Dream - Lucid I had woken up for a little while and I was having trouble going back to sleep. I decided to try to meditate to see if that would help. I cleansed my chakras and did some affirmations, and it worked! Not only did it work, but I felt myself enter a dream. I was lucid immediately, and it felt quite stable. I was in my room at my parents' house. It was set up the way I had it when I was in middle school/part of high school. It was dark and nighttime out. Of course, the first thing I did was call to Mike, but I got no response. Oh well. Onto other things. I decided to try to make some portals. I hadn't done that in a very, very long time. The first portal I made was to erm...a sex world where I was the only female. I figured since this was my dream, I could go wherever I wanted, even if it was just for pleasure. Anyway, I drew the outline, and it was the oily rainbow color that it usually is, and jumped into it. Details will be spared, but it was an interesting experience. I woke up for one part of it, but I DEILD'd back into it. When I went back into the dream and other things happened, I woke up and again had to DEILD. Upon the second DEILD, I found myself again in my dark childhood bedroom. I drew another portal and entered it. I intended to go to an astral world. When I got there, it was outdoors and sunny out. It had some nature around, so it wasn't like a city. I decided to try to change my outfit. There was, conveniently enough, a full-length mirror in front of me. I stepped away from it for a second, and imagined myself in a long, strapless, ballroom-type red dress. I stepped back in front of the mirror, and the dress looked nothing like I imagined, being a short, tight red dress -_-. I then tried again, and this time, it was a skimpy, see-through black lingerie type outfit. Nope. I kept doing it and getting different red and black dresses. I finally settled on a black one, I believe, though again, it didn't look like the one I imagined. At some point, I woke up and DEILD'd again. I was back in the dark bedroom. This time, I decided to try to get to Teraluna, since it had been awhile since I'd tried. I drew my portal, and was going to write "Teraluna" in the center, but I decided to just fill it in instead. I jumped in, and was then inside of another dark room. Hyu was asleep on a bed there. I figured he must be sleeping IWL. I approached him. "Hyu?" He opened his eyes. "Krista?" he said. He seemed surprised to see me. "It's been so long since we've talked," I said to him. I don't remember his response. I do believe there was more conversation here, though, of course, I can't recall it. -_-' We were then somewhere else, another world. I didn't see Hyu, but I was with a tall, thin person in a green shirt with a bob haircut. I thought maybe it was Hyu, but it was a woman...I saw that she had boobs. I was kind of confused, because it still seemed to be Hyu; I felt that it was, though the looks were deceiving. He told me it was him, and that he had just changed his form. Ahhh. Makes sense now. I do not remember all the details of every place that we went, but we traveled around via portal quite a bit. There would be times when I woke and DEILD'd, and I'd end up back in the dream with Hyu where we left off. I also know that he changed his form a few times, once appearing as the tall skinny Asian guy that he first appeared to me as. There were also points where I would do a finger count RC, but it would always fail; I would always count 5 fingers on each hand. Interesting. Finally, I woke, and decided to end the DEILD chain. I was a little disoriented at first, thinking that I was still in my room at my parents' place. I turned over and went to sleep, entering a non-lucid dream. ~ Dallas and I were going to have a wedding ceremony. We were already married, but we had to have the formal ceremony. It was to be at a church. I pictured us walking in from outside with many other people, me in my dress and Dallas in his tux. It was a sunny day. I was picturing it in 3rd person. Scene skip, though the wedding thing still applies. I was eating at a restaurant with a couple that looked to be in their mid-thirties. They also looked kind of country, and quite skinny. I remember the man had a country accent. There was someone else with us, but I can't recall who. The guy got up to go to the bathroom or something, and I saw on his plate three hot dog buns. They were not separated, but still whole without the slit down the middle being all the way through. I started to separate them for him. One of them looked very lopsided, and I was trying to fix it. He came back, and got onto me about trying to help him to separate his buns (lol separate his buns). He said it was rude. I apologized. I had only been trying to help. Then, I got up to go do something. When I returned, no one was at the table; it's like everyone