Here’s another lucid dream (or OBE) from Aug 12, 2014. No LD last night, so I’ll add a memorable one from my dream journal. I was lying in bed patiently waiting for the next dream to start. My mind was conscious, yet my body was asleep. I could feel violent vibrations originating in my torso and extending out to my limbs. These were coming in waves. I knew something was about to happen! Suddenly, somebody crawled into bed with me. It was my wife! I was a bit disappointed that she woke me up because I was just having ‘the vibrations’. I was sleeping in the guest room that night, because my CPAP machine was driving my wife nuts. CPAP, great for sleep, hard on romance. She didn’t say anything to me, we just snuggled for a bit, and then she moved over to the other bed. Little did I know this was a false awakening? To my surprise, my dear daughter then crawled into bed beside me! Seeing my daughter made me instantly lucid. We snuggled for a bit, and then I told her that mom’s in the other bed, can you see her? She looked at the other bed, and said, “No.” I then looked, and sure enough, my wife wasn’t there. I then tickled my daughter’s stomach, and said nonsense words, like I use to say when she was a baby. My daughter laughed and giggled. She then jumped out of bed, and asked that I follow her. Standing at the end of my bed, she reached up to grab something, and then passed me a gold fishing hook, with a golden spring around shank. This is a very unique hook. I looked at it, and it was the exact same as a hook I found a week earlier, stuck in my cabin’s front door! I was shocked by this! My daughter then asked me to come explore with her, and she opened my bedroom door and ran out. I was about to leave, and follow, but I could hear my CPAP mask leaking air on my face. I turned around and saw my body lying on the bed, asleep. I walked up to my body and adjusted the mask, so the leak would stop hissing. This worked! I turned around and ran for the door to follow my daughter. I got too excited, and then I woke up consciously from the LD, but my body was still asleep. I stayed perfectly still and focussed on returning to my room, so I could go and explore with my daughter. This worked, but I was no longer lucid! I was lying in bed again, and then a black cat jumped up on my bed beside me. I petted the cat’s back and then its stomach. Btw, black cats are my dream sign, but I didn’t clue into the fact that I was dreaming. Darn, I should have done a reality check. I went to my cabin, the weekend following this dream, and found that hook, and it now hangs in my bedroom shelf. Also, as an additional synchronicity, I was visiting a physic medium a week or two later, in an effort to connect with my daughter. The medium described this dream to me with some detail; without any input from me whatsoever, and she said my daughter wants me know this was an OBE, not a lucid dream, and she wanted me to follow her out of the bedroom. Well, who am I to argue with that, and why would I? I did manage to follow her, a few months later, in lucid dream titled, ‘A Little Noodles Please’.
I visited the guest bedrooms in my house and found some young girls in there (cousins?). They had hidden away a good dozen or so friends of theirs who had run away from home. The girls were hiding in storage space. They begged me to not tell anyone. A couple of teenage boys appeared and they began to harm the girls in the room. Suddenly civil war broke out. I stepped outside and fishing hooks were being thrown around. I was pierced by fishing hooks twice while walking. POV left my body and entered the house again. A lady in my house was told to rape a man. She didn't seem too bothered by it, but while having sex with him, she saw a premonition of her future daughter dying at a young age--the daughter she saw was conceived during the rape. She sobbed and yelled "My daughter is dead" while holding onto the face of the man she was forced to have sex with. The man had already died. The dream moves on to a caretaker and the child she is raising. These women are starving. The caretaker gave chunks of her own flesh to ants, making the ants grow big and fat. She told her ward to take the ants and flee the house--the ants were to serve as food during the young lady's travels. The young lady does not wish to leave, but the caretaker yells at her, so the young lady escapes. The dream moves on to a group of men and a woman. They have been assigned the task of hunting down a man who has fled the house. This man has caught the gay disease. One man leads the others, trying to convince everyone and himself that being gay is not contagious. He does a poor job of convincing his group. Once they leave the house, they come across a flooded building with floating corpses. A few floors up, and there are sex/groping vending machines. They encounter the girl in the group, and while she is distracted by the sex machines, another man comes up behind her and has sex with her. The girl looks at the man and exclaims "Wow, you're really big." The man replies in a deep Batman voice, "Don't tell the Japanese." Apparently he did not want the Japanese to be jealous of him.
