      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

New deal: you continue to protect her, but she gets to go wherever she likes and do whatever she likes. In addition, I’m no longer subservient to you or anybody else, and in return I’ll try my best not to kill you.

Waking up, in my bed at home, though I know I’m actually on campus. I hear music playing outside. People laughing.

As I get up, I see her at the foot of the bed, simple, flowing, white dress, knowing eyes, and beautifully styled, brown, shoulder length hair.

“Mae?” I ask, just to be sure.

“Of course. Come one, let’s go downstairs.”

I extend my hand, and she takes it, giving me an anchor to the dream, as we walk down the stairs, out to the deck, into the cool night air. The hearty laughter of my father reaches me, and I know I’m entertaining guests.

I stop when I sense it. Something isn’t right.

      Mae continues onwards.

      “There’s some people here tonight.”

      “Who?” I ask, suspicously.

“You’re mother, you’re father, and. . . Hades.” she states it in a hushed tone, as if knowing the distress it would bring me.

But instead, I grow cold, determined, as I move down, to the lower deck, previously obscured from view by a white, decorated, awning. The hot-tub gone, a long circle of comfortable chairs has replaced it. Mae takes a seat near the god himself, whose blue flaming hair and cartoonish appearance I can’t help smirking at. There are two open chairs, one between Mae and that slime-bag, the other next to my father.

“Ahh, good to see you. Please come have a seat.”

Grinning, he motions to the chair next to him. I take a seat next to my father, and make myself comfortable. The grin fades from his face, and the conversation starts to pick up again. I teleport to the chair next to Hades, making the point that I’m very much in control of the situation.

“Why are you here?” I demand.

“To make sure you understand the terms of our new agreement.”

“What? I thought part of that was everything goes back to the way it was and I never have to deal with you again.”

“No. . . That’s not the case. See, I’m here to remind you that we can still work with one another.”

I see a few cats in the yard.

      “How’s Kaomea?” I ask casually.

He goes silent, as I effortlessly summon death and wipe one of the cats from existence. I turn my attention back to him.

“I take it these aren’t real?”

“What?” he looks at me like I’m crazy, then realizes I’m talking about the cat, “Yours is the only realm that names those things.”

      “So, no, then?”

      “What do you think?”

“I wonder what would happen if I did that to you.”

The dreams starts to waver, and I reach my hand out, placing it over the god’s head, using his blue flaming hair to anchor me in the dream, letting him know exactly where he stands.

He, and all his lackiess, stand up and start moving back into the house.

“I think we’ll be going now,” he states, trying to retain his composure.

The dream is still falling around me; the only one left on the deck besides myself is Mae. She approaches me, when I see someone watching us from the neighbor’s deck, about one-hundred yards away.

“Who’s that?” I ask Mae, pointing in the direction of the newcomer.

      “Her? I’m not sure.”

I teleport up to her and Mae is quick to follow.

      “Who are you?”

She straightens her posture, “Me? Just a princess.”

“Pfft, yeah, alright. Now, get the hell out of here.”

“Is there a problem?” She asks snottily.

Mae interjects, “You. You’re the problem, and I’m tired of your kind oppressing people like him!”

It looks like the two are about to rip each other apart, so I step in, “Woah, Mae. As much as I’d like to see how you fight, this is my problem, I’ll deal with it.”

“Fine. . .” Mae moves backward.

The dream shifts, as the fight ensues. I find myself inexplicably in front of a monitor, the self-proclaimed princess on the other side. Odd, but I don’t care.

Drawing a blade from my side, I immediately know how useless it will be, so I hurl at her, looking down, finding my true sword just at my feet.

I draw it and see my foe, through the screen, transformed, grotesque, surrounded by purple energy tendrils in the form of snakes. She lashes one out at me, locking my weapon in place.

      “Chidori.”

Unphased, I imbue my blade with screaming lightning and instantly cut her tendril.

Pointing my katana, I try something new, “Chidori Stream,” and jets of razor sharp lightning fire from the tip of my sword as I slash her in half. Then in quarters; then eighths.

Nearly dead now, in some sort of half-defeated limbo, I try something else on her. Striking with an open palm thrust, I exclaim “Hadoken!”

A burst of blue energy erupts from my palm, immediately exploding in a blast of smoke and blood, blowing her into oblivion.

The woman gone, the dream shifts back, and Mae is there, floating at my side. Unmoved by my display of power. . .

      There’s so many of us.

But still plenty of room to fight.

One at a time, they all have to fall, else I’ll be the one to go down.

Still, I can’t help enjoying the thrill of battle as I face my first opponent, a looming giant of a man, with sad, soulful eyes and the strength of a monster. With one hand he’s able to catch my true blade and hold it firm even as I charge it with screaming, vibrating, blue energy.

“I’m impressed. You should be in pieces by now. . .”

Time moves forward, as do my battles. The refined, razor sharp steel of my pure white, twisted-dragon-hilt katana, reduced to a blunt club against these foes. Tearing down my Vizard mask, with every strike I release a torrent of black energy, tinted red by my gleeful fury. Teleporting in and out, around my final enemy, I brutal beat him down with one wicked slash after another, into the ground, into darkness. *

It’s over. Three of us are left standing, all of us drenched in blood. I realize we’re the same, though our methods may be different, and it makes me sick.

“I’m done with this,” I say to them.

“Done with what?” One of them asks, suspicion and paranoia in his eyes.

“This,” I motion to the battleground around us, coated in warm blood and the bodies of countless slain warriors.

Walking off, I catch one of them say, “And you call yourself an eight!”

“I have no idea what the hell you’re talking about.” I comment back, not even bothering to look.
      ______________

Daffodil is her name. A beautiful golden retriever, my new friend. We had spent so much time together, bonding, all in preparation for this moment, as I stand before an invisible committee.