had gotten up to go, and no one was watching the table. There was a bill on the table, plus an extra fee of $4 for leaving without paying. Ugh, frustrating. We hadn't intended that to happen. ~ I was watching some weird version of the movie "Hook", where Hook is redeemed and finds his place in the human world. Towards the end of the movie, someone says "run home Jack", like they do in the actual movie, but it jars something inside of Hook, and he remembers that his name is actually Jack, and he gets overjoyed as he remembers his true identity, and somehow gets to the human world, though I can't remember how. I then remember seeing a commercial in the movie of an older version of him being topless with only underwear on. He was very fat with boobs, and trying to cover up his nipples as he jumped around with other people on the TV screen. I don't know what he was advertising, but he failed to cover up his very large nipples at one point. Pretty sure it wasn't an accident. Something about breast milk. I saw some coming out of his nipples. He was talking about "alternative milk". I thought about how that wasn't possible unless you were lactating after pregnancy. I couldn't believe they put that in the movie. ~ I was "recalling" my dream adventure with Hyu, trying to put the details together. I don't remember Hyu being there at all. All the worlds were somehow linked within a story line that was chained together through children's nursery rhymes and such. I remember being in a city at one point, and my brother being there at another point. He was talking on the phone. I remember at one point being in a bathroom and pooping...a lot. I think these false memories made it harder for me to recall more details of my lucid adventures. Ugh. Dumb. ~ So more lucidity, and a visit with Hyu! Meditation really seems to help, and of course intention. I've also noticed over the years that I tend to LD more when I am laying on my back to sleep, which is not a common sleeping position for me. When I was meditating, I fell asleep, and I had been laying on my back as I usually am while I meditate. But there have been times where I haven't been meditating, but I've fallen asleep on my back, and even had a WILD that way. An interesting observation. I wonder what the link is between LDs and sleeping position? Does anyone have an ideas, or has there been any research done on it (formal or informal, it doesn't matter)?

01-27-2013 -- [Three dreams, two of them short enough I'll post all three in the same post. No great amounts of detail, but small bits of suggestive stuff. Probably rated R, but certainly not X.] For the first dream, I am walking down Hickory toward Crescent, then down Crescent toward Magnolia. Each time I come to an intersection, even though there is little to no traffic, instead of just crossing the street regularly, I am jumping into the air about 12 feet, and then kind of floating over the intersection and dropping to the ground on the other side. About the time I am getting pretty near Magnolia, some other kids have joined me, and are asking me about it, so I explain. I'm trying to be safe, just in case some cars come rushing through at high speed and might hit me. So I jump, and then I just kind of hold it and stretch it, and don't let the jump end. So I get some height, first, then just continue the jump until I am to the other side of the street, before finally allowing it to end. As they start to try it, we somehow end up discussing ideas for other things that we can try to do, and somehow we end up with a challenge to try and grow large pairs of boobs. (No idea why, but that's what we decided on.) We enter a building (I think at first it is one of the three story office buildings at Brookhurst and Cresecent, but it eventually turns in to a hotel.) We try and find a bathroom to use, for a little privacy, but it is very crowded, many of the stall doors are broken, and everything is very messy. Eventually we find somewhere out of the way, and start trying to do this. We are finding movements to kind of flex the chest muscles, while concentrating on them and what we want, and soon our normal size man breasts are starting to swell up. We even end up doing some aerobic-like partner exercises, kind of shifting toward each other, but then the guy I am working with gets called away, and I'm sitting here with one breast maybe something like a C, while the other has reached about DD, and I'm grumping a little about having to work the smaller size up to match by myself. We start to get carried away on this whole idea of just concentrating on these things while we do slight flexes, and within like five minutes we look like musclebound body builders with impressive physiques, plus DD or larger chests, and even absurdly over-huge ... erm ... yeah. At least this time it wasn't dragging on the floor like in another