8th October 2020 Fragment: In space, it looks like Freelancer, kind of. (Like most of my recent Freelancer themed dreams, the scale looked vast and more realistic) First I launched from a planet in a system completely filled by a nebula, like Omicron Beta, but not. The star looked dimmed through the clouds as it would in the actual game. I had a complex reputation standing with the factions so when some ships from a hostile faction appeared out of a trade lane, some friendlies immediately started turning red. Soon the whole system was after me and I tried to evade them in the usual ways. There was Rheinland navy in this system. I got to a wormhole? Then I'm in a different system. A Sigma type system. There was a large yellow star and some distant planets beyond it, as well as small nebulae and asteroid fields. The background itself was a light blue-grey nebula, but I don't remember the shape of it. I can't recall what my ship was like but I was using turret mode at some point to look around while cruising. I used a trade lane eventually but interrupted travel through it, halfway, and then veered off toward a darker area of the system behind an asteroid field. There were TIE fighters? I scanned the ships and saw the weapons were class 3, but somehow had a hull damage stat of around 3.4k. Their lasers were blue and the lasers themselves were classed as pulse-laser guns. I remember going toward a capital ship of some kind and landing on it. I got in a control room and remember taking some black gloves, they felt slightly heavy? Thoughts about Darth Vader and his armour. Then some crew landed on the capital ship and got to me and started attacking. An officer of some kind told me I only had a few seconds to live? Fragment: Reality mixed in with BL. A portal to my place was used or being opened. It was Ar, who had the form of that gecko pokemon, whatever its name is, with a mostly black and red colour scheme. Remember talking to him and telling him about the rooms in this in-game place. But I think I was wanting to move my base or something. At some other point some random furries appeared? Notes: - The unlikely weapon stats for a class 3 weapon could have been a good dream sign/dream indicator but I feel this came about from recently thinking about some of the bigger mods for the game, like TNG.
Just some short dream fragments. Woke up but didn't get out of bed for a while and got distracted so didn't retain many thoughts. Dream Fragment: Something in space. Felt a bit like Freelancer but I think I could command ships that weren't my own? I remember an asteroid field and an asteroid space station. The system looked like it had a light source coming from underneath but was mostly black space with stars with some blue-ish nebulas on the lower hemisphere. The system felt "sunny". Omega/Sigma/Tau type system. Earlier I had a clearer idea of which it reminded me most of. Dream Fragment: There's a bridge that I'm trying to place somewhere. I sort of have some kind of visual interface to move it around and rotate it but I struggle for a while to get it to a position I'm satisfied with. One of my siblings (T) is in the dream somehow but I think only in some form of chat. I remember having a conversation about the bridge and how it wasn't quite working out. I remember I then had to add some extra support pillars. The bridge location was some kind of crude game-like valley. It looked like the type of terrain/landscape I might roughly make before having worked on any detail for it. The area seemed to be covered in shadow, like there were other objects above. No notes.
I was on vacation, spending a few nights on a cool futuristic space station. Rather than single rooms for all the visitors, there was one huge communal bed area that was set up like a camp cabin - beds in rows on the left and right side of the room. In between the beds was about six feet of space on both sides to keep your items, and a single nightstand. So when I unpacked, most of my stuff wound up just sitting on the floor since I had packed a crap-ton of stuff. I had clothes and papers scattered on the floor. The room itself was huge, about the size of a small store. but to me I felt really snug and comfy there. As I was sleeping, there was some kind of emergency on the space station, I think there was either spies that had infiltrated the station, or a violent riot involving the station workers. One of the guides came into the communal bed area and woke everyone up and made us follow her as a group out of the area and down below deck, but for some reason nobody was scared and everyone thought it was just a guided tour of the ship. I was super comfortable in my bed and took a while to wake up before heading out with the group, then I realized everyone had packed their bags so I ran back to my bed to pack my luggage up. The group had left without me by then because it was taking me so long. I remember feeling anxious and rushed as I threw wrinkled clothes into my bag and lots of papers and notebooks, then running out after the group. I caught up with them in a big viewing area. We were all standing there looking out this giant window into space that was about 20 feet tall and maybe 50 feet wide. As we looked out the window, two asteroids came flying at us, and crashed right into the window, causing a big hole in the glass before they bounced off back into space. We didn't fly out of the window because there was some kind of Star Trek-esque force field in place keeping the oxygen in. We all totally freaked out and the asteroids started talking to us, mocking us and saying they were going to come back and hit us again if we didn't leave. Our guide scoffed and said they were bluffing because asteroids couldn't change course, so they got angry and kept floating away from the ship. We walked from the hole in the window to an elevator on the opposite end of the room, and I got in it first followed by a few other people in front of me. I felt relieved because I figured if the elevator opened up and there were spies with guns on the other side, they would shoot the people in front of me and I could just fall to the ground and pretend to be dead, and hopefully survive. Nobody shot us but Jonathan eventually joined our group at one point, and people started wondering if I had something to do with the emergency because I had taken so long to catch up with them. I had a lucid dream, but I can't remember what it was about. In the dream, I was standing somewhere and realized it was a dream, but then the ground started shaking and I heard my cell phone ringtone vibrating through the sky as loud as a jet engine, and suddenly the whole dream shattered like glass and I woke up. Sure enough, my phone was ringing and had ruined my lucid dream! I answered it and talked on the phone for a while, but by the time I'd hung up, the whole lucid dream had escaped my memory before I had the chance to write it down.
