Tried to WILD+WBTB last night. Woke up 2 times before my alarm could go off. The second time was about 10 minutes before my alarm was set to go off. I tried to WILD after that, but with only minor success. The transition was sort of reached, but I panicked out of excitement... I need to learn to relax, but I have figured out a way to help with this technique that may work for others.
In order to relax and focus, I was constantly saying to myself in my mind: "Focus. Dismiss the thoughts. Relax." over and over. Not in that order but whatever. I visualized the words as well, and it seemed to work pretty well up to the transition.
I'll try again tonight. Hopefully with this new knowledge, I'll have some luck.