Crouching down, stroking the top of her head to the flowing golden fur on the back of her neck, I do it quickly. My knife enters her throat cleanly, and I slide it through quickly, smoothly, minimizing her pain. But as she lies there on ground, bleeding out, I see I’ve missed the jugular. I correct my mistake immediately, ending her quiet whines, her suffering, my first task.

Now create yourself a human DC, and do the same. I hear his sick voice in my head.

No, that’s stupid. I have no issue killing illusions of my own creation.

You will do it, or you’ll fail. Him again.

      But it’s pointless.

      Then you fail.

      . . . Fine. But I do it my way. . .

Calling out, almost immediately, I find myself a DC. A young boy named Jerry.

“Do you like baseball, Jerry?” I inquire.

“I sure do, mister,” he replies hesitantly.

“I’ve got a friend who’s really into baseball. Excellent pitcher; throws a pitch the Japanese call The Great Equalizer. . .”

And just like that we’ve formed a bond, Jerry and I. We walk for a bit, before I tell him I’ve got something to show him.

      “What’s that, mister?”

I can hear he’s nervous as I draw my knife, the one I’d used a short time ago.

“This is my knife. Nice, isn’t it?

“What do you use that for?”

      “Oh, killing, mostly.”

He steps back, fear on his face, and I know how much this is going to suck for both of us. So, with a flash, I activate my Geass, imprinting my will over his own. Now all Jerry wants, with his entire being, is to die by my hand. So I oblige, placing my hand on his shoulder and slashing open his throat. To quicken things, I drive my blade into his stomach and drive it upwards, destroying his heart, without breaking any bones.

He’s dead before he hits the ground.

Things begin to fade. . .

Creative. His voice, sickeningly friendly, breaks the silence, keeps me tied to the dream.

He was just an illusion. I told you already, killing DCs is meaningless.

Really? Then I suppose you wouldn’t have any trouble killing a DC of your mother? I can almost see his twisted grin.

      Nope.

To prove a point, I whip up a DC who looks just like my mother, cut her throat like the others, hit her onto the ground, and stomp her skull into bits, her brain into mush.

      I feel no remorse.

You have issues. He seems stunned and taken aback.

Like I said. Just a DC.

Journeying downward, into the dark, the depths, from which there will be no return, I make haste in my flight.

Curved, snaking passageways, of naturally-hewn black rock, mark my ever descending path.

At the end, at the lowest reaches, a god awaits me. And he's thrilled to see me.

First, a test: a battle, versus a cloaked wraith.

I draw my sword from my side, and begin my assault, flashing steel hitting it's mark, but to no avail. I toss it aside, as the wraith strikes with its own blade.

Why do I bother with these anymore? I think to myself as the enemy's weapon strikes my flesh, and stops without making a scratch. It seems almost surprised.

I grab it from the ground at my side. I draw it, five feet long, my true sword, white sheath and ornate, dragon-like grip, given to me by a close friend, so many dreams ago.

My smile is demonic as I lash out, cutting through the wraith as if though it were nothing. Piercing and slashing, every cut is wonderfully perfect, joyfully precise. As I sever the wraith, bit by bit, the god is all but ecstatic.

      But there's a problem.

      Someone else is here.

“I'll take care of it,” I say, preparing to wipe the man in the shadows.

But the god responds harshly, forbidding me from using that ability in his presence.

Probably for the best, I think, darting to the spy, eviscerating him, and ripping my blade across his throat.

I switch to his perspective and watch myself stand there, powerful and absolute, long, beautiful blade in hand, the god just behind. I feel the warm blood erupt from his open neck, our neck, drenching us in a wet, red warmth. I solemnly experience his demise, fading as he does. . . slowly. . . painfully. . . without hope.

There's someone outside, roving the grounds of the ancient place of worship. Meeting them in a field, patchy grass, yellow and green, I demand to know them.

“Oh, just a god,” he says, nonchalantly.

Oh, how rich, I think as I laugh a long maniacal laugh, the likes of which chills even my bones.

“A god, you say?” I can't help smirking.

“Yes, god of messages. Zeus' personal messenger, as it would so happen to be.”

“Ha. Right,” I say, lifting off the ground, preparing for what I believe will be an easy fight. “You won't mind proving it to me, then.”

He smiles as he draws a blade of energy from his side. I match his with my own, switching to my Energy Sword with a press of a button.

      SKWISH!

      We clash.

      SKWISH!

      And again.

No one is gaining ground, so I toss my blade aside and draw out a Katana from it's place at my side. His sword transforms into a rapier, much to his surprise. And much to my surprise, he's more than adept with it, skewering my stomach in due haste, my Katana unable to even scratch him.

      FWI---

I try to start up a volley of teleportation assisted attacks, but. . . I can't. All I see after each attempt, instead of a vulnerable back, is his smiling figure, all too ready for me.

Screw it. I toss my sword aside.

      “Bankai!”

My energy surfaces and bursts from my body in a blue flaming jet. He's still smiling. The bastard.

Even as I twist and contort his body, tearing into his throat, he grins, unaffected.

And in a moment, I'm distracted. There's some monsters nearby that need taking care of. . .
      ______________

You shouldn't do that. I hear him in my head.

      Screw you.

With a wave of my hand I release all the lock, the controls, sending this bus of a plane down a long and bumpy road, crashing it, stranding the passengers.

That's it. I'm done with this. I'm going to kill him.

Making my way to the main compartment, I'm bombarded with insults and complaints from the passengers. I ignore them the best I can, searching for that damned messenger, who was here moments before.

The insults continue, so I shut up everyone in the room with a wave, zip, and press of my fingers, binding their mouths shut with a few well placed Ats. Except for one girl who somehow remains free from my control.

I'm gonna get it, she tells me. I'm gonna be in for a world of trouble when that messenger from Hades gets back, she insists.

“What? What do you mean, Hades?”