dream, though. Why? I have no idea. Freaky dream! So we're starting to parade around this hotel nude, showing off what we can do with this weird mental skill, when we see our friend who had to run off. He is with his Japanese family, where his little old grandma is sick, and he is leaving with the rest of his family, including George Takei, to take her to the hospital. Once they leave, I start back into the hotel. Things totally shift, and all the weird modifications are gone. I am now visiting in the hotel with Dale and his family. Fred, Betty and Kevin are all also here, and we're all just sitting around, talking about what we might go out and do. But while I and some of the others seem to be eating some white chocolate fudge-type stuff (seems like some sort of foreign dessert) Dale is feeling really tired and decides to take a nap or something. So eventually I decide to go. This time, when I get to the lobby area, there is some young teenager who seems to have made some sort of fuzzy looking rope (that is red, oddly enough) that doesn't look too sturdy, but he is urging me to come over and climb it. It looks to be about a third of an inch thick, and has that slightly fuzzy look that may indicate it is slightly fraying, but only slightly. By this time, I am my current age and size, not a little kid, and I am very hesitant of trying to climb it, but he says it is a lot stronger than it looks, he included his skate board in making it, and he made it with very good hemp! At this point, things are changing to have a sort of Hook vibe to them. I am being asked to return to a sort of childhood fantasy world (of sorts) and do something that I did as a little kid. This teen is trying to help me get in the mood to go back, provide a little aide on the way. And I have to protect him slightly from the authority figures that are around, because they work for whatever the enemy is, even if that enemy is never specified. (This isn't Hook, it just has that sort of feeling.) So soon I find myself in a kitchen somewhere midway up the hotel, and I am looking at a tight, narrow crawlspace that I can just barely see the entrance to at the back of the top shelf of one of the kitchen cabinets ... a weird secret passage that leads partly into the bowels of the hotel, partly into another world, like many of the secret passages I traveled through in many of my younger dreams. But the entrance is very narrow, the climb (especially after making it into the fantasy world) very steep and difficult, and I am in no kind of shape for it. I think about it for a while, and then start to say I think I might no longer be fit for this, and perhaps we ought to let the Pest do it, instead. (The Pest is Alvin's little sister in the Alvin Fernald books.) --- 01-27-2013 -- I'm in Sears at the Buena Park Mall, and am just kind of wandering the aisles for a while, when I decide I might want to play an old video game for a bit. I know they have a video game section here, and they will frequently let you try some of the games, especially since I can remember having done so a few days ago. [I did have a dream where I was doing that a few weeks ago, though then the video games were downstairs, and in this dream they were upstairs. In real life, at different times, Sears had them both downstairs and upstairs.] I make my way over to the games area, and find somebody else is already playing. But the guy wants to try a specific title in a series of very similar games (something like a weird version of guitar hero, but he wanted to play a particular type of music) and they didn't have a demo cartridge of the particular music style he wanted to play, and since overall the play experience was the same, they were very resistant to opening up a new one for him. As they are arguing, I'm just wandering around, looking up stuff, waiting for my turn to play something, when I notice the salesman's desk has a picture of Hayden Panettiere (the cheerleader on Heroes) hanging on it. As I glance at it, he is talking to one of his fellow workers, explaining that he is friends with their family, and visits with them quite often. I figure he is full of it. Until Hayden, her mother, and Maggie Smith (McGonagall from the Harry Potter movies) walk into the department, and start talking to the sales guy. Well, I guess he really does know her. They are all chatting quietly, and Hayden suddenly says something like "But you're still my favorite teacher," to Maggie, and I'm thinking to myself "She wasn't in those movies, was she?" So I'm thinking she isn't referring to in the film, but just being taught a bit about acting on the set. [But why would she be on that set, if she wasn't in the films? Dream, you're weird!] Hayden excuses herself, and says she'll be back in a few minutes, but she needs to run an errand, and I'm thinking I might wait until she comes back and tell her how much I