I came across a 2015 post by Sensei about active versus passive control: https://www.dreamviews.com/dream-con...esson-1-a.html In there, he makes an analogy about walking to the fridge and how that is a simple learned behavior for us, but challenging to his son who was taking his first steps. In a similar way, confidence and skill to achieve lucid dreaming goals can be attained. Memory control is a similar idea, but has an obvious flaw: when one is doing something new there is no memory to pull on. Sensei suggests (if I am understanding correctly) to essentially pretend there is a memory of yourself achieving whatever goal that is. My idea to execute on that is to visualize myself practicing something like Firebending from Avatar: The Last Airbender while meditating normally. This can then serve as the memory needed to achieve actual dream control in a lucid dream. Thanks Sensei!

I'm walking down a street with a friend, we'll call him C, and do a nose pinch RC. Now, this is the thing with RCs. I know I'm gonna become lucid before I do it. So, I do the RC and it works. I become lucid. I see someone walking down the street in the opposite direction and when the person gets closer, I see that it's our physics professor. He says: "Hi.", and C also says hi. I curse at him but he doesn't react, he just continues walking down the street. There are cars and buses coming my way. I try to make a fireball and shoot the cars, but it doesn't work. I ask C what should I do, and he says that I should try to create the fireball longer, to charge it. And now I can shoot fireballs (thanks C). The longer I charge it, the bigger the ball is. The only problem is, when the fireball hits something, it doesn't catch on fire, or get destroyed (gonna try that in another dream). I start running towards a bus that is coming my way and when it gets close, I jump like a running beast, time slows down and I pass like a ghost through the bus. I can see all the things inside, the motor and stuff. I'm doing that, running through the street. I'm really fast while doing that. I get to the bus stop of my elementary school. There is a bus, the one like for trips, not the city transport one. The bus is full of children, and the driver is female. A kid from the last row points a shotgun at me, but I don't care since this is only a dream. A kid on the second right row keeps vomiting, there is some vomit on me. The kid next to him keeps screaming "Cough Syrup" and "Memes". I also kept thinking that the back row guy is going to become a school shooter. I get out of the bus, and run like a beast to a close meadow. Must've been about 7 dream hours. When I go to the meadow, I do a stabilization technique, the hand rubbing one. I start spinning, and imagine myself in the huge mansion, with black and white tiles. The dream collapses a few seconds after I spawned it the mansion. At least I managed to teleport!
Lucidity: 2/10 Vividness: 4/10 Length: ~10 Min. I was bouncing around on a basketball court since I was one of those flame things from the T-shirts and then I went into this shack and shape shifted into two different people. I tried to change into Avatar: The Last Airbender characters. I tried a lot of them and I was able to Earthbend, Waterbend, and Airbend. Just not Firebend. The End.
Lucidity: 7/10 Vividness: 5/10 Length: ~10 Min. I was in my art class when my teacher gave a announcement saying that we have to goto a different tutor because the semester was ending. I was like "this can't be happening" so I did a reality check and there was a algebra problem on my hand in red so I tried to change it and when I opened my hand I had a BIG black dot on my hand. So I tried to change it again and it got bigger. I went lucid and I felt exited/scared so I calmed myself down. I walked out of the classroom ignoring the teacher and I was in a LONG hallway. I decided to try Earthbending since I haven't successfully done it yet. So I tried to make a piece of the ceiling fall down and something did. It was a grey like texture that was flat and fell down, the ceiling was fine. So then I decided to try Firebending, I saw some people behind me and kicked fireballs at them. It was awesome. Then I was walking out of the building and walked with Sahara and Zack. When we got to the other building I saw Maddy and decided to try to kiss her rather than have sex. So I was kissing her and it felt great. Then I FINALLY woke up.

Lucidity: 7/10 Vividness: 8/10 Length: ~20 Min. I was in my room and I had a sink in my room? I tried to turn it off, but it didn't work. I tried multiple times but no luck. So I looked at my hand and a brown scar-looking 3 was there. So I knew I was dreaming, I think I tried to change it. But anyways I was in my room thinking of what to do and for some reason I visualized Toph in my head and got up in a 3rd person view. Then I heard my dad. He was talking about something cheap from Mc.Donald's. He went into my room and closed my window. I was down looking at myself hoping I wouldn't wake up. So then I decided that I wanted to go into my dad's room. So I went into the hallway and into the door to my right. I tried to go through the wall and outside but multiple times I hit the wall like normal. So finally I when I went through I put my hands on the ledge and pushed my self off. Then I went into a completely different place. So I was high in the air and decided that I wanted to fly around like Spider-Man again. This time it worked great, so I swung around for a while and found a glass window, busted through, and ended up in a building that I couldn't describe and saw some fat guy and decided to fight him. So when I tried to use my webs it didn't work. I punched him and jumped to get away but it didn't work. He had me pinned on the ground. Then I was crawling on the floor saying to myself "you half to have more will" over and over again. So I decided that crawling was no fun and got up and walked. So I wanted to go through a door and appear in an Avatar: The Last Airbender like place with a lot of Firebenders to fight. So I went into what looked like my old Metal Shop teachers classroom, only smaller. So I found a door but it had windows on it and when I opened it a midget came out that looked like my teacher. I said "hi" and he walked away. So I closed and opened the door trying to change the scenery inside the room and when I finally did it didn't look like what I thought it would. So I decided that I want to go outside and try Earthbending first. But after walking around for like 30 seconds I decided that I wanted to try sex again. So I found the metal shop classroom and found a hot, thin, Asian looking girl with a skirt on and stuck my hand in her vagina. It felt really good, but it felt dry, then I stuck my finger up her ass. Witch also felt good. She asked me what I was doing and I said "just making preparations." Then I was gripping my dick that was very smooth. Then I woke up, I attempted to DEILD but it didn't work because I closed my mouth when I woke. The End.