But she won't answer my inquiry as she continues to shout at me.

      “SHUT UP!”

      She won't.

      My alarm wakes me.
    5. SEMI-LUCID Covert Mission an Sword Fight

by , 08-04-2011 at 10:46 AM (The Dream Magic Experiment)
Night. A covert mission. I was in an airport/army base. We're trying to destroy or stop something. We hid in the tall grasses. Then I shot one person/guard/tower. I thought we were good, but when we got closer, one of the tower spotted us.

We ran into it, the landing area, trying to finish the job. There were blue laser shots. We ran, and then we found an aircraft on the skies. It shot something huge down on us. Although it missed us, we felt the shockwave when it hit the ground, and it blew us away into a wall. Good thing I was able to land on my limbs, and I turned back and caught a comrade.

We ran as fast as we can, but then we sensed someone land on the top of the wall/building. It was some samurai in red clothing, with two blades. We kept running, but it seems the enemy has arrived.

Raining. It was a hazy afternoon. I was fighting blade-to-blade with a samurai in a long, white and black "dress." Reminds me of Kuchiki Byakuya from Bleach (I haven't watched that thing in a looong time).

In a small motel room. I was with three alien-looking people (Dragonball's Namek), and one was a child. They were trying to hide. But then we were discovered. Someone threw a sword right down through the roof of the room. I told the them to run for it.

      (Semi-lucid from here)

Then Byakuya showed up again. He was going to chase the three of them, but I attacked, and we fought. He made a dash for the aliens, but I used my Zanpakutou's ability to block his path and distract him (it throws a shadow image of the sword, which can then block a path, and attack the enemy. I think it looks like one of Cloud's swords).

We fought til dawn, facing an orange sunset. I was defeated, and I was about to use my final attack to finish him off, but he did a flash step to evade it and appeared behind me. But somehow, I was able to use the attack, a bomb of sorts, which divided Byakuya into two beings, that looked like white paper bags with wings . With that, I was contented that it will give enough time for the Nameks to escape.

      The end.

      3rd lucid - As A Ninja (DILD)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

The dream started out at a sort of temple/hall with Cameron, Alex (Dark_Merlin) and I. We walked out of the hall into a hallway, it was held up by big red wooden pillars and lit up by candles on the red pillars.
We reached a round kind of 4-way-intersection in the hallway. Cameron and I decided to duel with our swords. He stood across from me, we circled once and then leapt at each other. Our swords clashed in the middle. After about a minute of two of slow sword fighting, our speed and strength increased by far. With each clash, the metal of our swords clanged and the sound of steel hitting each other filled the hallways. Alex disappeared when the fight started.
I noticed a crowd beginning to form around the circular intersection. They were all wearing robes, samurai-styled robes. I think we were a clan of ninjas. Cameron must have lost his attention, or i struck him by surprise. He toppled over in pain.
In looked down on the ground, his arm was sliced off. A clean slice, but no blood spilled out. The arm looked like plastic. The crowd emerged on us and healers came forward, the healers were taller and wore binge coloured robes, like Chinese monks. They carried Cameron onto a small mattress and address his wounds. I don't remember seeing them pick up his cut-off-arm but I saw his arm bandaged.
      --
      cut in dream
      --
The next the that happened, Cameron and I were in a tower of a castle(our ninja clan's castle, presumably), within the tower was like a mosquito net, I think it was supposed to conceal us. We were being attacked, Alex's clan members were running infront of our castle. They wore a full navy-blue ninja set. Taking out his bow, Cameron looked at me and said, 'Good thing, now I snipe these bitches.' He alway's was the sniper type.
Arrows were shot up at us with rope attached to the end of them. I pulled out my samurai sword and sliced the arrows in half lengthwise. I grabbed the arrows by the end and pulled them out of the wall, all while Cameron started shooting at the enemy clan.
I jump out of the tower and over a fence. The next thing I know, i'm in my bedroom. Sneaking out the hallway, i checked the kitchen before i walked out. Then I went to check the main loungeroom. IMPOSTERS! There were 3 navy-coloured ninjas. I threw the arrows I was holding at them, but it did nothing. I leapt at them and swung my katana. They went down easily.
I got lucid here. I summoned a hot chick to the right of me. I'm fairly sure i received a BJ. Thinking of one of my dream goals to manipulate time using a door, i jumped back to my room. Then I woke up.
    7. Yuya and Silver save my life in a fight against a Paladin hunting Dragons

      by
      Hyu
      , 06-08-2011 at 05:50 PM (Hyu's Adventures)
I am walking aimlessly over a big field.
      Something feels completely wrong.
I can't quite put my finger on it, but I am a bit scared.
Somehow the whole experience is a bit frightening even though it shouldn't be.
I have a feeling like the color is being drawn out of the world.
I don't like this at all.

Fortunately I then realize that I'm dreaming, but that scares me even more...
Usually whenever I get that sort of nightmare feeling, which I have right now,
it goes away immediately after I become lucid, but this time, it doesn't.

Suddenly, I feel a very scary presence behind me.
I am nearly too afraid to turn around to face it, but I end up doing it.
There's a man. Even though he's dressed in white, he's dark... so very dark.
It's his presence, it is his urge to kill me, I can feel it... so strongly.

He's wearing a white and silver armor with a white coat and he is wielding a very large polearm.
      He approaches me slowly.
Why am I so afraid of him?

He calls me by a name that I do not know, but it is clearly meant for me, and I have no doubt that I am the person he is looking for.
He also calls me a dragon and a dream warrior and claims he is a paladin himself.

"You shall die by my hand in the name of the lord."

I am so fucking scared. I don't know what to do, I feel completely helpless.
He takes his polearm and charges me. FUCK!

Somehow my body reacts by itself.
The dragon within me awakens, or rather explodes. I have never powered up even remotely this fast.
I instinctively summon my katana trying to block the inevitable hit.

