      [Dream 1 (lucid): Hotel Room]

      Woke up in a hotel room with my mother.
      There was a digital clock on the night-stand, didn't bother to look at the time.
      Put on my wristwatch and immediately noticed that the upper hour markings (10, 11, 12, 1, 2) were missing. Reached lucidity at this point (DILD). Panicked and ran to the bathroom. I remember rising quickly up through the ceiling and the dream ended.

      [Dream 2a (non-lucid): Unknown House (exterior, night); Unknown House (interior, day)]

      Was at someone's house, there were two girls who I didn't know having dinner by a ledge overlooking the city (LA?). Went to sit down with them but somehow ended up in the interior of a house with a few of my friends. I was tired so I lied down on a couch and went to take a nap with the intent to have lucid dream.

      [Dream 2b (lucid): Unknown House (interior, day); Elevator; Courtyard (exterior, day)]

      Woke up on the same couch as in Dream 2a. My friends A.L. and S.V. woke me up to play SSFIV. I went to play but got frustrated when we booted up the game and it was some unknown, old version of the game that I didn't know how to play. I checked the video game box and it was the correct game, but every time we booted the system, it would play a strange unknown version of the game with inferior graphics. I started to take note of this as something unusual, but did not think anything of it.

      We stopped playing and stepped out into an old elevator with manual doors. I checked my watch for the time, the top markings were missing again - came to the realization that I was lucid (DILD). I remembered everything I had read on the forums about LDs and RCs. I remember someone mentioned that you can check if you are really in a dream by trying to go through a wall. As soon as I exited the elevator, I threw myself at a wall and hit my shoulder - it hurt!

      I walked out into the courtyard that had a few people in it. It was sunny and there were a few benches around those square gardens in the middle of a path. At this point, I remembered another theory about LD that I had read on the forums. Someone suggested that you could imagine that there was a pill in your pocket. You could assign this pill to do anything you want, and it would happen. I reached into my pocket and there was a liquid capsule (like a fish oil pill), except it was bent and soft from the heat in my pocket. I came up with the idea that this pill would make my dream more vivid and that it would last for a few more hours. I took the pill with no water and I had a hard time getting it down as it almost stopped in my throat. After I swallowed it, nothing changed. I looked around at some people's faces, there was an Asian woman talking to a blonde woman sitting on a bench. They looked my way and the dream faded.

      [Dream 3 (non-lucid): Beach in Rio (exterior, dusk)]

      Was in an unpopulated beach. For some reason, someone wanted me to gather oil samples from the nearby oil rigs. I swam out into the water with a towel to grab a sample from a nearby rig. The rig turned out to be very small when I got close to it, maybe the size of a car. There was an Asian man on top of it, I talked to him but don't remember what about. I was yanked out of the dream because of a vacuum IWL.

    3. Log 17 Nap: Hotel in a city, Keith Barry, Hell in North Korea

      I am in a hotel room with some friends from high-school. We all at first greet one another and sit around the nice bar in the hotel room. We then decide we are hungry and head down to the cafeteria. All of a sudden, I am wearing a green sleeveless water suit. I see a lot of people in the cafeteria eying me because of the odd outfit, but I shrug it off. I continue to walk around the cafeteria and find some girls from my high-school, and one of them begs be to meet their dad. So, I follow them and proceed to meet up with their dad. Dream is a bit fuzzy after that...

      This blonde haired guy is driving me to his house somewhere in the suburbs, and now that I think of it, the man looked a lot like Keith Barry (the magician/mentalist). He took me to his house and I was forced to follow him around, I forget exactly what he was trying to train me to do.

      Fast-forward: I am going back to Keith Barry's house, however I am rollerblading for some reason and it is poring rain outside on the way there. Keith then meets me outside of his house and urges me to get in his car. Dream ends.

      Warning: can be considered to be disturbing

      I am traveling with a bunch of family members, friends, and famous people to a vacation spot on the beach to relax and have fun. We are all taking these white vans. When we get to our destination, however, it is far from any beach, and North Korean officers (at least it seemed like North Korean) snatched us by our hands and bound us so we couldn't struggle. We are forced up a hill, and on top of the hill, they force all of us to go through torturous exercises. While changing exercises, I remember glancing over at medicine bottles and gold bond on a rack in the middle of the hill we were forced to perform torturous exercises. On the bottles, I was trying to make out the date of them for some reason, but they seemed too far away. I glimpsed at what looked like an 8 on one of them, so I concluded it was the 8th (of whatever). At the end of the torture, the placed me bound on my knees with a gun pointed at my head. They then asked me what the date was on the medicine in the middle of the hill, and if I got it wrong I would be killed.