enjoyed her in Heroes, but quite a bit of time passes, and she still doesn't come back, so I might have ended up missing her. Meanwhile, my feet are starting to hurt, and it still isn't my turn on the games, so I decide to walk a few yards to the computer furniture area and sit down. As I take a seat, I wave off the salesman. I'm not looking to buy, just to rest. But as I am trying to rest, a black family with a couple of screaming kids starts to sit down in the chairs all around me. The screaming is really hurting my ears, so I move to a chair a little bit further away. And a couple that is in the middle of a big argument sits down right next to me. So I get up and move again, just to take a seat, and almost immediately hear a very loud noise. This time I have had enough, and start in on this loud rant about why do all these people have to sit right next to me while making all this noise? I find myself looking into the somewhat annoyed face of a tough looking biker, then I look around. I am in the parking lot, right next to Stanton Avenue, sitting on a motorcycle that isn't mine, right next to this guy and his girl on their motorcycles. I think for a moment, and then start to say "... and this time you were here first, weren't you? Um ... sorry, I'm having kind of a bad day." They drive off. Meanwhile, I want to get back inside the store, still hoping to meet Hayden. (And how did I get out here at the edge of the parking lot, anyway?) But as I try to make my way back to Sears, I instead find myself right in the middle of all the construction they did to build the new wing with JC Penney, except as I try to walk through it and around it, it just keeps getting bigger and bigger, and soon has turned into the construction site I can remember from other dreams, where they built a huge New York-style sky scraper right in the middle of the Buena Park Mall area. --- 01-27-2013 -- Somehow I have been challenged to find Hayden's measurements on the internet, and I am doing a search, but all the sites that keep being pulled up are unsearchable, and all the actresses measurements are sorted by chest measurement, which means I am going to have to look through thousands of actresses with the chest measurement of 36 to find Hayden and be able to get the rest of her measurements, which might really take a while. [Especially since I doubt she is a 36 ... but she was in this dream.] As I start to page through everything, it changes to where I am driving around a number of strip malls, looking for the store that has the information on all the actresses with size 36 chests, as they all have big signs on the front of the stores saying things like 'Now carrying size 34' like they only carry one size of actress information. (What can I say ... weird dreams tonight.) I'm getting kind of hungry, so I stop in at a sort of fast food bbq place to get some food, and I find myself somehow standing in line with Hayden ... at least for a few seconds. But very quickly she turns in to someone else. And as I am getting my food, and hoping my french fries will be crispy enough, the manager walks up and asks if I want a job. He quickly adds I might be in management within a couple of months. Or at least, maybe he does. He might have been talking to the girl. I'm not completely sure. Anyway, I tell him that I put in an application within the last three or four days, and he seems startled, but leads me into the back of the store to look through his paperwork. He is going through the paperwork, but at first can't seem to find me. Meanwhile, I am gathering up some of my clothes which are all over the floor, for some reason. He finally manages to find my application, at which point he instantly loses all interest in me. What?! Feeling depressed, I head home to the Hickory house, and start wandering around the house. In this dream, dad is alive, mom is dead [in real life, it was the other way around, dad died first]. Oddly enough, as I wander around the house, I glance into mom and dad's room and find dad in bed with Hayden. WTH? She's sitting there with about old-style silver dollar sized areolas, and I head back to my second bedroom thinking if she is living in the house now, I am going to have to get to know her. When I get to my room, I find that my stand fan almost seems to be moving around on its own, and has taken to kind of leaning over my bed in a very sinister fashion. It is making me nervous, so I pick it up and move it so it is in the corner by the window, a bit further away, but still providing a nice bit of air movement throughout the room. Odd. --- [Just want to note, while I enjoyed her in Heroes, and if she were throwing herself at me, I wouldn't kick her to the curb because she is fairly attractive, Hayden Panettiere isn't really what I would most consider my type, and I have no idea why she has been in three of my dreams, recently.]