I black out for a second as he hits me...

The land is on fire. I am fully charged up. My aura burns, the sky is red and the clouds are burning.
I am so afraid, afraid to die. I don't care if I use too much power, I just want to survive somehow.
He keeps attacking me relentlessly, and I am only barely able to dodge and block his hits. Everything happens so fast.
The moves I use are not my own, my body reacts instinctively, and I know if I interrupt this I will die, if I think, I will die.

"Do you know how we kill dragons?"

He activates some device on his polearm and my katana dematerializes in my hand and rematerializes in a holster attached to his polearm.

"You dragons are helpless without your weapons."

      Fuck... FUCK!
He walks towards me slowly. He knows without my katana I don't stand a chance, there's no need for him to rush.
      I'm so afraid.
In my desperation I call out into the fabric of space and scream as loudly as I can:

      "YUYA!!!"

He's getting closer and closer, just a few more steps.
      Finally, he strikes, slowly...

But right before his polearm hits me, I hear the sound of a metallic collision.
I look up. Another man is standing in front of me, blocking the polearm with his sword.
He looks at me over his shoulder.
I know this man. I know him so well...

Silver! It is Silver! A man from my childhood dreams, a friend in combat, just like Yuya and Selene.
Then I see Yuya, she is here as well. They must have arrived at the same time.
However, they clearly appeared independently, because Yuya is quite surprised to see Silver and even calls out his name in amazement.

      Silver looks at me.

      "Fight!"

What a simple word, but such complexity behind it.
Suddenly I am no longer afraid. I am no longer alone.
The nightmare feeling disappears and the paladin takes a few steps back.

"You're friends of the dragon. All of you will die. No one opposes the lord."

Silver puts a hand on my shoulder:

"He's a paladin. Paladins kill dragons."
"Now take back your sword, you have the power to cast it into the void."

I order my katana to be cast back into the fabric of space and summon it again, and sure enough I'm holding it in my hand.
The paladin doesn't seem too surprised, he's confident that he can take on all three of us at the same time.

"Well done dragon. By asking your friends for assistance you have signed their death warrant."
"Dragons are horrible creatures. How you are able to make friends is beyond me, all of you must die."

I am angry. He is blinded by his beliefs, he has no idea what it means to be a dragon.
He is committing genocide without understanding anything.

"You are but a fool following a false god."
"A man who only believes but does not try to understand is nothing."

The paladin seems furious because I called his lord a false god.

Even with the power of all 3 of us combined, we only seem to be on even terms.
But it feels just like old times, like in my childhood dreams where I would fight together with Yuya Silver and Selene.
We fight together so well, like a perfect choreography.
Silver and I both use our swords and direct energy attacks, whereas Yuya uses her water magic.
But somehow, it just isn't enough.

Yuya is clearly struggling, and I am very worried for her. If something happens to her it will be my fault.

"First I will kill your girl. I will kill her slowly. And I will make you watch."

I can see fear in Yuya's eyes after hearing that.

      Suddenly, my mind is blank.
      I am calm. Perfectly calm.
It is the calm you experience when your anger is so strong that somehow you drop back into a state of calm.

      "Stop."

Silver and Yuya stop, not doubting my request for a second.
I drop my katana to the ground and cancel all of my dragonic energy.

"You fool. Are you sacrificing your self?"
"There is but one fool here."

I power back up, but not on dragonic energy.
I use the same energy I use to summon my phoenix wings, a much more pure and divine power.
My phoenix wings appear, but not on my hand this time.
They appear on my back and they are huge and colorful.
This power is so very different from the dragonic one.

I look into the paladins eyes and take a step forward.
For some reason I am right in front of him now, I have no idea how I managed to approach him so fast,
      and clearly neither does he.
With my right hand I reach into the body of the paladin and grab onto his very soul and pull it out.
It feels like an ability I can only use if I truly believe that a person deserves to die, if there is no doubt whatsoever in my mind.
His body drops to the ground dead.

I look into the eyes of the helpless soul I hold in my hand.

"Wherever you may go, let it be known that if anyone in the whole of existence threatens my love again, I will hunt them down."
"I don't care if they are paladin, I don't care if they are king or even if they are god. I will hunt them to beyond the planes of existence and I will crush them with my bare hands."

I watch his soul burn away in purple flames as I crush it with my hand.
      My anger finally disappears.
I can't believe how angry I just was.

I hold out my hand to Silver and he shakes it.

      "Thank you."
      "So long."

      He turns around and vanishes.
He has always been a man of few words and I have a feeling I will not see him again anytime soon.

The rest of my memories of this dream are quite foggy.
Why did I call Yuya "my love"?
Was she really my lover, or did I love her as a friend I trust with my life?

This was also remarkably scary for a lucid at first, but it turned out quite amazing.
    8. Vampires.. in my backyard?!

      Notes| Dream

I had no recall during the 21st and 22nd..

Apparently there were vampires living under the soil in my backyard.. Some asian spiritual people/exorcists came. Seeing as it was still bright outside, they went to spray holy water on the soil. The exorcists armed themselves with silver blades of some type.. (very much like katanas but very slightly thicker). I asked for a katana in case one of the vampires got past their defend, it was very light.
As they were getting ready to face the vampires, a male and female (both in their late teens) stood in front of the garage door (?) and started playing on an instrument what i can only describe as Asian version of a violin. Instead of having nylon(I don't know much about violins) strings, it was strung with what seemed to be thick rubber.
Integrated into the side of my house was a bus full of high schoolers (no idea why). I climbed into the bus, watching from the windows into backyard. "Here they come.." I said to everyone on the bus.
The I heard music played from the violins followed by a sharp scream. The vampires had come out.. A vampire with black hair and black trench coat flew into the bus and stuck his fangs into the girl in front of me. Instinctively I stepped forward with katana in hand and went for an exorcism head lob.. the katana did about as much as chisel at his neck. The vampire looked up at me and leapt at me. I blocked with the katana but he was way too strong.
I ran out the bus and fled. He chased. I sprinted into my room and grab a Gameboy Advance off my bed.. just as the vampire was about to strike at me, i offered to vs him. (WHAT ON EARTH) He accepted my offer and left my room (phew).
I jumped out of my bedroom window and climbed over the fence in my backyard, running up the driveway of my neighbors house for help. The house was.. different. It was like construction was being made on it with fluorescent orange tape around areas. I climbed up the stairs (they don't actually have stairs at the front of their house..) and just walked into the house. I looked out the window into the backyard of my house-