      "It's the 8th!" I said, as I felt an unnatural sweat covering my body like a film.

      "let him go," One of the officers said, as he tossed me to another officer. He then escorted me down the hell to meet up with a bunch more people who had passed the same test apparently after going through the torture. I asked one of them when we are leaving.

      "You think we are getting out of here soon? Where are the vans?" I said desperately.

      "Hah!" One of the DCs said, "You think we are leaving? They are going to keep us here and control us forever."

      The white vans came back, and the officers filed us into the vans (those of us that were alive still), and drove us somewhere remote that we had no idea about. The question about where we were going was answered soon enough however, as we stepped out of the van we entered the property of a perfectly circular island, With a bunch of buildings in the center that were enormous. On the border of the circular island were millions of beds, and roofs over top of them like awnings. We were escorted into the middle of the island where the gigantic buildings were, and were sent to our hotel rooms in them. The men escorting us were unnaturally large, like the size of the hulk in the movie. These men were kind of weird looking.

      I met my parents in my hotel room I was assigned to, and there were cameras and bugs everywhere in the hotel room. I talked with them about how this must be a concentration camp in North Korea or something, and that the hotel room we were assigned to was actually extremely nice.

      Fast-forward: It is night time, and I am sleeping on one of the beds around the outer edge of the island. All of a sudden Tara, from True Blood, sits and lays down two beds beside me. She has blood all over, as well as patched up wounds on her arms and legs I could see. I ask a guy beside me about what happened to her, and he explained that the officers had Tara in "custody" all day, and that she was most likely beaten and raped for a long time. Poor girl, I thought to myself, as I examined her beautiful body that was littered with patched up wounds and blood. I continue to lay there for a while trying to play on my phone, but the phone keeps messing up, so I abandoned the idea.

      All of a sudden I hear 2 officers coming into the area where the beds were, screaming in a language I did not understand. They went up to Tara, and yelled in her face for a long time, and Tara returned the favor and was screaming at them as well. Eventually the language turned into English, and the North Korean officers said to her "Now your really going to pay."

      Tara starts screaming "NO! NOOO!" as she starts to weep again, and the officers reappear with a chair that resembled what looked like a chair to completely constrain someone so they could not move at all. Although she struggled, the officers subdued her in the chair and strapped her down. They gathered a bunch of tools that looked extremely evil in nature, such as large pliers, needles, tweezers, and a screwdriver. I couldn't bare to watch so I got up and put my back to it as I leaned against a ledge that was separating the walkway from the area of beds. The guy I talked to a little earlier had joined me on the ledge. As I over-heard Tara's shrieks of pain, I couldn't even think of what they were doing to her in that chair... it made me sick. It made me so sick I began crying in me dream. I had one hand on the ledge I was leaning against while the other covered my tears rolling down my face.

      "If I could only shift into a wolf right now like I do in my dreams, these fuckers would really pay," I actually thought to myself, which is quite ironic. Little did I know I WAS dreaming (fail).

      I then asked the buddy next to me what he thought about it. He then proceeded to tell me that they are most likely going to strip some of her fingernails and toenails off. This made me weep a little more as I continued to hear the sounds of Tara screaming in agony. After a while, the screaming ceased, and me and the buddy next to me saw the two officers covered in blood, carrying the chair towards the buildings in the middle of the island. Then they had disappeared. I knew Tara would need some consoling, so I ran up to her bed and sat next to her.

      I opened up my arms offering to let her cry on my shoulder, and she took the offer generously. She came into my arms and pressed her eyes as hard as she could into my should and proceeded to cry excruciatingly loud. the tears and the loud crying made me ache, and I clutched her as hard as I could until the crying ceased a bit. She let go and laid next to me still half way in my arms. Then, all of a sudden she creeped her hands down my pants, and brought me in close to kiss her. It didn't feel right to go from such excruciating pain to being sexual, so I told her to relax. I definitely was not in that mood at the time.

      "But I want it! Please!" she begged.

      "Tara I can't, just relax," I said with concern, and continued to lay there.