So i get the usuall fall though the bed type sensation as I enter the dream. Everything is black for a moment, and then I hear a loud ruckus. I head out of my room and I see my pops in the hallway. I told him whatever it was it scared the crap out of me. He says that there was a blown transformer, an he needed to look at something. I headed out into the kitchen and looked out the window and saw my brother pulling up. He got out of his car, and said something to the windown, but i couldn't hear him........wait a minute....I'm lucid, I need to do some things. I jumpped out of the window and decided I was going to pay Neverland a visit...I headed north, and found myself at this house that belonged to a group of kids. There was a kid dressed up like Spider-man...but he was fat, and his costume looke more like lose fitting pajamas, two girls; one could have been my age, and the other one was much younger and this other guy. I asked the other guy whats the best way to get to Neverland, and he pointed out a particualr window. I lifted it up, and jumped out, and Spider-man asked me if I needed any help. I sized him up a second, and said "nah i'm good bro". Then I asked him "how's Mary Jane?". "I'm still tapping that.", he replied. "Well nevermind then." I said and headed off. I immediatly had this "oh crap, i'm still in my backyard" moment when i saw how everything looked around me, but was completly convienced that this wasn't my backyard when I saw rocky coast line just ahead. Several pirate ships loomed in the distance, and the cloast was dotted with stone forts and watch towers. I was on the beach when I noticed about four pirates. All armed with daggars and swords. There wasn't anytime to think about what may have happened to this magical place, because it was go time. One lunged for me and stabbed in my direction. I made a spin move, and continued to go behind him, while grabbing his left arm that stuck out like a tree limb. Once I had a hold of it, I proceded to spin this guy around and around until he killed the next pirate with his own extended blade. I tossed him on the ground, and quickly recovered a dagger from a fallen foe, and parried the now dizzied pirate, and easly killed him. I grabbed that blade, and fought the next guy, who was armed with two short swords. Two parries and two stabbs later one more was left. He was pulling out his pistol. Obviously he was the smartest of the bunch, but he wasn't a fast draw. I air rushed him, and time seemed to slow down as I approached. His gun had barely been lifted out of his holster, and was still pointing at the ground. Two more quick thrusts to the chest and he was out. He started to say some last words, and then I sliced him again in his throat, nearly cutting his head off. I was pissed. What happened to this place? Have the pirates taken over completely? Where's Peter? Where's the lost boys? I needed answers. I took to the skys and popped a pill that granted me super speed for a limited time. Everything blurred around me as if I were in hyperspace, and when things returned to normal, I found myself at a broken down, tagged out city. It was the middle of the day, but there were a lot of people partying. There was a band playing, and a bunch of people just dancing. I shifted through the crowds looking for somone who may have been in charge. There was a girl with green spiky hair dressed like a rocker that was watching a tv monitor that I decided to talk to. Me: Where are the lost boys? Her: They broke up Me: What? (I wasn't sure because of the loud music) Her: THey broke up. I told her about how hooks pirates seemed like they had a crap load of numbers, and seemed to be heading in this general direction, but she didn't mind. I looked at the monitor and there were guards posted at this door (dressed like saliors) that got took out by this squid guy. He looked normal exept for pink skint and four squid like arms that popped out of his waist. The guy cold clocked two guards and started burrowing below the floor. I turned around and saw that this was actually happening in real time. "Did you just see that", I asked. "Yeah, it's just show", she replied. I yelled at her and headed to the area, and showed her that it was going on in real time. I could see myself in the monitor. I was wearing my black nintendo shirt, and flaiting about while this guy continuted to own guards. Enough comedy, it's time to take this guy out. Two of the guards tried to grab the guy, but he shedded all of his legs and slippe out, and grew new ones. I was punching him and he seemed damn near invinsible, but I decided to try something different. I grabbed him, and flew up higher and higher. With more altitude the squid guy continued to inflate like a balloon. Finally I dive bombed with him in hand suplexing him into the lazy river. Obviously this woulnd't have hurt him, but we were just up several hundred feet and that water is pretty shallow. He exploded on impact and some of his remains were still in my hands....they felt like old shredded up intertubes. I have to find and bring the lost boys together, but who do I find first? Why did they break up? and What happened to Peter? The place I was at had that "rebelious youth" type feel to it. It almost had "what if the lost boys grew up" type vibe to it. Either way, it was time to wake up.
