Day 829: Fell asleep at: 3:00 AM Woke up at: 9:00 AM Dream 119: Tooth-Conscious I'm in my house, possibly a FA, and I go over to the restroom to look at myself in the mirror. I find that my two front teeth are horrendously mangled, crooked and with a wide gap in between. I begin to freak out, wondering how my teeth got this bad. Then I woke up for real. Day 830: Fell asleep at: 3:00 AM Woke up at: 1:00 PM Dream 120: Monster Hunting I'm in a house, a moderately expensive one it looks like, almost certainly not my own. I'm sitting on the couch playing a Monster Hunter game with my family, which is odd, as MH doesn't support split-screen nor is it the kind of game my family would play. My dad, who usually wouldn't play anything more complex than Mario Kart, is complaining how we've only been killing easy monsters. So, in retaliation, I select a mission involving hunting a Tetsucabra and Glavenus at once. It absolutely wipes the floor with the rest of my family, but at this point I'm too involved with my performance to really care. As I'm soloing the Glavenus, I find something...off about it. Every now and then it will let loose a stream of blue Pikmin from its gaping maw, sapping my health away. I'm juggling between slashing it with my Great Sword and guzzling Mega Potions and getting nowhere real fast. Then the dream ended.
Fell asleep at: 3:00 AM Woke up at: 11:00 AM Dream 117: The Non-Zombie Related One In what seems to be a cheap hotel with concrete walls and poor accommodations. It has a window and a minifridge at the very least, so there's that. Not five minutes before I begin settling into my room, a young girl (She looks no older than 15 to me) barges in my room and starts coming onto me. I get massively uncomfortable, thinking someone's going to see me with a minor in a fleabag hotel. Next thing I remember, we're both lying on the bed (Fully clothed, but still). And now I want to give my dream self a SERIOUS talking to. I swear my dream self and myself are two completely separate people. Dream 118: The Zombie One In what seems to be a high school in the middle of a zombie epidemic. I'm sprinting through a series of tight hallways with a shotgun in my hands trying to seek shelter. I spot a female zombie that looks massively decayed, basically just skin and bones now, as she convulses on the floor. Turning a corner, I find a door ajar with what looks to be human survivors in it. I get inside, and lock the door behind me. Now I'm inside what was once a computer lab. Low ceiling, but a wide enough area to stretch your legs in. I start to converse with the survivors, one of which resembling my sister and the other resembling her husband. My brother-in-law has decided to keep watch, guarding the entrance with what looks to be an assault rifle. I go over to another survivor, a teenage girl chewing on a laptop. I don't remember much of the conversation, to be frank. My brother-in-law then announces that he's going to set off an electrical grid that will shock all the zombies in the school to death. After a three second countdown, he does just that, and we make our escape from the school. An epilogue then plays out, explaining that our group of survivors were able to clear our town of zombies and rebuild. And that's about it.
I'm gathered with a tribe at a beach and standing near the edge of the water. There is an elder that stands in the water to his waist. Behind me there is a row of people coming out of a line of trees, holding giant bundles of bananas. They carry them to the water and toss them in. The elder then inspects each one of them and decides whether or not they are safe to eat. But then he disappears and really big waves start coming in. Everyone on the beach backs up, but I stay fairly close, fascinated by the big waves. There's still bananas to inspect so I find my little sister and tell her that she's the best when it comes to knowing when to eat bananas. She agrees and goes into the water. The big waves stop and everything is calm again. I gather a large bundle of bananas and toss them into the water for her.
Fragment 1: A baby duck is being attacked by a turtle in a small pond. I freak out and hurry to save the duck. I grab it in my hands and hold it to my chest. The turtle disappears and then random people tell me that it's probably ok to put the baby duck back in the water. I'm too afraid that the turtle will come back though, so I try to think of something to do, like calling a shelter or something. Fragment 2: I'm outside on a beach. There's tons of people and family members. Someone comes up to me and says that I should meet my other Grandmother. I stare at the person, confused because I don't have another one. But they insist that I do and say that she'll speak to me and like me because of what I did. I walk up to the woman. She's very old and sitting in a rocking chair. I get down on my knees in front of her and she smiles at me, asking me if I'm Melissa. I smile back and say yes. She talks and questions me about what I did.
Fragment 1: I keep trying to catch up to this girl. It's important that she knows I'm like her. I finally catch up to her and tell her that I'm the same, that I'm of the blood too. She smirks and says, "Did you think we don't already know?". Fragment 2: I'm in Grandma's bathroom. The door is cracked open slightly so that I can see my older sister still, but I'm able to keep away from her. She keeps threatening me. Fragment 3: I'm trying to roll a giant bowling ball home. It's really heavy and hard to control. As I pass a boy, I grab onto him and have him help me roll it home.