      Fast-forward: A person appears on the balcony of one of the tall buildings in the center that was close to the beds we were laying in. It was morning, and we all stood up to see what the hell was going on. A large lady was on the balcony with a microphone or a megaphone, one of them. She proceeded to tell us we must say everything that she says. Then, she started chanting words, and the crowd at the bed level would follow. I knew I had to do what they said now, especially after what I saw they did with Tara the night before. I joined in.

      The thought of turning into a wolf like in my dreams creeped into my head once again, however, I did not think to do a reality check (another fail). One of the hulk looking men came up to me and started a conversation with me after the morning's chant session we had with the large lady on the balcony.

      "What's wrong (my name)?"

      "Oh nothing, just thinking about something." That something was ripping apart the place with my large wolf jaws.

      "What is it?" He asked again.

      "Honestly it's nothing. I am a little hungry actually, so that may be it." I lied.

      That's when I woke up, and actually recalled quite a bit of the nap's dream. Was extremely vivid, and was quite disturbing as well. Not to mention I had plenty of opportunities to RC (such as the medicine bottles, and shifting thoughts), but still failed.
    4. Log 14 Nap: horses in the hotel

      I am settling into my new hotel room right on the beach with some friends. the hotel has a big atrium where you can see all levels of the hotel from each level, going from the bottom of the hotel all the way up to the top.

      Me and a friends are hanging out on our level when all of a sudden we see a horse walking right next to us. For some reason I decide to egg it on and start to play with it a bit. Next thing I know the horse starts running as fast as it could down the one side of the building. Then, it jumps from our level to off of a balcony that goes to the outside. I watch it as it plummets down to the Earth, but I couldn't bare to watch it hit the ground. Then, the friend I was talking to followed the horse, and did the same thing.

      "What in the hell was going on?", I thought to myself. I walked over to where the balcony was to the outside of the building and found two massive water filled pools in the hotel parking lot outside. As I looked at the two massive pools, I then witnessed a different horse and a different person jump from the same balcony into the two pools. They sunk to the bottom, and exited out of a door at the bottom of the pools. Then they proceeded back into the hotel.

      The rest of the dream consisted of watching the two horses I saw jump off the balcony running around the hotel. One was blonde colored, and one was brown. The blonde one kept jumping from one level to like 5 levels down through the atrium, neighing while doing it. Eventually the two horses disappeared for a while and I walked down to the bottom floor where the lobby was.

      I found the two horses laying on top of one another, and the first thing I assumed is that the two horses were blackout drunk. I said something about it and the DCs around me starting agreeing and laughing really hard.

      I run into my girlfriend and my family, who was apparently moving in my girlfriend into one of the rooms. I asked them if they needed any help, but they replied the only thing that would be tough is the bed, and they had already moved it in. All of us then got in the car and were driving somewhere.

      We ended up at a garden, where a bunch of plants were being grown in pots. There were roped of sections of them. I remember reading the sign of one section saying "Horses," and immediately started contemplating whether the sign meant that horses had grown the plants, or that the plants were used to feed the horses.

      Then the dream became fuzzy, and I woke up.

      Barely enjoying my time at the mansion, I chatted with a few acquaintances. The conversation was rather boring, much like our 2D environment. Sickly orange and brown patterned floors sat, pixelated, on the same plane as the dark wood paneled walls. Beyond the room, there stretched an infinite sea of black nothingness. Of course, all this seemed perfectly normal to me in all my 8-Bit glory. That is, until I stopped listening to these dreadfully uninteresting people and started thinking about something more exciting.

      Recalling my incredibly recent readings on the phenomena known as lucid dreaming, I ponder how cool it would be to have one. Following that line of thought, I realize. . .

      "Holy shit. This is a dream."

      With that, my flat world exploded into detail. I could now see that ugly-ass carpet under the long fancy banquet table we were sitting at. Pillars supporting richly flowered vases and sculpted busts sprang into view. I stand up, done with this social nonsense, and leave the room through the open, towering, mahogany doors. The cold, hurt, and surprised stares from the lifeless DCs don't phase me in the slightest.

      Soon, I'm outside, but one of the girls has trailed along, seemingly concerned for my well being. Opening the door to the black limo waiting in the street, I look back to her and say, "You wanna get out of here? Maybe stay in a hotel tonight?"

      "Sure." She replies shyly, smiling as I let her into the vehicle first. I figured, even if she was a DC, it'd be good practice if I ever dated anyone again.