Good morning, everybody. Dream #1 I was in a room like a bedroom. Something about the room seemed very stage-like. The room had concrete floors or floors like a stage. I sat at a table. There was also something in the room that looked like a bunk bed. It may just have been a wooden cube that was as tall as a bunk bed. I stood up and pulled something off of the cube. It was a mannequin without a head. It may actually just have been a torso. It was larger than life-size, maybe a lot larger. It was wood, with thick graining visible, and it was painted some kind of dark, but kind of transparent, shade of red. I lay the mannequin on the floor. I began whipping it and stomping it. Somehow it was a living thing, and I may have injured it terribly or killed it. I may have then left the room. I may have reflected on what I'd done. I hadn't ever thought I could be so cruel. I think I felt like I must have been directed into the cruelty in some way. The only explanation for my cruelty, I thought, was that someone else had made me do it. I was now back in the room, thinking the same thoughts. I began whipping the top of the wooden cube. The whip I used had a big, black, iron hook at the end of it. Eventually the hook pulled a wooden mannequin head into my view. The mannequin head apparently belonged to the mannequin body I had just beat and killed. I kept whipping the mannequin head, and I knew I would knock the head off the wooden cube pretty soon.
first attempt at DILD failed last night. I am standing on a bridge in my hometown looking up river with some of my friends. The river is fished a lot in the past by my father and I. We notice that there is a large triangle shaped of inordinately large fishing rods. I triy the check hands technique to assert i was sleeping, as i look down to my hands I am greeted with the site of a fishing hook poking through my "rod" from top to bottom. One of my friends, Craig, steps forward and pulls the line (as is his character to wind me up in any way possible). I am generally not phased by pain so this was not a nightmare. I then went to a small bathroom and removed the lure. I attempt to urinate and, of course, like a bad comedy movie this results in my "rod" working rather like a hosepipe with holes in it. Roughly at this point my girlfriend inadvertantly elbows me and i am awake. The next dream I am playing a new version of resident evil with Craig (again), the game becomes the dream and i am running around a virtual world. After 60 minutes (possibly borrowed from the real videogame, Napoleon total war) I lose the game and a super monster appears. The super monster has the body of a gorilla walking upright, with the head of george bush and a stars and stripes top hat, it picks up a car and throws it at the vehicle i am in killing me and ending the dream. The last dream I am in a hotel with my family waiting in the foyer, we get annoyed at waiting so long so I go to find where my father is. He is at the bar with 3 other people (one may have been my uncle). I hassle him to hurry up (he does this in real life!) and he jokes about. I go outside the hotel and I am sitting on a bench with a girl from my hometown. The bench is on a mountain - i realise I am in my hometown and my family are in america. At this point my girlfriend starts messing about with my internet connection (?) and i get annoyed at her and ignore her. That was last night....
