    1. Loud Music and a Yelling Boy

      by , 12-21-2014 at 06:21 PM
Morning of December 21, 2014. Sunday.

      Dream #: 17,534-03. Reading time: 1 min 18 sec. Readability score: 75.

My family and I are living in a composite location that northerly features the houses on Barolin Street. However, the house that was next door to us at a different address (Stadcor) is one additional lot over. The directional orientation is mostly that of Barolin Street. There is no definition of the southerly direction.

I am unsure who is living next-door to the north. It may be a group of younger males, perhaps at least three TAFE students. (There is no backstory to my dream.) I watch one man go through their backyard and into their house. Loud annoying music plays. There is a point where I look over, but then look away after seemingly gazing a long time, because I eventually realize that I can see into their house through their front screen door, as it is facing toward our house, and I do not want to be seen as spying regardless of their behavior. However, all I see inside are a few empty chairs facing our house. I think about how the music is louder with all their doors open.

I go to the front porch of our house and confront one of them about their loud music, which I can feel through our floor and walls. However, at the same time, the boy from the house on the other side (who had lived next door to us in Brisbane in reality and fought with his mother a lot) had been screaming at the top of his lungs because of also being annoyed by the loud music. The boy comes to the front of their house, continuing to yell about the music. Between my complaining and the boy’s continuous screaming, the males in the middle house soon give up and turn their music down to where I cannot hear it at all. At times, I can still hear the boy yelling in the backyard while playing a game with at least two friends.

    2. Two Guys and a Monk walk into a Bar...

by , 09-05-2014 at 01:08 AM (Schmaven's Dream Journal of Randomness)
My friend and I go into a bar with a monk we both know. My friend orders a sandwich and a few drinks. I look up at the menu, but can't read it clearly because I haven't done my eye exercises. I look back and the monk has disappeared, no where to be found. I look up at the menu again, trying to decide what to get as I wait for someone to come back to the counter to let me order. I decide I'll just get whatever is in the top left corner, I don't really care what it is.

As the cashier comes back, a group of people come into the bar and cut in front of me. A few of them give their order, then I step in front to place mine next. A really tall strong guy shoves me aside telling me he's next in line. I tell him "I was here first"
"Do you want to fight about it?" He asks.
"I don't want to fight" I tell him, and just walk over to the other cash register where no one is in line at all. I look back and see the big guy air boxing, throwing some really hard punches that look like they would kill me.

Another guy comes over to this second cash register and shoves me aside asking, "Do you think you could beat me up?"

Even though I'm pretty sure I could beat him up, I tell him, "No, you're stronger than I am, there's no way I could beat you up". Before I can finish my sentence, he puts his finger in my mouth. I'm really tempted to bite down on it really hard, but don't really want to get into a fight, so I just wait a few seconds and he takes it out. Then he starts calling me all kinds of mean names, trying to make me mad and start a fight.

Ignoring his taunts, I place my order, "Whatever is in the top left of your menu up there" as I point to the hanging menu. Loud music has replaced the two men who were trying to fight me, and it is hard to speak loud enough to order. The cashier then tries to give me a bunch of chicken, fried chicken patties, and other types of chicken. I don't really want it, but accept two of them anyway.

My friend hasn't gotten his sandwich yet, so I go over to join him as we wait for our food.
    3. 8/27/13 - across the street

by , 08-27-2013 at 08:39 PM (Leaving the matrix)
I'm in my room doing seemingly nothing, I notice loud music starts to reverberate through my house from across the street. I automatically assume they are having a party of sorts, usually I would bitch and moan about it, but I notice that I am completely alone in my house for some reason, I wonder where my sister has gone. I wait nervously until I decide to get dressed out of my pajamas into clothes, and sneak into the party across the street, I believe I can because it's almost dark and theirs a shit ton of people in their twenties walking in and out and in front of the party. So I quietly walk out of my house and walk a little ways down the street then turn around and walk along the sidewalk and fence nearest the part. Then I turn into the driveway, and I see a table with a girl and boy managing it, there's tickets on it. I walk up to it and they ask me if I'll be buying the underage tickets and pass, I tell them no I am 21, the boy doesn't believe me so I tell him I can show him ID, and he says yeah sarcastically, but then is shocked when I show it to him, then the girl hands me a sheet of adult tickets and tells me it'll cost $5, so I give her $5, then she says for $1 more I can get a bonus row of tickets so I agree and pay her the $1, then she put a neon blue wrist band around my wrist, then she asks me will I be eating salads or hotdogs? I immediately say hotdogs because who eats salads at a party, but then I contemplate what she meant by salads like if there was potato salad, macaroni salad, because I'd rather have potato salad to be honest, but it was too late she gave me hotdog ticket things so I just walked in and passed everything, the food, the candy stand that all I could see was pop-rocks, and I walk up the stairs and enter the house, hardly any people are in here but I see the parents who own it, they see me and look at me in shock like they know me, the DC's two men I've never seen in RL but I suppose they represent people because I feel the need to apologize to them for what my dad has done to them and that I don't want his blood on my hands and I told them I have nothing to do with him, and they somewhat forgave me but kept an eye on me, then the man tells me that on his bedroom door is a game so I went into his room and shut his door which is clear and play this game that has porno pictures as the puzzle, once I realize what the image is that I was trying to put together I freak out and try to erase it or turn the game off but I don't know how, but finally I turn the game off then walk out into the living room and watch drunkards stumble about.