      The limo took off, into the city. My date sat quietly next to me, obviously too shy, or to mindless, to start a conversation. However, that didn't bother me, as I was too busy being in awe of the dream around me. Looking out my window, everything seemed so remarkably detailed. The luminescent lights of the tall buildings and casinos, the reflections playing off the glass, the subtle chill of night, and the complexly intricate side-street corner-markets, all appeared as real as I could have possibly hoped for. All doubt had been wiped from my mind: this Lucid Dreaming thing was the wasp's nipples--so to speak.

      Coming to a stop now, the two of us exited onto the sidewalk. The ambient orange glow of the neo-gothic hotel's lamp-lights surrounded us as I approached the bellboy, in his red uniform. Reaching into my pocket, I know I have to procure some kind of payment. Good thing this is a dream. I think to myself as I grasp onto the credit card that wasn't in my pocket a moment ago. Presenting it to him proudly, he takes it un-amusedly and swipes it.

      "Ma'am, this card has been rejected." He tells me flatly.

      "What?! That's not possible. Swipe it again." I order.

      The girl lightly grasps my arm at the elbow, as if she could sense my rising anger, and wanted to pull me from the situation.

      Sighing, the bellboy swipes my card again. "Nothing has changed, ma'am."

      "Well, fine, how about I give you cash?" I reach into my empty pocket again.

      "We don't take cash."

      I pull away from the girl. Now, I'm proper pissed.

      "The hell?! DON'T YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!"

      Obviously, this idiot didn't know he was my creation, part of my mind. A thing whose existence I could destroy with a mere thought. His ignorance to his unimportance was infuriating.

      So much so that it woke me up.

      I guess one could call this a nightmare, but it didn't quite start out like that.

      I woke up on the top of a bunk bed in a tiny plain hotel room. The flooring was dark, pale blue carpet, and there was a hotel-sized white-paned window on the other side of the room. I caught the false awakening and momentarily became a bit lucid, but it didn't last.

      I got up from the bunk bed and went down the stairs. There was no one else in the room, but there was an open door leading to the main part of the booked hotel room (where the fridge and chairs are). I peered out and knew I wasn't supposed to be here. I saw a man with a black t-shirt and blue jeans sitting at a small round wooden table, drinking from a mug. He looked slightly scuffed up, although not much. He also looked fairly strong, like someone who'd just gotten back from the gym.

      He saw me right away. "Hello," he told me, rather normally. "Don't be shy. Come out and I'll make you some breakfast."

      I decided to play stupid and say, "I have to get dressed first." There must have been a suitcase or something of clothing in the room, because he said, "sure". I went into the room, closing the door, and found a small shopping bag filled to the top with clothes, but I wasn't actually going for them. I was going for anything that could help me escape.

      My gaze flit around the room and I saw a coach purse, exactly like the one I own in real life. It had a very long strap that I could use to climb down the side of the hotel.


      I looked out the hotel window, clutching the purse, and saw that our room was situated at least thirty floors up. The strap didn't even go half the distance to the ground. Crap!

      Suddenly, the man walked into the room and froze when he saw me by the window with the purse. "What are you doing?" he asked me.

      "Getting out of here," I shot back at him. I made a run for the door, went through it, and he didn't do anything to stop me. He pulled out a long, silver knife instead. I looked back as I ran out the door and into the hotel hallway; he was watching me calmly with the knife in his hand. I didn't look back as I ran down the stairs to the lobby.

      There were only one or two sets of stairs and already I was on the first floor...? Anyways, I got there and no one was in sight, but there was a phone at the reception desk. I took it and crazily tried to dial 911. The man suddenly appeared, slipping around the corner and holding the phone box. "You're crazy!" I shouted to him. The machine rang and then a voice answered. "I'm being kidnapped and threatened with a knife!" I told the woman on the other line. "Help me, I'm-"

      I couldn't get an address out, because the man found the phone outlet and unplugged it, then cut the cord with his knife. I gaped and backed away from him rather quickly. "Don't leave," he told me forcefully.

      I took one more step back and my foot landed on a gun. My eyes widened even more (is that even possible?) and I reached down and picked the gun up. It was dark gray, almost black, and heavy. It was loaded. "Back the f*** up!" I told him, looking for the exit. Suddenly he reached into his pocket and pulled out his own gun. I shot him in the chest, killing him instantly. His eyes began to bleed and there were bruises appearing all over his body. He was still standing up straight but his eyes were closed, and he was completely still. Then another person, looking very much like him, appeared with the same ghastly imagery. It frightened me so much I woke up.

