For the duration of this dream, I was in a pretty average-looking classroom that had white walls and gray molding, while the size of the room must have been average, the shape rectangular. The carpet looked like teal Berber with bits and pieces of purple. Light tan desks with steel legs (not the wooden variety) were arranged in neat rows with even spacing. Each had a brown plastic chair, again with steel legs, pushed underneath. There was a long white board at the front of the room and the desks faced that direction.
The time must have been around lunch break.
At my school, people tend to eat in classrooms with their friends instead of in the cafeteria, so this reflected in the dream. There were around fifteen different students scattered around the room; four or five of them were in a close cluster in one corner in front of the white board.
One of the students was leaning back in her chair, with another one from the adjacent desk pulled close to her; her food and drink was on the chair as it acted like a table.
There were no other free chairs in that cluster of students, so I asked her if I could sit down, and she move her items to the desk. She pulled her food to one side of the chair; it was better than before but now I only had half of it to sit on. I didn't argue and instead just laughed and shrugged.
The student sipped some of her juice. I pulled out a generic sandwich from a blue fabric lunchbox that suddenly just appeared on the table. A student had also appeared on the other end of the table, her chair pulled in. She was eating a green salad with a less-viscous version of orange mandarin dressing. As she took a mouthful, she looked past me and suddenly laughed, getting a small piece of romaine on my leg.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry," she said, bursting out laughing and slightly covering her mouth. "At least I think that piece was clean."
(...What?)
