nothing happened except I got the sense of a presence again, floating around in the dark with me. I then felt light touches all over my body, as if something really was there.


      I woke up, making sure of this by performing a reality check.

    14. House's Cure

      I found this experience to be short-lived, but I was able to complete one of my dream goals easily.

      I was in the basement with my dad, my papillion named Cheemo, and Greg House. The basement consisted of beige walls, and a tan stone fireplace covering an entire wall. There was also a green couch and a 50-inch television. I'm not sure why House was there, but apparently I called him over to our house so he could take a look at my dog, even though he only specialized in diagnosing human illnesses. Cheemo was balding in a few patches on his body, even though he was only two years old.

      Immediately I became lucid.

      I asked, "can you cure our dog?", hoping to provoke some sort of stupid answer. He leaned forward and picked up Cheemo. Since the dog had long fur, he just brushed it over top of the bald spots and said, "there, he's cured," in a House-esque way.


      After I rolled my eyes at him the dream skipped a bit, and I was no longer lucid. My father and I were still downstairs, and I was now holding a camera, one of those big Nikon ones. I laid down on the ground and attempted to take a photo of Cheemo, but he growled and snapped at the camera, breaking it. Then the dream slowly faded.

    15. Simulated Dream World

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      I wake up at 3oClock, not sure why. However, I had planned to force myself to stay awake for a while and instead of going back to sleep, I flicked the T.V on and endured 15 minutes of Takeshi Castle, before sleeping again.

      The earliest memories of my dream are of me arriving to this large building, the rest of my school year are also hear, apparently it's a school trip. The building is huge, one of those buisnessy buildings that try and look friendly, this one has a large fountain outside and looks very new and clean. As I walk through the double doors into a lobby, it occurs to me that we are all here to take part in an online poker tournement. (Probably because I was watching poker a lot the day prior.) So I go to a desk with a woman behind it and she ushers everyone into another room. The room is full of computers, everyone takes a seat and logs in.

      At this stage something changes, I forget about poker and enter a simulated world
      (I also watched the Matrix trilogy recently, T.V should have less impact on me.) There is a gap in my memory in the dream, I vaguely remember walking down a street, there were skyscrapers and lots of people, I recall being impressed that so many people could be simulated. -The gap occurs here, what is significant is that durin this gap I realise on some level, that this is a dream-

      In spite of this knowledge I am not thinking rationally, my mind somehow reasoned that despite me being in a dream, because I am in a simulated world, I have no control over it. So I continue as before, but now there is that realization in the back of my mind. I meet with a girl, she is strikingly beautiful. We walk for a while around the city, I forget most of the dialogue, but I remember two things, the first she told me her name, which I now have forgotten, but think I may recall soon, I did remember when I woke up. Secondly a patch of dialogue I remember immaculately. With the belief I was about to deliver some truely ground breaking information, I tell her "This whole world isn't real, the people, everything is simulated", to this she simply replies "I know." This confused me, I think I concluded that she two must be a real person logged into this simulation, the dialogue between us continues for a while. Finally our walk ends and we kiss, she leaves but we plan to meet again.

      In this gap my mind briefly skips back to the idea that this is a dream, however I find this information confusing. I perform a reality check, my hands appear strange but I conclude that they are not distorted but rather simulated. Unable to reach a conclusion my mind thinks of my friend Steve, because we often talk about lucid dreams, I believed that he would be able to explain the situation to me. Then I also remembered that I wanted to attempt to cross into his dreams, to see if there is any evidence for shared dreams, of which I am very skeptical. Despite the fact this was a dream, my mind was still caught up on the simulation theory, so I concluded that I would not be able to open a link between the two dreams. Conversely, I decided it would be possible to leave the simulation and get Steve from the room we were all in at the start of the dream.

      Surprisingly I find the room how I remembered it, which is unusual in my dreams, leading me even more to believe that this may actually not be a dream. Finding Steve at a computer, we talk briefly and then I am back within the simulated world, also how I remember it, but now we are both here.

      Steve is undecided, but we soon forget about that and I become pre-occupied in showing him around, he seems quite excited and I sumarise that it must be him. I introduce him to the girl (It's really agrivating her name was long, it had an extra syllable at the end like isa, or isy or a, or something.) Anyway we are all talking, and my memory for dialogue is atrocious, anyway me and Steve leave a Cafe, which is where the three of us had been conversing and we hear a, "Hey you!" or something to this effect.

      We begin running from these two men, dressed in face scarves they appeared more bandit like, than gansta though. We quickly get away by vaulting a wall and scrambling down next to a river, we hide on some rocks under the center of a large bridge. Then further down river, off the road above, we watch as motorcyclists drive straight off the side clearing the majority of the river, landing in the shallows and driving up a bank on the otherside. Three do this, the last does a backflip much like Trinity on the matrix, when she jumps of the motorbike, the difference being he lands back on it. Me and Steve start laughing impressed, but a little perplexed by the behaviour. Then suddenly two more bikes come from under the bridge in the water, I look closer and these are actually water bikes, or jet skis w/e the name is. On them are those two bandit men, and we begin to fight. Quite quickly I find myself withstrained, the other has followed Steve, who has made it to the bank, he grabs a white bag and throws it to me, before getting grabbed by the leg and pulled back into the water. I catch it and hit the bandit holding me with it, on closer inspection, the bag was full of rocks and thorns and proves to be an excellent weapon.

      I run over and hit the bandit off Steve, the bandit travels a reasonable distance and it is at this stage I finally realise properly that this is a dream.

      We make it back up to the road, I turn to Steve and tell him "I am the one", which is really a bit sad. Anyway, he looks at me sceptically, but I am now convinced. I say, "This is all a simulation, but that's within my dream, I'll prove it". We walk past a dream character on the street, I raise my arm and I say (A little bit sadistically really :S) "Die". For a moment nothing happens, but then she grabs at her throat and falls to the floor, dead. At this stage Steve stops talking, and I question his position in all this, I remember rationalising all this out loud. "Is this a shared dream? We met outside the simulation, but no both parts are a dream, and you were in the building from the start." I stare at Steve for a moment, amazed at how I can create people who resemble there real conterparts so well.

      I continue walking now alone, and find myself outside a bar. I look at my hands and say "Clarity" precautionally, because the dream is still going strong. I enter the bar and examine all the faces, I hadn't seen any of them before yet they were all just part of my imagination. Then my eyes come across Clarissa
      (I remember now, pretty sure that was her name). The pub was split into two rooms, both public, she indicates the other half with a movement of her head and cheeky grin, before walking seductively into the other half. Needless to say, I'm fairly chuffed, and begin to follow. A balding man is entering the room with a plate of food, and I realise how public this room is going to be, I grab him by the shoulder and pull him lightly, I say "Not you." Next thing I realise all the dream characters have dissapeared, I enter the room and Clarissa is their alone, I quitely praise myself for having such a brilliant subconcious. I walk over to her and we begin to kiss and... I typically wake up.
      Longest and best lucid I've probably had though. Writing it up doesn't do it justice.