      Piloting a Helicopter:
      I was in some city at night, possibly New York since that's what I thought it was. There was a large skyscraper which stood out since there were no other really large buildings nearby. It was silver covered all over with windows. The middle of this building was caved in, so, that the two remaining sides were standing out. The city especially the streets surrounding this building were very foggy which made it difficult to see around. I found myself flying a helicopter above a building which I assumed was the hotel that I was staying in with some of my family members. There were a lot of cars on the roof and my family members were also with me. We planned to evacuate the helicopter, even though there didn't seem to be any problems at all. My sister decided to jump first and ran towards the open door. I told her to get a parachute first but she showed me that she has one and jumped out. She opened her parachute halfway or so and landed in what looks like a tire yard surrounded by a fence, but, she's ok. My mother goes next and after she jumped, she opened the parachute a bit too late and ended up landing in a small patch of water near the tire yard. I only knew this because I saw the splash. My little brother was next. I don't think he had his parachute on and I couldn't help him out. As I recall, both my mother and sister were on the roof top pointing for us to land the helicopter. I tried to land it on the roof of the building and came close where in some cases, it was touching, but, for whatever reason, I couldn't maintain it. Pretty soon, I seemed to be losing control since it started moving towards the edge of the building(tried to keep it over the building). It went over the edge and I can't recall the rest.

      Airport Stealing:
      I put something like bags away. I think I was at an airport. I decided to go around and steal some stuff. Since there were people waiting to be called for their flights, they were sitting on some chairs with their bags and stuff on the shelves behind them making it the perfect opportunity. I just walked by and started to steal them. In some cases, I decided not to, one case involving 6 or 7 wooden pencils. I can't recall what happens after.

      Thoughts: The first dream was definitely interesting. It was pretty dark but the overall ambience was great. I got to pilot a helicopter, too bad I wasn't lucid. However, I think I was starting to fear the outcome of the situation had I crashed it and since I was having a hard time controlling it, that would have happened eventually. If fear is my dreamsign, I would have probably became lucid before it happened which would have been great, so, I guess I came close to lucidity As for the second dream, it was pretty hard to remember much from it even as I tried to remember the details
    8. #76. Swimming Pools

      I survived Stonehenge Apocalypse, and all I got was this lousy macro.

      I drift in and out of sleep as the wind blows my curtain open and closed. I'm watching a slideshow, or a countdown, or a list of clips in order, and why won't the curtain stay shut?

      I'm standing on the deck of a hotel, looking down through the pyramid-shaped skylight. I have the feeling that someone's gonna fall through it by the end of the night. There are people milling about, drinking and generally having a good time, and I'm standing inside now.

      Misha Collins shows up, once again. (There are subliminal messages on his twitter feed, I swear.) He's standing near the entrance to the pool, looking around and smiling.

      "So... why are we here?" I ask.

      "It was a robot head," he says seriously.

      Practicing for Success:
      I was in a hotel room with my brother. We were on a queen size white bed which was near the door and it was nightime. The room was pretty small but organized. Across from the bed was a TV and to the right of that, there was a window. Moonlight was coming through the window giving the entire scene a serene look. We were practicing LD. It seems that my brother has LD'd in the past. We were trying to go into some picture. I remembered a past experience of it working which was the reason we were trying it and I think I was teleported into a dark place, kinda like being in downtown in the middle of the night

      Thoughts: Seems I'm getting much closer to a LD since I'm practicing even in my dreams

And I uncontrollably flipped off the bathroom door as I left the room. To my right is a small crowd of people I look away while galloping down the hall then look back. I suppose it was a reality check... I find myself downstairs in the breakfast area combined with the lobby... I uncontrollably say are you here for the homosexual convention? And then I kiss a guy that is sitting on a yellow flower-ish couch *ew*... I find myself back on my bed...

      Woke up again. I just couldn't seem to stay in these dreams for longer than 5 minutes. I decided to try again.

      I stayed perfectly still and soon enough I felt the onset of SP. After what seemed like mere seconds someone or something started piling covers on top of me.

