My recall lately has sucked. I have decided to try a new program I downloaded off the internet which is a self hypnosis approach to improving dream recall and lucidity. I'll document my progress here... maybe that will help keep me focused and continuing it! Day 1 I had very little recall from last night except for a brief flash of very intense dream. The only details I remember from the dream are that someone was going to take my kitty (Midna) from me. So when I woke up, instead of focusing on recalling more details of the dream, I grabbed Midna, who was lying beside me sleeping. This resulted in me forgetting any other details about the dream and pissing my cat off. I got hissed at for my trouble.