      I'm on Teraluna.
Yuya is teaching me about dream bubbles, or temporary dimensions like she calls them.
We've done this before, but this time she's telling me how to create a completely customized bubble, with my own rules at will.
She's explaining that using the 'natural bubble' we spawn in when we dream requires little to no energy, but it is also impossible to fully control.
We can definitely influence it to a great extend, but the control is limited.

Creating a custom bubble whilst in the dream plane requires a lot of energy, and it is fully customizable, but unfortunately they are very small and somewhat limited in features.
You can create a simple room, and apply some rules to this room, but you cannot create a beautiful outdoors environment for example.

The idea is quite basic, create a custom room and apply the rule "create gradually more powerful monsters attacking myself".
According to Yuya this is a rather high level training method, and quite effective.
Not only do you have to stay alive, but you also have to keep the dream bubble up, which requires a high degree of concentration.
Maintaining such concentration during a battle is very hard.

I don't understand how it works, but I somehow understand how to do it.
It's quite complex and requires delicate energy manipulation and a lot of willpower.
You have to fade into the new dimension at the same time you're creating it, it is a very weird and confusing experience.
My first few attempts are quite unstable, and the dream bubble breaks twice.
When it breaks I simply fall out from the spot I created it.
But then I get a feeling for it, and suddenly it seems very straightforward.

I am fighting waves of increasingly more powerful monsters, using my dragonic powers and my katana.
Even though the monsters are very realistic, there is no blood or anything.
When I slice through one, it simply fades away.

I'm trying to push myself to the limit, to see how powerful I truly am.
My own aura causes massive vibrations throughout my body, it feels great!
I move at an incredible speed, and the heat of my aura leaves burning trails behind me.
The dragon tattoo is fully grown and glowing in a bright blue.
Even though when I fully focus, time progresses so slovely I can time every one of my movements perfectly,
I still occasionally manage to move so quickly that my mind cannot keep up.
      It's a fantastic experience.

I'm at my limit, I cannot keep up with the monsters anymore, at this point I'm just reacting instinctively to stay alive.
One scorpion like monster manages to pierce me with its tail.
It feels really cold for a split second, then the dimension disappears and I fall back to Teraluna.
I check my chest, I haven't hurt myself, this really is an amazing way to train!

      ... I'm now at Yuya's place.
I'm exhausted and we go to bed... I feel myself falling asleep very quickly...
I know this feeling from waking life. The numbness of my body, the heavy blanket feeling, the lightheadedness, I'm beginning to dream!

I am floating through darkness. I do not have a body, I am pure energy.
A scene starts to form around me.
The ground is volcanic, there are small crates everywhere and colorful plasma is streaming out of them.
There are a few lava streams as well.
I realize I cannot be on a planet. The horizon has no curvature and there is no atmosphere, I can see directly into space even though it is daytime.
Somehow this place feels oddly familiar.

I feel a presence behind myself and turn around, I am still floating in the air.
A white and blue dragon approaches me. He is very beautiful but also very fear inducing.
He has two pairs of insanely large Wings, and two tails with white blades on them.
He stops right in front of me, gazing into my eyes.
His voice is deep and so strong it is resonating in my body.

      "You are Dragon!"

I am surprised by this statement, even though people call me Dragon all the time.
I always figured I was somehow using dragonic abilities, but I never considered being an actual dragon.

"I use the powers of a Dragon."
      "No. You are Dragon. Always."
"You were born Dragon. Appearances are irrelevant. You are Dragon!"
"I am here because you need to know this."
"You are near the age of waking. When you do, your powers will fully awaken."

His presence is absolutely overwhelming, I feel that whatever question I would ask would be inappropriate.

      "Thank you."
      "Remember... you are Dragon... ALWAYS."
      "Yes."

I wake up in my bed at home. I want to tell Yuya about this dream, but when I turn around I realize my mistake.
I am not on Teraluna, I am at home... I just woke up... stupid me.
I take some quick notes but then my eyes start to itch.
Rubbing my eyes, I walk to the bathroom to check in the mirror if I have something in them.

I am shocked when I see myself in the mirror. My eyes are glowing lightly... The same way Yuya's eyes do, the same way mine do when I look at myself in a mirror on Teraluna.
      What is happening???
I am Dragon... always? Shit... this can't be!
I turn around to look at my back in the mirror, searching for the dragon tattoo which I know cannot be there.
      But there it is...
It is not fully formed yet, my skin is bleeding in the spots where the dragon tattoo is in my dreams, and it is slowly being filled with color.
Holy shit... am I really a Dragon? Am I awakening?
I can't decide if I should be amazed or be worried about the consequences this would have on my future life.

But then I realize that I'm wrong.

Of course... I am still dreaming, holy shit!

I wake up again, this time for real.

This dream was bloody amazing o_o
      It was so exciting!
I wrote it down immediately after waking up to make sure I don't forget anything.

I set myself an alarm for ~5 hours of sleep to WILD.
I had a hard time transitioning... I was about to give up but then somehow I ended up in a dream anyways.