      I RC, and sure enough, I'm dreaming. I start to get out of bed, but whatever was piling those covers on top of me jumps on my back weighing me down. Standard Flight wasn't gonna cut it, so I pulled upon my archetypes from Heroes and the Matrix to allow me to fly at high speeds while still carrying weight.

      I shatter through the sliding glass door onto the balcony. Twisting in the air, shaking off whatever it was as I came to a hover 50 feet above the resort's pool. Everything was so clear and vivid. The green grass of the golf course behind us complemented the blue haze of the mountains in the distance. The blue waters of the pool shimmered and rippled in the warm beating sunlight. There were people everywhere, enjoying their vacation.

      I fly to the front of the resort, trying to remember what it was I wanted to do. I know! Let's attempt some shared dreaming!
      I wonder how to go about something like that for a moment, and choose to try a method Raven Knight frequently uses. But what song to use? I try to think of a good Portugal. The Man song that would be most conducive to a task such as this. For some reason I decide upon "Elephants."

      Sure enough, what I believe to be the song starts playing in the background. While I'm oblivious to the fact that the song playing is, in fact, not "Elephants," and is closer to "Gold Fronts," but I really don't care. You see, the song, the beat, the lyrical styling, all culminated into an overwhelming feeling of pure bliss, happiness, and power. I twirl and flit about in the air, just letting the music flow over me. I'm on top of the world. There is nothing I can't do.

      I attempt to rip open a portal with my hands in the air in front of me. No good. A few more experiments end in failure before I come up with a new plan. Hovering over to a nearby street lamp/pole thingy (it was fairly wide), I push my hands into the solid metal and pull it apart. To my surprise, a hole had formed, behind which I could easily make out what appeared to be the streets of a small town of sorts. I step through and find myself in a scene reminiscent of an old European village.

      Dirt roads wind through the colorful wooden buildings, the architecture of which is very square and practical. I follow one of them to an open building where I see two people, one male, one female. I call up to them, asking, "Raven?" the girl leans over the rafters, knocking down a bit of hay as she does so, saying, "Not here." I turn back, walking only a little while further, before running into another pair of people, again a male and female. The female looks a lot like Raven's Skype picture, except much slimmer. The guy has longish hair and what seemed to be odd dreadlocks. "Raven? Is that you?" I ask the woman.

      She looks at me quizzically. "Who. . ?"

      "It's me!" I state, excitedly. She seems very cautious of me as does the man she was talking to.

      "Wait. . . Are you. . ?" It looks as if she gains a sudden realization, so I reach out my hand for a handshake, but it turns into a hug. However, I feel the dream start to fade due to an overabundance of excitement.

      I didn't get to say goodbye.

      2 Lucids last night. The first one only lasted a minute or two and nothing really interesting happened. The second was much better. I'll cut out a lot of the boring intro stuff.

      I had just gotten off the ride. It was some kind of weird water slide that defied the laws of physics and had a story that changed each time you went on it, or something. After getting off, the girl running it tried to give me this sticker/ID/Ticket saying I had agreed to buy it for $17.95. I said "screw you" and kept walking. She followed, trying to convince me to buy it. I refused until she gave it to me for free. It was a ticket to go see The Hiphopopotamus and The Rhymenoceros in concert.

      I stuck it in my pocket and went on my way, headed to the Resort's Hotel. Indoors now, I pass by a restaurant where a comedy routine is being done. The subject matter is The Brady Bunch.

      I keep going. Things are just getting more and more deserted. I'm starting to worry, but that little voice goes off in my head to remind me that I am, in fact, dreaming.

      Well, would you look at that. I keep moving further into the hotel/mall. Things get more and more desolate. Eventually, I come upon a huge room. This seems like a perfect place to practice some lucid skillz. First up, a bit of practice. I look down at my hands and watch as blue lightning starts to form. I can feel the electricity pulsating down my arm.

      I stretch out my arms quickly, releasing a torrent of blue bolts into the nearby wall. I run at the wall, and when I reach it I start to run up it. When I am content with my height I push off and start to fall slowly. I decide to spin in midair, releasing bolts of electricity as I fell.

      When I reached the ground, characters from the DBZ universe started to appear, as did Superman. I figured I'd try making some fireballs, but the best I can make are little licks of flame that make a small explosion on impact. I hurl a bunch of these at Superman, but it doesn't do anything. An Energy Blast seems like the way to go. So, I start up a kamehameha, since I always fail at normal blasts. To my surprise and delight, it works, and I'm able to sustain it, even increase its size and change its direction. I use it to essentially vaporize Krillin.