God. Dear god. I don't normally have nightmares, but this is a fucking whopper. I honestly have to get this out of my system. And don't think I'm overreacting, because while you may be able to read this, you'll never be able to read it. To understand why I don't become lucid, this is my logic: I'm watching horror movies on TV. That's all. But I can't help but be pulled into them as if they're reality. But that's not the real problem, because I really am becoming part of it. Now carry on. It's starts off innocently enough. A nightmare, to be fair, but nothing like what's to come. I'm a kid in this weird sort of daycare that seems to be in the middle of a desert on the outskirts of town. Suddenly, bombs (assisted by parachutes) slowly start drifting towards the ground. I can only crawl, but I have to get away. The bombs only blow up enough to kill one person within about a foot of it when it touches down, but there's plenty of em. I scream for everyone to get away, but no one listens. You'll come to realize in this dream no one ever listens. One kid, my best childhood friend in real life, dies. Thus the scarring begins. There's something dangerous outside. I take refuge (now I'm my normal age, late 14) in a hospital/bank/mansion called "Eurao" (it only holds that name as a bank, as a hospital or mansion it is nameless). This will come to be my life's worst decision. For there can be no escape from Eurao. Our responsibility (placed upon us by some boss, as at this point we're working for some reason) is to rescue all the people of this hospital. Me and a more informed buddy of mine were working on people in the second floor. He was telling about who I was assigned to. He said they were called throaters, people who for whatever reason want to be in the hospital so bad they totally wreck their trachea. There are two staircases to the second floor. I'm on one, and I notice the other is strange looking. When I investigate it, I discover that each step is actually a movable slab, used for housing morgue drawers. I then come to find everyone on the second floor is dead. And the third. I wished with all my heart I could save the poor kids in the surgery floors and intensive care, but there was no way. The second and third floor residents were now zombies, and they chased us back to the first floor. The mansion. Now try not to get lost, because my memory mostly falls apart here. What I do know: The house (or spirit of the house) is alive and malevolent. I also know it is testing us in scenes. Meaning there is one distinctive enemy or threat at a time, and never do threats overlap. And there is ever so slightly time between scenes to regroup. Now I don't remember much of this part. I believe someone died by the zombies. But then came Hook. His own little scene in himself, he wasn't what you'd expect of a dangerous killer. He looked homeless. HE wore a big brown robe made from some large sack. His hair was oily, orange, short, and in dread locks. He had one tool with him. A small toy scythe, maybe with a two inch blade. But it was razor sharp. How he worked: He would only kill one person. He would cut off a body part. He offered them the choice of what he should cut off, but no matter what it was you died. One more of my group died, and I had the horror of being in their POV at the time. Next thing I remember, I was isolated at the end of the house in one large room, home to the morgue stairs. I don't remember what happened, but it was big. After the scene, I ran to the other end of the mansion to the room where my friend was, alone. We were now the only ones alive. His POV. In this final scene, the house itself possesses a ceiling fan and wires. Only the ceiling fan could kill anyone it hit, and the wires were like tendrils, looking to strangle anything they could find. Now my friend had a gun. The only way he could stop this thing, kill the house, and save our lives was to shoot out the five lights attached to the fan. Which with five bullets, a faulty pistol, and the rapid movement of the fan, was very tough. But, coming to a very close call, he did it. He survived. We heard people coming in. We locked the doors (always the threat of zombies) and looked out the windows. They were family and friends, come to celebrate the end of whatever catastrophe had been occurring outside. As we turned around to greet them, a tendril shot across the room and pierced straight through my friend's head. I couldn't celebrate. Everyone but me had died. The house was still a threat but no one believed anything had really happened there. There is no greater stress than having knowledge that could save everyone's lives and not having them let you. I even got five of my closest friends into a car at one point and floored it, but I couldn't get away fast enough from the house. I pulled over to have an emotional breakdown and another person took the wheel. Ten minutes later we were back. But there was one person in the house I couldn't let stay. My sister. I made her promise me she'd get in her car and drive away, as far away as she could. I guaranteed her she would die today if she stayed. But her word was broken, just as everyone else's was. Then came Hook. He was back for round two. Now facing me. But I knew his tricks, his moves. I knew him now. I ended up pulling away in just the right time and stole the scythe and killed Hook. To my joy, my sister finally understood and left for good. To my dismay, no one else did. I come back inside, wandering a light-less corridor where I could swear we had night-lights to guide the way. I come to the main living area at the end of the hall and see a family friend there. But she's the only one, and eventually leaves. The TV comes on, and I know the face I see. It's the face of the house. After surviving once, the house knew it had to rid the world of the one that got away. I run to my bedroom. The lights go out and I hear movement. I break the window to the next room and jump through. I land in an impossible room, housing a machine of death made by the house. It was very Rube Goldberg, and almost resembled the game mousetrap. I knew there was nothing I could do, so I prayed. and right before I was crushed, the machine malfunctioned, then collapsed, then disappeared from existence. I'm now in the large room parallel to my bedroom, lights and all on. I hear a person coming down the hallway and lock the door. It's my mom. This is our house. My sister's fine and well in the next room. I've been watching too many horror movies...