I'm on Teraluna, in front of Yuya's house.
Before entering I decide to attempt to induce a "deep dreaming state" similar to here.
I grab a fruit from a bowl on Yuya's table and sit down in a meditative pose, trying to focus on each of my senses individually.
But just before I feel that I'm done, I am interrupted by something very weird.
I hear a deep growl, like in a thunderstorm, and I see the sky above me deforming.
It feels like someone is trying to break through the sky, but that doesn't make any sense.

Actually, it does, the protective energy shield surrounding Haven?
The ground starts to shake, it is so strong I nearly fall over.
The growling is now excessively loud. I am confused. Something is wrong.
A big creature smashes into the ground right besides me and debris is shot into the air.
At first glance, he looks human, but he's excessively muscular and at least 3 meters tall.
He looks at me with a dark smile. I don't like this at all, I feel like he's here specifically for me.

Yuya storms out of her house.

      "NO!"

The man grabs my arm and I am dragged into a wormhole.
I fall out in a completely different place.
I get up, ready to defend myself.
This place looks dark, I don't feel very well at all.
It's a place of ruins, I feel that many battles have taken place here, and many souls have died."

"Why did you bring me here?"
      "To die..."
"... why do you want me to die?"
      "You're supposed to be dead."
      "What?"
"Pff... you don't get it, and you won't, and I don't give a fuck that you're alive again or why you are."
"Then why do you want to kill me?"
"This discussion is pointless, I just want to kill you."
"Why the fuck would you want to do that?"
      "Pointless... absolutely pointless..."

      He seems disappointed.
He approaches me slowly, making a fist with his right hand.
This feels so real... I have had dreams that felt perfectly real before, but for some reason, this is even more intense.
It's not that my senses are superior to previous dreams but... I'm afraid.
I feel real danger emerging from this man, like he could really hurt me.
I don't understand why that is, and it confuses me.

My phoenix wings are not reacting, I cannot get out, I must fight... or... I could try to wake up?
No! I won't. I must fight. I do not know why, but I am absolutely certain that it is the right decision.

He charges me, and I blink a few meters back, trying to increase my focus on this battle.
But he blinked right with me.... FUCK!
I try to defend myself from the imminent hit with my arms, drawing up a protective energy shield around me, but I am still hit hard.
I feel the pressure of his hit all over my body, the energy shield makes a cracking sound and disappears, I'm not sure if I would have made it without it.
He's strong... too strong maybe. I can't feel his energy, probing his aura reveals nothing.

He charges again... I launch a sphere of energy at him, but he just blinks through it.
I concentrate as hard as I can... time slows down allowing me to evade a few hits and place myself in an advantageous position.
With all the energy I can muster into a fist, I hit him in his shoulder.
I can feel my energy resonating in his shoulder and causing some damage and he blinks away.

      He laughs histerically.

"AHAHAHAHA, this is going to be SO MUCH FUN!"
"FIGHT you little dragon, FIGHT WITH ALL YOU GOT!"

I feel threatened, but at the same time he makes me furious, trying to kill me without even explaining what the fuck is going on.
He summons a very long katana, probably 2 meters long.
I power up as hard as I can, the dragonic energy causes strong vibrations within my body, and I feel very hot.

"AHAHA, you're gonna fight me with your fists? WITH YOUR BARE HANDS?"
      "You amuse me dragon."

Fuck... the katana... if only I had my...
He blinks in front of me, trying to slice me with his katana.
I blink away, but he keeps blinking after me.
With every blink we make, he manages to barely slice into my skin.
It hurts every time he cuts me. He doesn't deal any real damage, but I can't keep going like that, this needs to stop.
I'm fighting a loosing battle, I need to do something now!
If only I had my katana... if only I knew more about these dragonic powers...

Thinking about the dragon within me, I feel anger... rage... fury!
      Fuck dodging these hits!
I carefully time my next blink and manage to deflect his katana with my left arm.
I hit him right in his stomach with my right arm, releasing much more energy than last time.
But he manages to blink back before I have released all of the energy.

As he blinks back, my body reacts on it's own fueled by anger.
I use both of my hands to launch a fireball at him, it should hit him just after he exits his blink.
But my body keeps going instinctively, I form a ball of energy in each hand and launch one angled to the left and the other to the right.
He appears out of his last blink with the fireball right in front of him.
He instinctively dodges it by blinking sideways, causing him to blink right into one of the energy balls.
It explodes and he is launched against part of the ruins.

All of this happened within less than a second, the battle is so fast, and he is so powerful.
But finally I can catch a short break.
I feel vibrations in my arms from launching spells so quickly in a row.
It feels like the bloody in my veins is on fire, but it doesn't really hurt.

I feel powerful, and so angry. But... it's a bit different from anger I experience in waking life.
It doesn't feel like I am controlled by my anger at all, it feels more like the the dragonic energy causes me to feel angry,
but without loosing control, and without properly despising anyone, more like a "state of mind to battle".
The power of my dragonic energy feels a bit like a combustion engine.
The harder I rev it, the stonger the vibrations, the anger and my power becomes.
But I have no idea how hard I can rev this energy through my body, the vibrations feel like they could be dangerous to myself if I overdo it.

If have many small cuts and bruises on my body, but nothing serious, but I can still feel the pain.
It doesn't numb down the way it usually does, but I somewhat enjoy it...
I enjoy the fear, the pain, the anger, the power, not knowing what will happen next, it is SO EXCITING!
The man emerges from some debris, he doesn't seem hurt very much, just a few small burns on his chest.

      He smiles

"This may become an interesting fight after all."

He's extremely arrogant, acting as if I pose no challenge against him.
He summons two large snakes and sends them to attack me from left and right.
I can somehow remember moves, as if I suddenly had conscious access to my muscle memory.
I let the anger fuel me and concentrate energy into my right arm.
The dragon tattoo on my back has grown tribal extensions over my right arm which are now detaching from my arm, forming a glowing red whip.
The end is still attached to the tattoo.
I grab onto the whip and use it to kill both snakes with ease. It immediately turns back into the tribal tattoo.