      They're pretty upset with me now, even after I explain they can just wish him back to life like they do everyone else. "It's no big deal." At that, they surround me. Goku holds me down and pokes my side, thinking that has something to do with me having lucidity. I told him it doesn't work like that and they eventually let off. For some reason, I am now on DV on some random thread.

      And then I woke up?

      'Twas an Epic LD, lots of fighting, but I can't remember too many of the details; it was a long one.

      It started out partway into things. I was staying in this odd hotel. It was very large and sprawled out instead of up. The room I was staying in was like any old guest room you'd fine in someone's house, except it was about twice as large. and could fit at least 5 people comfortably. However I was the only one staying there.

      Some things happen that I have difficulty recalling in detail, but it involves further developing the area we are in. It turns out the hotel is part of this crappy public school and gang violence is on the rise. I decide I need to leave since this isn't even my school, and half the people here don't even know the school's alma mater. I leave with the counselor, but we are followed by this kid in a red jacket. As we enter the car he pulls out a switchblade and tries to mug us and take the car.

      All the while he had been following us I had been fingering the butterfly knife in my pocket and watching his shadow follow ours. I whipped it out and flipped it open, lunging at him. He's much more experience than I am and gets a solid cut across my arm, while I just nick his shoulder. I manage a few wrist cuts, but his form is much better than mine and he tears up my arm and neck, spilling blood everywhere. Not one to give up so easily, I manage to subdue him, and, with several stabs to the head later, he dies.

      He turns into a ghost and wonders why I can see him. I explain to him my role in helping people cross over, and give him a stereotypical speel on how he has to scare people in order to gain more energy. It's really dumb, but I don't think so at the time.

      I'm back in the hotel room, trying to lie down to sleep. Stuff happens that eventually has me with an old teacher and my brother at the arcade/casino of the hotel. There are some odd games there, one particular game they were playing was like a crane game, but with false gold and odd shaped things inside. They were playing that one for awhile. I told them how dumb it was and how worthless the prizes were, but my old teacher told me to stop spoiling the fun.

      At this point, my Chick-Fil-A and Burger King meals were ready, so I took them and started walking away. I wonder how I'm going to eat all this food, but a voice in my head blurts in, saying relax it's a dream, eat away.

      Yeah, you're right, it is a dream, I think strolling on as if nothing drastic had really changed. I make my way back to the front doors where this guy shouts, pulls out an uzi, and shouts something along the lines of "Everyone down, unless you want to volunteer to let us have some fun with you." I'm getting a kick out of all the people screaming and dropping to the ground. I just walk up to the guy, bags of food still in my right hand. I say to him, "Yeah, sure I'll volunteer," raising my other hand like you would to volunteer for something in a classroom. He looks at me weird, tells me to stay right there, and then runs back outside where he starts assembling his cohorts. There's a lot of them.

      Well, crap, now how am I gonna enjoy my meal. There's no way I can fight that many with only one hand. So I run away. At first they're hot on my tail, but a few short range TPs put enough distance between us for a little more comfort, not that I was worried. The TPs destabilized things a bit, due to the sudden and forcible change in scenery. I stabilized by rubbing my hands together and focusing on the room I was now in. White walls, and lots of people on little white cots. I go into the corner, behind a white shelf that blocks most of the room from view, and pull out the Whopper. I take a bite. I normally don't eat in lucids, but maybe I should, because god this was delicious. The evil dudes were still looking for me and even came into the room and kidnapped a few kids and threw them onto crosses and into cramped coffin like boxes. But, I was chill, knowing it was just a dream, so I just kept eating my burger. It was moist and hot and meaty, with crunchy toppings like cold lettuce and sweet onions and pickles, can't forget those pickles.

      At the time I didn't even know I was completing the basic task. *facepalm*

      When I was satisfied, I got up and decided to go help those kids from earlier. I needed some more practice, so I did a few more short range TPs until I reached this large archway, with a few henchmen a little further in. I looked at my hand and decided to try out some close range energy blasts, since I suck at them. I start to build up a charge in my right hand and rushed at the closest guard. When they see me, a few random DCs think I'm one of their favorite super heroes and call out what they think is my name. Dumb DCs distract me and all I end up doing is forcibly grabbing the dude's face. To follow up, I punch him in the kidney, bringing my leg behind his, and twist my body, pummeling his head down into the cement ground, creating a big indent in it. With him down, I move onto his friends.

