Well, I really had a pretty awful night last night in terms of dreams. I can recall a few fragments but nothing really worth writing down. I had to drive two hours for a CAP meeting, then drive back and I didn't get home until 11:00. So ya, it was pretty late before I got to sleep.

Now I am going to go to the Air Force Academy for a CAP encampment. It should be pretty sweet but I won't have time to focus on lucid dreaming. Go to bed at 10:30 and get up at 4:30. Yuck! I wil be gone for a whole week. So ya, wish me luck!