I charge at him, but he summons a lot more snakes, too many to handle with the whip.
I concentrate my energy into both of my fists and hit the ground below me with both of them, releasing all the energy in the process.
The energy creates a burning shockwave which obliterates all the snakes attacking me.
I blink in front of him. Because he's so big I end up mid-air, and try to punch him in the face.
He blocks with an arm, and hits me in the face.
I can't block it, and I can't draw a barrier in time, but oddly enough his punch doesn't hurt that much.
I land on my feet without falling over.

Blood is leaking from my nose.
I lick it, looking at him, and I smile.

"You're right, this may indeed become an interesting fight after all"

That was a very arrogant move, but all this battle emotions make me so excited.
I feel that I'm strong, and I deserve to act like that, in fact I believe this is the proper etiquette when battling other beings of such strength.

I finally manage to probe his aura. He's way stronger than me.
Then again, my aura is a lot stronger than last time I battled.
I don't know what the difference in power between us is, but I feel like he's stronger, but I'm slightly faster.

      He laughs hysterically.

      "That's the spirit."
"NOW BRING IT ON AND DIE!"

I power up even further. The energy revs through my body faster, I feel that I'm approaching the limit of my body.
My eyes start to burn up. I feel pressure and heat on them.
The sky turns into a dark red color, and the clouds turn into storms of fire.
I understand why this is happening:

Those who use the eyes of the dragon shall see the red sky burning, and so shall those who glance into these eyes.

We charge at eachother. He jumps up high, trying to slice me with his katana from above.
I can feel so much energy emitting from his blade. I can never let it touch my body.

I instinctively jump up as well, trying to meet him mid air, to clash our swords.
But... I don't have my katana? Why did I jump?
But then I realize why. My katana... I have been searching for it... but it has been with me all along.
It is a sword made specifically for me, to be used by my powers: those of a dragon.
This is why it was forged using a bit of the essence of my own dragonic energy.
This sword has a spirit... and as such I can hide it by depositing it within the fabric of space, which only very few beings can access.
And this is where it is... where I left it years ago as a child... everywhere yet nowhere.

We're both approaching each other in the air, closing in for the kill.
I call out into the fabric of space for my katana, and it materializes in my hands.
It is so full of energy, I must have left it like that.
We both swing our swords, time has slowed down to the extreme.
The blades clash, and release tremendous amounts of energy.
A small bit of his sword shatters, and fractures form all over the blade.
I notice a lapse in his focus and take the opportunity to blink and ram my katana into his heart.

Due to the speed of these actions, we land about 10 meters from eachother.
He's holding his damaged sword, and my hatana is lodged in his chest.

Yuya appears from a portal, ready to help me fight, but she quickly realizes just how strong my aura is right now.
She looks at me somewhat surprised. She was obviously worried sick.
The man jumps at me again, trying to finish me with his sword now that I have no blade to defend myself.
Yuya wants to act but I interrupt her with my thoughts.

"Don't be afraid... I got this..."

      She stops...
I look at the man, who is halfway through his jump.
My katana is still full of energy, and lodged in his chest.
I give him a dark smile, to make him understand that he will now die.
I snap my fingers, and all the energy in my katana is released at once.
The man, whoever he was, is burned to dust by the energy, and his broken sword falls to the the ground and is shattered into pieces.
I catch my katana. It is very beautiful, but I'll have time to admire it later. I cast it back into the fabric of space.

I approach Yuya, slowly powering down. The sky turns back to its normal color, and the vibrations slow down.

      "Are you alright???"
      "Yes. Just a few bruises."

Considering my blood covered face and all the cuts, this may have been somewhat of an understatement.
      She seems speechless.
She understands exactly how strong this man just now was.

"Sorry for making you worry, I was trapped in this place."
"It's.... it's all right... you're safe... but... how did you remember... these powers... and your sword?"
"I suppose all it took was to fight for real once."
"At least I think this was for real... was it?"

She goes back to her mysterious self, knowing that I am safe.

"Maybe... only you know the true limits of your abilities."

      I feel absolutely amazing.
The feeling of overcoming such danger, of winning a fight against such a deadly opponent, the power I experienced just now.
But as the vibrations leave my body, my vision blacks out.

      I wake up.
I feel extremely refreshed, full of energy, I feel like going for a run around the block right now.
But it's still a bit early for that...
I get up and start writing down this dream.
Screw taking notes and getting back to sleep, I don't want to forget a single detail...
    11. The quest for the lost katana

non dream - lucid - non lucid

I haven't attempted a WILD in a long time because I don't get enough sleep as it is.
I woke up after about 5 hours of sleep this night, and realized that I could sleep as long as I wanted this day.
This sounded like a good occasion to try to WILD.
I was drifting in and out of split second dreams, having trouble to transition into an actual dream.
After some time I finally managed to properly calm down and transition though.

I open my eyes, and find myself in a weird bedroom.
A kings palace is what first comes to my mind, seeing the insanely big bed I'm in, and the luxurious Victorian decors.
I don't feel like wasting time though, I have a goal!
For some reason the dream feels immensely stable, I feel like I'll be able to stay for a long time.
I immediately teleport to Teraluna using my phoenix wings.

As I emerge from the fabric of space, Yuya is standing right in front of me, waiting for me.

      "Ready when you are."

She knows what I am planning on doing. I remembered that Faye has helped me remember that in childhood dreams, I was wielding a very special katana.
We've already established that if I try to fight all out with a conventional weapon, the vibrations of my dragonic energy causes them to break.
I know that my old katana still exists, and that it was made specifically to withstand these vibrations.
But that is not the main reason I want it, I mostly want it because it is an item from childhood dreams, the idea of finding it again amazes me.