      I figure I wouldn't do anything fancy here. Just brute strength and martial arts. A spinning jump hook kick to the head takes out one guy, and the other dude backs off, so I ignore him. Another group of henchmen go scrambling as I approach them. Before they can all get away I grab one by the collar and fling him violently downward, making my way to the carriages that housed the kids, on their crosses, in their coffin-like boxes.


      I find myself back in bed.

    14. Gangrape nightmare

      I am in a ruined and abandoned building that looks like it used to be an office or conference center of some sort. I am hiding on the inside from "bad people" on the outside who I fear will try and force their way in if they see me. I scavenge materials from around the building to create a shelter for myself in the front of the building in a room that looks as if it was once a lobby. Most of the material is an old ripped up tent or peice of canvas that is coloured yellow, which I throw over a table that is leaning to one side.


      I hide myself inside my makeshift shelter to get away from three stray dogs that have suddenly appeared and are sniffing around and will not leave me alone. The biggest of the dogs, a black lab, forces its way into the tent and starts ripping it to shreads. The dog does not attack or threaten me in anyway but I grab it by the scruff of the neck and force it into a submissive position laying on its side. The dogs leave me alone after that and soon disappear.

      Now that the tent is completely destroyed I gather together chairs and small tables to hide under even though I am aware that if anyone looks inside the building through the lobby windows that why will be able to see me. I notice shadows and shapes of people moving near or past the windows and freeze in terror. Then it happens. A man in a blue military uniform passes by a window and looks in. I try to hide myself behind a pile of furniture but he sees me and starts trying to bust the front door down, which I tried to barracade with a few chairs.

      The man marches in and beelines to where I am hiding. He grabs me and ties me to a support pillar in the middle of the room. He uses a large bowie knife to cut off my shirt. He then foddles my breasts before raping me. A line of similarily dressed military men file into the building and do the same, one after another. They all ignore my screams of protest and terror.

      A lone soldier dressed in green suddenly appears in the door way, weilding two handguns, and with lightning speed shoots all of the blue military men before they have a chance to retailiate. He then gently removes my shackles and carries me out of there. I do not know how long or how far we walked but he takes me into a lavish suite in a ritzy hotel and lays me on the bed. The hotel apparently has its own hospital and the soldier summons the hotel doctors to come and care for me. He dutifully waits outside my door on guard and carefully scrutinizes everyone who comes to the room. The soldier does not hesitate to kill anyone who he thinks is suspicious and the people he does kill happen to have blue military uniforms hidden under their doctor coats.

      After a while the medical staff leaves and the soldier and I are alone. Despite being horribly brutalized I feel extremely grateful towards him and I lead him to the bed and we make passionate love to each other. The next day he is gone and I cannot find him even though I search every floor of the hotel. Indeed the hotel iteself is now devoid of all people and staff, even though all the lights are on and it looks as if it should be full of activity. I am alone and feel confused and abandoned.

    15. The Serial Killer and the Pleasure Hotel

      I was in some sort of futuristic train station. I vaguely remember getting on the train to escape a serial killer who was stalking me. I disembarked at one terminal and wandered down some stairs which eventually led to a basement room that was wrapped in saran wrap. The saran wrap was wound around the room like a spider web.

      I heard someone coming and I panicked, thinking it was the serial killer. I forced my way through the saran wrap and went through a heavy warehouse door that led outside into the daylight. I ran for a while down a cobblestone road that followed a river. As the sun set I came across a some sort of ritzy amusement park with a large casino hotel in the center. It was VIP membership only, but I found a pass in my pocket and I was let through the gate.

      The ushers and waiters in the casino hotel were very realistic looking androids, mostly male, and they were dressed up as slaves or superheroes. One such android, dressed as superman, led me through the casino to the reception desk where I found out that I had a reservation for a private luxury suite in the hotel. I had a full pass for everything in the amusement park and my hotel room had everything I would ever need and more, including my own "pleasure" android, alcohol and drugs!

      I unpacked my stuff and changed and went down into the casino, which was like a nonstop party. I met a group of people who were having lots of fun and joining them in a drunken people parade around the building. The dream gets fuzzy here but eventually morning comes and I leave the casino by a Venetian boat that goes down the river. I cannot see the face of the man paddling the boat.