I jump into the ocean and swim full speed to a bridge. It then hits me that I went too far and I'm in dangerous water. I panic and go around the bridge, knowing that if I stay on one spot too long, something will try to get me. Suddenly the water disappears and I'm standing on a sidewalk, the one across the street from my elementary school. Next to me is my little sister and an old friend Jasmine. We know that we have to hurry and get to the other side, but there's a ton of large cars and buses speeding and keeping us from being able to cross safely. After a minute or so of watching the speeding vehicles, I gain a large amount of confidence and get ready to run. I wait for two more buses to pass and then I run faster than I ever have and make it to the other side easily. I look next to me and Jasmine and my sister are with me already. We all feel relived and start to walk slowly, casually to the school gate entrance. Jasmine takes me hand and intertwines our fingers, repeatedly saying that I'm her best friend. I smile at her.
I'm standing in my living room, close to the kitchen. My older sister and niece arrive and start looking around the kitchen. Suddenly my niece announces that she thinks she has lice. I immediately back up and freak out.
Fragment 1: I'm in the RV with Grandpa and a few other family members. As Grandpa drives down the driveway and out of the gate, I say something to him and the RV starts to tilt horribly to the right. I freak out at first, but it just keeps tilting and finally hits the ground on it's side. Fragment 2: I'm waiting at Grandma's gate with Julie. It's dark outside. A man is walking down the driveway to us. Once he get to us he puts the unlocked lock on the fence and attaches a large camera right next to the lock. I ask him about the camera but he doesn't answer. I already know that it belongs to Grandpa. Fragment 3: I dreamed about a school. High school.
I'm at Grandpa's house using a computer. I get up from the chair for a second to get something. As soon as I get up, Jasmine immediately takes my seat. I get annoyed and run over to make sure I'm signed out of all my accounts, etc. She starts to mock me, asking if I have anything to hide, but I ignore her. She then gets up and walks away. Before she gets too far, just to be a smartass, I loudly ask mom if she wants on the computer. She says no, but another girls walks up and asks to get on, so I let her. I go outside and nibble on a piece of toast. A boy walks up Grandma's driveway and up to me. I ask him if he's eaten since he has to go to work soon. He says no so I shove the rest of my toast into his hand and tell him to eat. He smiles and starts eating it. Farquaad comes outside and I pull the boy close to me and kiss him. Farquaad looks shocked so I look at him and explain that the boy is my boyfriend. Farquaad tries to threaten him, but I cut him off and tell him to go away.
I'm standing on a wide staircase that's outside in someone's backyard. I'm standing in the center of it. Above me are a group of people gathering together and I'm sure they are talking about me and laughing at me. A couple members of my family are a part of the group. I'm annoyed but not quite mad enough to yell at them or doing anything about it. I think, “screw them!” I turn around quickly and look below me. At the bottom of the staircase is Hoya. I look down at him and he looks up at me. We both smile widely at each other and while looking at him, I scream at the top of my lungs, “ THREE - TWO - ONE!” He immediately yells back, “NAEKKEO HAJA!” We then run to each other , hugging and laughing as we sing the whole of "Naekkeo Haja" as loud as we can.
The other night i has a nightmare that shook me out of sleep, I was so scared that I could get back to bed after. I was walking along a highway, with my cousins and sisters walking a bit ahead of me and the friend I was walking with beside. I felt this presence in the woods to the right of us and looked over; it was a young woman around my age (20), she was dressed in tattered rags it was almost as if she could be a malignant spirit. But I some how felt that she was only there to help us along the was, she was there to protect us. So I stuck out my hand and gave her a wave, she reciprocated enthusiastically, just so happy to be involved in some way. The unrest didn't' appear until I realized that there was another entity behind me and my friend, Harper. Harper was warning me to pay it no mind, to not acknowledge it at all. But I did, I was so terrified of it, an unrealistic fear. So to appease it or to make it leave I through the thing an old robe, now the entity that appeared as the woman in the bushes looked much more put together. The robe had changed her appearance quite a bit, but the fear didn't leave. She was still lurking behind us, in plain view and there was nothing that I could think of to change the situation.. Another thing I forgot to mention about this seemingly malignant entity was that because of her presence my family had begun to act very unnaturally. At one point they all stretched out their hands and were walking beside each other and onto the road. To stop this (which unnerved me quite a bit) I along with my friend took their hand and according them in to one person to stop then from getting hurt. I feel like I can understant this dream to a point, but if anyone can help with analizing this dream I'd be interested in what you'd have to say