      "How do we do this?"
"Only you can find the katana, but in order to do so, you must first remember it properly."
      "Any suggestions?"
"Absolutely. We are going to venture into your past."
      "We can do that?"
"Well, not exactly. We can't turn back time obviously, but we can relive your past to some extend."
      "That sounds amazing!"

With no more than a wave of Yuya's hand, water emerges from a lake below us, and starts forming a portal on the bridge we are standing.
The water calms down, making the portal look like a mirror surrounded by a stream of water defying gravity.
It's quite beautiful, but it also feels weird and mysterious.
Maybe I find it mysterious because the mirror is reflecting everything besides ourselves.

We walk through it holding hands, and with just one step we are in a completely different location with no portal leading back.
I immediately get a very strong déjà vu feeling, I have been here before, a very long time ago.
We're inside an old stone tunnel. For some reason I know that it is part of a tower structure.
We start walking forwards, going through some stone rooms and more tunnels.
I note how real everything feels.
Walking barefoot, I feel the structure and humid surface of every single stone I step on, and the coldness within them.
The place smells old, wet, a bit like salty water, and I feel a light breeze on my skin.
My vision sporadically becomes unnaturally effective, allowing me to see the surface structure of stones very far away.
The place is old and broken down, it hasn't been maintained for a long time.

As we keep walking the déjà vu sensation becomes stronger and stronger.
      Everything feels rather mysterious.

      "We're here."

We enter a bigger room through a tunnel, and I get quite a bit of a shock.
There are three people standing in the middle of the room, but I immediately know they are not actually there, they are a projection of my memories.
One of them is a younger version of myself, probably 14-15 years old.
Then there's a past version of Yuya, although she doesn't look younger than she does now.
And the last person, holy shit! is that Selene?

Yes, I know it is her. She's only a little older than the younger version of myself, maybe 16 or 17.
She has long brown hair and is wearing some sort of leather armor.
She's also carrying two long knives.

The younger version of myself is wearing loose white pants and a white armless shirt.
He doesn't seem to be wearing the katana I'm looking for though, which I find a bit odd.

"Holy shit! Is that us and Selene?"
      "Yes... let's follow them."

As we follow them I sometimes catch a glimpse of what this place looked like years ago around them.
My past self gets attacked multiple times by samurai covered up in black clothes, but he doesn't seem to have any trouble getting rid of them.
I was so confident back then, I didn't overthink things, I didn't hesitate. I just lived in whatever reality I was presented with without thinking about it.
Seeing myself like that is oddly amazing.

We enter a new room, which I identify as the center of the tower. The room has no ceiling, it goes all the way up to the end of the tower.
In the middle there's some sort of elevation. In the past version, there's a small table with a crystal on it there, but it isn't there anymore now.
My past self takes the crystal, but gets interrupted by some dark humanoid creature before he can escape.
Out of nowhere he summons a katana and cuts the creature into its face.
The creature is only barely able to escape its death.

This is the katana! this the one! It is very beautiful. It reflects the moonlight all over the room.
One side of the blade is engraved with a dragon, similar to the fire tattoo appearing on my back.
The other side is engraved with a bird, presumably a phoenix.
The illusion suddenly disappears, and I am alone with Yuya in the room.
I sense a presence and immediately power up.

The dark creature from the memory appears. He has a massive scar on his face from the katana cut years ago.

"Hyu... and there I thought you were dead."

I'm afraid, he seems to be very strong.

      "You must fight..."

He teleports right in front of me and hits me in the stomach.
It hurts. The punch is so strong I am thrown a few meters through the air, right into a wall.
As I get up he is right in front of me, about to smash me with a twohanded sword.
It cuts into my left sholder, and I am barely able to teleport a few meters away.
Fuck... a split second and I would have been dead.
I need to focus, especially because this teleportation maneuvers are quite disorientating.

The wound on my left shoulder immediately stops hurting and the bleeding stops.
I focus on the creature as hard as I can. If only I had my katana right now...
He charges me again by teleporting right in front of me, but this time I am prepared.
As he tries to cut me with his blade I teleport behind him, just before he hits me, and I launch a ball of concentrated energy at his back.
It hits him hard and explodes.
The burning remainder of his clothes are scattered all over the room.
He has a massive wound on his back, but still faces me again.
      He wants to keep going.

      He laughs hysterically.

"It seems my end has finally come."
      "Surrender!"
"I shall do no such thing. Finish what you have started years ago!"

For some reason I know he is right. I have to kill him, he needs to die.
He needs to pay for sins he committed years ago, and he knows it...

He charges me again, but this time I take the innitative.
Before he is able to teleport, I teleport myself towards him.
I slap him in the head with the back of my right hand, releasing as much energy as I can in the process.
The vibrations caused by the impact cracks his skull and most likely destroys his brain.
He falls to the ground dead and his remainders erupt into flames.

My shoulder starts hurting again, and there's a little blood coming out the rather deep cut.

"Now you remember the katana, now you know that it is more than just a memory."
"The rest is up to you."

Yuya approaches me and heals most of my wound using water magic.
I teleport us back to Teraluna...

      Tanks Dream
I was running around with my friend and we were like inside of some game. It was in a big open desertlike place. I don't remember much but I do remember me and my friend saw a tank so I picked up a rocket lancher and shot it. I thought it was destroyed but it takes 2 shots to destroy it. Then I looked around for a new launcher cause mine was out of ammo. I looked, and realy far away, I saw one. *Don't remember what happened next.*

      Naruto Dream
I was watching a commercial that was aying something about how Naruto is back. They showed a bunch of fight scenest, but there was a guy on a throne who had like a katana on his head and was fighting something off by smashing his head into whatever was attacking him. (There is no guy like that and his sword was backwards so it was not the sharp side he was hitting with.)
